Had the worst experience ever. I’ve had fillings done 3 times before and never felt anything like this... no patient centred care but business focused. At least that shouldn’t be at the expense of anyone’s comfort. I’ve been back there twice now, and going back again for correction of the same badly done fillings. What a waste of my time and money!!!!

Cracked my front tooth in half, had crown put over the tooth. Literally the worst crown you've ever seen, absolutely nothing like the left tooth. Can't wait for the day it's fixed unfortunately..

Was a little surprised to see bad google reviews here, as my experience with them was very positive. I had a bad wisdom tooth that ended up needing to be pulled. I got immediate advice/help/appt every time i called them, and wasn't left traumatised by the treatments i received (i am phobic lol) So thanks guys, u really helped me.

We are in lockdown 3 I was told I would need to re-register but I am a vulnerable person so could not go in and re-register so when I ask if I could re-register I have been told they are not "not accepting registration at the moment " as they are full BUT I was patient so I am being penalised over something I had no control over The pandemic

Terrible!!!!! They are super fast and non-caring. My dad had a filling in the wrong tooth and he didn't even know she was going to do it at the moment!!! Since then he has been experiencing constant pain and discomfort and before he had nothing going with his tooth. Even when it comes to cleaning the teeth, they do not bother cleaning the tartar properly. I do not recommend it, unless you want to damage your teeth...

The dentist I see at this practice as helped me overcome my anxieties with so much patience and time, I have been with this practice for years and always find them understand g a d very helpful I personally don't know what I would have done without there care and compassion, wonderful caring team.

I've been with this practice for quite some time now.
Only briefly I had some issues when my usual dentist left and they transferred me over to a newbie. Luckily, I am guessing due to complaints from other patients and the amount of botched jobs she wasn't there for long.
Currently I am with Prita. She's definitely one of the best dentist I came across ever. Very skilled and with spot on customer service.
Only downside about this practice is a tiny customer car park, it's about 6-7 car spaces apart from that can't fault it.

I wanted to give them rating of zero stars but there is actually no option for it. The staff on this practice are very rude to their patients, they speak over their patients and do not give them a chance to talk. If the dentist cannot help us with our dental problems, where can we go for help? They are terrible. Avoid at all costs.

I had a very bad experience. everything rushed. I had a broken filling with pain so they replaced the old filling and claimed that everything is fine now. After one week I had to remove my tooth because it was already cracked in a way can't be saved. Terrible.

Majority ( not all ) of the reception staff are full of attitude and extremely rude especially on the phone. The dentist that I have is lovely and the dental assistant is too. Just a shame the reception staff let the place down.

Feel rushed everytime I visited this surgery.for example went in for a check up due to pain in tooth and was told everything is fine after an x-ray within 5 minutes I was out of there. Week later I have pain still there.

I have been a patient here for over 17 yrs and have always been very happy with my dental treatment. The reception staff are always polite and are able to deal with any queries I may have and it’s always service with a smile! My usual dentist is Dr B Patel and he has always managed to put me at ease as I’m a very nervous patient! His chair side manner is polite, professional and friendly and he will always talk me through my treatment and what to expect. The practice is very clean and recently they have redecorated and fitted out the waiting areas which look great this adding to the whole experience!

My own experience has been very good here, my dentist understands my medical conditions ( which is rare for a dentist in my experience) and I've always received a quick appointment, the dentist always asks how my dental issues are affecting my medical conditions, receptionist's are polite, the surgery is clean, have recommended this surgery to others, i find it rare to receive a good dental service, this place delivers

Worst dental care ever. I had one emergency appointment when they put in temporary filling without even cleaning the inside. I went for a second appointment to get another tooth fixed. They told me that this temporary filling can stay and everything should be fine, after one month half of this tooth is missing. On this second appointment I had another tooth on other side "fixed". She done a very deep filling the pain that was so severe I couldn't work for 3 weeks. After a month filling is gone with my whole tooth. To summarise I went for two appointments and i came out with nearly a month of very bad pain and two teeth missing after around 2 months. Avoid this place!!!!!!!! They don't know what they doing, they just want to get you out the door as soon as possible to make money on next patient.

Shocking!!! Make an appointment and your still waiting 30+ mins plus past your time. when you are in they just want you out again as fast as possible. Not to mention the list of things they tell you is wrong just to try and make money. You'd be waiting forever to get the list sorted by their appointment standards. The are also happy to just pass you off to other dentists too.

I have been going to this dentist for several years and would definitely recommend them. The dentist that I see is so personable and always takes the time to clearly explain everything. I'm a nervous patient but she has helped to put me totally at ease and I trust her implicitly with my and my young family's teeth.

MOST SHITEST PLACE EVER, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. CAME IN FOR A FILLING LESS THAN A MONTH IT FELL OFF . NEVER VISTED THE DENTIST THIS MANY TIMES IN MY LIFE BEFORE 4th Time. THE DENTIST GAVE ME ONE SHADE DARKER THAN MY TEETH ITSELF NOT TO MENTION MUCH BIGGER A HOLE IN MY TEETH. THE DENTIST SAID IT WILL LAST UP TO A YEAR AND WHEN IT DIDNT, I CAME IN THAT SAME VERY MONTH AND HE SAID "NO, IT DEPENDS ON YOUR TEETH" Nd THE ASSISSTANT WAS QUICK TO DEFEND HIM WHAT LOADS OF SHIT.THEY ABSULTY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR TEETH OR HOW IT LOOKS. I know it’s national health but the place is like a conveyer belt, everything is rushed to the point you feel guilty for asking any questions, corners cut, fillings put in without drilling out, fillings that fell out ...no attention to detail at all, check ups without xrays or even using a mirror just a cursory glance. I’m so sad I can’t afford private care since I retired.

The man dentist upstairs told me I needed 3 fillings I have never had pain or discomfort so found this abit odd but agreed to have some white fillings. A month or so later I went in and told him I didn’t want it doing he was really stand offish and cold towards me like he was annoyed that I didn’t follow his medical advise he practically hacked away at my clean and polish cut my gum then after the apt he just sort of looked at me to say go then! So I went and seeked a 2nd opinion had xrays done and infact I never needed the 3 fillings the xrays clearly shown he was lying so all I would say is AVOID.. only plus is the reception staff are all very friendly lady’s even after reading bad reviews I’ve always found them all lovely and helpful.

For the first couple of years it seemed ok. Then my regular dentist left and since then I haven't had good service. They can't wait to get you in and out as fast as possible, they have told me I need new fillings each time i have been (never had any in my life before this) and when they x-rayed me to show me they said that it couldn't be seen on there. They don't seem to care or be interested in their patients. Just the money!

Just called up to speak to someone 11/07/19 5:43pm. I'm placed on hold and told I'm next in the cue then I'm cut off. I call back and it says it's closed. Why state you're open till 6pm if you are gonna turn the phones off ffs.

Can never get through to them on the phone. Tells you you are next in the queue then tells you the call can't go through. When you go for an appointment prepare to be left for ATLEAST 20 minutes after your appointment time to actually see anyone.
