I have come to this dentist for a long time as the dentist are nice and professional. However, Justin on reception is the rudest receptionist I have come across. I asked her a simple question and she replied in a rude manner and gave me false information. I asked the dentist the same question who had given me an honest answer. Won't be returning to this dentist rather go to a different dentist that has better customer service.

Dr Waqas Tahir was very friendly, professional and helpful! Highly recommend.
Came in after considerable tooth pain + locked jaw for same day appointment. Quickly investigated and removed wisdom tooth after 111 and another dental practice (JDRM) was not useful. Came back for routine check, found out about crowding issue that previous dentist had mentioned and fillings needed. As my teeth are very tightly packed together, it was a tough job but he did brilliant job and also sanded down areas of fillings I felt were not smooth enough. Thorougly explained problems, xray scan, dental hygiene routine, treatment options and costs. Lovely and friendly staff. Very accommodating for appointment times to fit around my 9-5 work hours and the fact I live on the other side of the city. Just a great experience despite not actively liking being at the dentist!

Needed a clean but apparantly the hygenist was not in so they charged me £50 more to get it cleaned by a dentist. Im no expert but the way he cleaned was harsh and like he was in a rush. My teeth usually feel great but for weeks after were overly sensitive and bleeding very randonly. Teeth felt bad after that clean. Will be looking to find a new dentist.

Had my first check up in a number of years between the two lockdowns which resulted in my needing quite a bit of extra work doing including crowns over two subsequent visits.
The entire team were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and most of all efficient and speedy despite the obvious hindrances caused to usual service by the pandemic.
On all visits Waqas was the dentist who handled my treatments and I cannot commend or compliment his work highly enough.
Made the process simple, speedy and the end result is superb.
Coupled with that the team made finding finance options easy and simple.
If I could give more than 5* I would.

Excellent service under Covid restrictions. Staff were great from Justine, on reception to Mariola, the Nurse and Waqas. He did an amazing job on my crown. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend this practise.

In my time I’ve had a fair share of dentist and I have to say that MyDentist are the best in the business. Always provide the perfect information and take time and care with what they do. Been seeing Dr Tahir for a number of years now and wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. Everyone’s friendly and I’m always able to have a laugh and joke around when there. Never leave disappointed and always with a smile on my face, even when my mouth is numb, lol. Would recommend to anyone.

it’s an insult to calm it a dentist because it would be more apt to call it a butchers. I went here for a number of years and I never saw the same dentist twice. The last few times really put me off them. I went for my checkup and was told I needed a small filling, when I went back I saw someone else who told be I need the tooth removing before he’s even looked at it. When I asked him to take a look first he got funny but in the end agreed it needed a small filling, he then had to inject me 6 times to get my mouth numb and then went in to drill most of my tooth away, the filling he put in always felt uneven and moved about and when I rang up to ask for advice they said it was normal. I went to my new dentist last week and they commented on how poor the filling was, I’ve now had it removed and a new one put it. I’d never go back to these, I’d rather use pliers!

Lovely warm welcome, by reception and dental nurse, Dentist was very helpful and informative when I asked about teeth whitening. No pushy sales pitch, which is always a bonus. I went ahead with it on my next visit. The information she gave me was re-assuring. Even booked me in for a follow upto see how I was getting on. Would really recommend this practise.

Receptionist is lovely.......the main female dentist is rude and very unprofessional. I had to cancel a few appointments last year due to personal reasons and went into today to make my son an appointment and was told we had been struck off because of the cancellations.....ok a letter would have been nice! Take me off your list that’s fine ......but taking my son off awaiting braces......totally not on. ????

I've always avoided Dentists...until I met Dr Tahir. I saw him for the first time a few months ago when I needed an emergency appointment. I was in a lot of pain, however he put me at ease straight away. Dr Tahir is so friendly, calming and talks you through the whole procedure. I have been back a few times since then and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, solely because he makes it such a good experience. Without him, I would still be avoiding Dentists! Thank you! :)
