Refused to see me for an emergency dental appointment, but offered instead for me to attend as a private patient, paying private fees. Greedy. Needless to say I went elsewhere as a non-NHS patient who were more than happy to provide urgent relief.

I cannot recommend this dentist enough.
I had the worst tooth ache I've ever had and hadn't been registered with a dentist for 10 years.
I couldn't eat or sleep and the pain was unbearable I rang nearly a dozen dentists in the leicester area and none would see me.
They told me they could put me on a waiting list for a few weeks or to take pictures of my teeth which waw ridiculous offering antibiotics over the phone without even seeing me.
My mum ended up helping me call around some more through desperation and we found forest dental.
My mum called and spoke to the loveliest receptionist who got me an appointment that day.
The surgery itself is lovely and clean the staff and receptionists are warm and welcoming, friendly and caring.
The dentist I saw was amazing and I can't thank him enough for taking such good care of me.
He fixed me up made a follow up appointment for me a few days later and sorted out my teeth so I wouldn't be in pain and I could eat and sleep again.
He was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing and the dental nurse was just as lovely.
They even took me on as a patient and let me register with them. My family are hoping to be able to do the same now.
Forest dental, I cannot thank you enough!

I'm not a registered patient at this practice (sadly!) but was referred here by mine for an extraction. I have a huge amount of anxiety around dentists, and the horrid teeth to prove it. My experience at Forest House was so much better than I expected! Such a calm environment, and I felt in really safe hands. Having a tooth out is never pleasant, but I genuinely feel this couldn't have been done any better. Huge relief! Fab, friendly, professional dentist and staff :)

I had been a patient at the practice way back in the 80s (under Mr. Mahoney) and became one of Dr Patel's first patients when he took over in the 90s. On my recommendation, around 18 years ago, my new wife and stepson who had both had poor experiences with their dentists, moved to Forest House and all of us have been super-impressed with the consistently excellent treatment that we have received from Dr Patel and his team and with the practice generally. A recent emergency was fully and expertly treated within minutes of my walking-in to the practice to ask for advice. Like many of my generation, I used to dread going to the dentist, but over the years Dr Patel's warm, friendly, considerate and informative approach has changed that.

I was left slightly unsure after some treatment from a another clinic, so for a second opinion I contacted Forest House.
I was seen on very short notice and after a detailed consultation by Dr Hussein Ahmed I am now comfortable with my oral health and have a better understanding of treatments needed (or NOT in this case).
Dr Ahmed and the Nurse (sorry didn't get her name) were professional, polite and very welcoming.
I would most definitely be returning!

I have always been conscious about my teeth and since having invisalign braces and teeth whitening I have been really pleased with my smile. It has made such a big different to the way I look and feel about myself. I have had so many comments from my friends and they are now asking who I went to see.
The team at Forest House Dental Practice were excellent every step of the way and I can't thank them enough. Always welcoming and I felt very well looked after. I am a very nervous patient and usually dread attending my dental appointments however, the team knew how to put me at ease at all times. Before I had the braces put in my dental treatments were always very thorough and virtually pain free.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I attended the practice today for a filling I had lost between teeth. I am a very nervous patient, stemming back from a bad experience I had as a child with another dentist. I have been using this dental practice for 47 years and the treatment I have had during this time has been very good. I have had several different dentists but all of them have been very patient and have given me confidence that they will make sure that I do not have any pain. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.

I’ve been attending forest house for as long as I can remember and have had various treatments and I have always felt relaxed and cared for whilst treatment was given.
All the staff I’ve met over the years have been very pleasant and efficient and my dentist who is Dr Patel has always been so reassuring in fact he’s one of the most pleasant guys I have ever meet and I’ve felt has never offered to do any work on my teeth I don’t need such as hygienists work etc and he never rushes even though he’s very busy.
I would recommend the surgery to anyone.

My experience was amazing. I don’t enjoy trips to the dentist often but Hussein made me feel comfortable when I got there. He explained everything in detail and checked me thoroughly to make sure my oral health was in check. I definitely recommend Forest Dental House and Dr Hussein who has been so helpful.

After visiting the dentist over the past month I have had a very good experience with my dentist, talked me through all my treatments and gave me good advice, had an old crown removed and a new porcelain one put back on and one of my teeth has always crossed over one front tooth, never liked smiling, had that shaved down and a porcelain veneer put on, absolutely amazed at the difference, I have also had teeth whitening, amazing results and air polishing, my teeth look the best they’ve ever done in my 54 years, I love my straight white teeth,

I was left with broken teeth after an unpleasant accident and was totally devastated at, not only my injuries, but my inability to smile heartily and confidently. I got many opinions from other dentists in the city on what the best course of action would be but was left disheartened with their suggestions. That's when I met Dr Ahmed and from the very first point of contact I began feeling comfortable, hopeful and reassured.
After a series of treatments, my teeth look better than before! Dr Ahmed at Forest House Dental Practice really did restore my smile and confidence - thank you from the bottom of my heart.

One of my molars disintegrated while I was chewing a rum and butter toffee and when I looked at the tooth I didn't hold up much hope for saving it. However, a quick visit to the Forest House Dental Surgery, for a check-up, gave me renewed hope. I was given three options and chose to have the tooth rebuilt with a white filling. I have to say that I am very pleased with the result. It matches the colour of my other teeth and I have not experienced any after effects such as pain or soreness. Well done and thank you.

I had an appointment with the hygienist yesterday. I was attended to promptly. The hygienist and the nurse were both friendly and reassuring and I left the practice feeling extremely satisfied with the service. Cannot fault.

A great dentist practice. I was seen recently one morning and then referred the same day to have a filling. None of this was by appointment; I was slotted in that day as an emergency. Well managed and fast! Contrary to my experience some time ago, phones are now answered faster and always in a customer friendly way. The two denist practitioners who had dealt with me were as always polite, friendly and good at their job. Appointments are easy to arrange, and quite rightly... you had better turn up!

From the initial consultation through to completing the implant and then the follow up after care, has all been very professionally delivered. Implants are not cheap and not a light decision, however the level of service provided coupled with personal the attention both from Adam and Sarj and quality of the work and materials has made the process absolutely worthwhile. Both myself and my wife have now used this service to complete satisfaction, and would recommend Forest House Dental to both family and friends.

Amazing team and lovely practice who always make sure you are looked after properly. I loved the fact that there is a large car park and it was easy for me to get to since I worked nearby. Although I have recently had to go to a new dentist since i have moved away I am still very happy as they looked after me really well here. I felt safe and secure and would recommend that everyone in the local area registers here.
