I feel like a new woman with a beautiful smile! I am so glad my crooked teeth days are behind me, I no longer have to hide my mouth and smile when speaking to people or when taking pictures. From start to finish of my Invisilign treatment I have been constantly supported with the process, I have been able to ask questions, week on week I had a new aligner set and now that I'm at the end of the programme I can honestly say it was worth the wait. I highly recommend Smile Care Dental Clinic staff, the process and the treatment. I want to say a special thanks to Dr Gurinder Atwal, his assistant Parul, the wonderful reception staff Shivali and last but not least practice manager Vishali Hindocha who has been a real enabler in championing for dental hygiene in the community she serves and beyond. Every time I go into the dentist there is some new project or competition she has launched with school children or donations of dental items to local community groups. I feel so happy right now I'm showing my smile off to everyone when I'm not in my face mask!!!

I have always had a huge fear of dentists after having a bad experience but then I moved to Smile and I can't thank them enough. After years of me not having work done they have managed to get me to a point I only need regular check ups and finally feel comfortable enough to book an appointment as soon as an issue occurs and not leave it till it causes severe issues. Bhavik Hindocha is amazing and I feel totally at ease in the chair. Me and my children enjoy our check ups now and for this I can't thank them enough x

Spoke to SmileCare about my issues and they got me in right away. They addressed the problem and spoke to me in depth about my options then provided treatment. Very quick and effective. Amazing service. Cannot fault them.

I had a great experience having undergone a root canal, which isn't something most people would say! Mr Naveen Karir and the dental nurse who treated me were excellent.

Had an amazing experience with Nav and his dedicated team , was quite upset to loose a tooth a year ago and decided to go down the implant route and boarded the new tooth train ... Nav is to teeth what Willy Wonker is to chocolate, I have been treated with care and attention throughout the ride , every step has been explained throughout and I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to do it all again ... so grab yourself a golden ticket and jump on board you certainly won’t be disappointed!

My consultation with Dr Vishali Hindocha was a pleasure. She was pleasant and thorough and managed to address the concerns I had about my teeth. I left feeling very well informed. The practice took great steps to ensure I was safe and my possessions were stored securely out of the way. I also had an appointment with the hygienist Heena who was both friendly and did an excellent job on my teeth.

I will recommend the excellent care I received very recently from dentist Bhavik Hindocha and the dental nurse, whose name I did not ask at the time. I cannot praise their care and compassion highly enough. I required urgent treatment due to extreme and ongoing facial pain and I could not have been given better care anywhere else. During this uncertain time of coronavirus and fear, they still made time to see me as an individual and I felt genuinely care d for.

If you are the type of person who reads reviews before deciding to commit, then I hope this is one review you will read. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so in this case. My words are written with total honesty and sincerity. To begin with I have lived with a crippling fear of the dentist all my life. This has led to years of neglect of my teeth leading to serious issues with my teeth and gums including tooth loss. Late last year I realised my confidence was shattered and I knew I needed help. I began researching various practices which offered a lot of care under one roof. Including a specialist Periodontist. After almost a year of research into the practice and the team, I found Smile Care ticked all the boxes. To start with I only emailed, testing the waters. Looking for any reason to change my mind to seek help. However, I was contacted immediately by the reception staff who were clear and informative and extremely helpful. They were patient with my questions and infact called me to talk me through the initial hurdle of even entering the building. They even suggested just going to the practice just to sit in reception to get a feel for the place.No questions, just to take the first step. Eventually after much avoidance, I found the courage to book an appointment with Dr Navin Karir, who specialises as a Periodontist amongst many other accolades at Smile Care. At my initial consultation, I met Dr Karir and Rachel Jones, the specialist nurse. I can honestly say they invoked so much confidence through their sincere concern, advise and support, that I was able to go back for further visits. I placed my trust in them both and I honestly can say, I have never looked back since. I realised very quickly that they were infact brilliant at what they both do and nothing short of miracle workers to have been able to make me feel this way. I am both pleased and almost in disbelief at myself when i say I have now had subsequent treatments. Not only were they both fantastic, professional, competent, skilful and inspirational but they were compassionate, kind and sincere. They have an extensive and superior knowledge of this field and levels of expertise which are shocking, yet they are the nicest and most humbling of people. If I was to put a picture to this story, if you can imagine...At my first visit, I crawled into the practice. At the last visit, I actually walked in with confidence. I am due to return later this month and for the first time in my life, I am not paralysed with fear about visiting the dentist. More importantly, I have hope that with the advise and treatment and care I am receiving, I will be able to save my teeth and can again look forward to leading a confident life with a big smile!! I cannot express enough how Dr Karir and Rachel have changed my entire outlook on Dentists and the levels pf care which can be accessed. I totally and unequivocally recommend Smile Care, Dr, Navin Karir and Rachel a Specialist Nurse. I have already recommended them to several family members and friends. I have no other reason for writing this review and I do not gain anything from doing so. My family and I have been registered at this surgery for many years, initially under the care of Dr Bhogaita who was excellent. We have always received fantastic care at this practice and continue to do so. I wanted to say a special thank you to the following dentists - Dr Vishali Hindocha who treated my mum a few months ago and was very kind and compassionate, Dr Bhavik Hindocha who has been treating me for over a year and has helped to resolve an issue I thought would trouble me long term and Dr Gurinder Atwal who was very professional and reassuring during a telephone triage during the pandemic! Thank you for your excellent care, I highly recommend this practice.

I attended this dental practice for my child on an emergency basis after he had an accident. Dr Hindocha was truly amazing with providing my child with urgent treatment. We were provided a calm and friendly atmosphere which put us both at ease during a stressful time.The outcome has been excellent and the whole experience at the practice was very positive. In addition to being truly exceptional at dealing with dental trauma and complex dental issues, they are also fantastic and thorough at check ups and regular care for the whole family. Treatments are provided in a super efficient way with high quality standards. Always professional, friendly and caring. We would highly recommend this dental practice for the whole family. My wife was initially very nervous about the root canal treatment but Dr Naveen Karir and Justyna put her completely at ease. They were both very friendly and easy to get on with and were very professional. Dr Karir is calm, patient and polite. The treatment itself was over 2 visits and both times my wife felt very well looked after. Much to my wife's surprise the treatment was relatively painless and straightforward. The clinic itself is very clean and modern on the inside. My wife was very glad to have her treatment here.

Dr Vishali Hindocha is a wonderful practitioner. She has immence knowledge and a true caring manner. It is refreshing having an appointment where you feel cared for and not rushed. She listens to you and advises the treatment she feels suits you. She is very professional and attentive, she loves her job and it shows!! I can't recommend her enough she really knows her stuff. I found that all the staff at this clinic are very very friendly!!

Dr Bhav has been outstanding throughout the course of my treatment. He was very detailed in providing information prior to my treatment, in a caring and friendly atmosphere.

I recommend this practice as the staff and dentists are professional and friendly every time I come. The treatments like crowns and whitening the teeth is at the high standard, especially Dr Kumar that does this, I would positively recommend this practice as it make me smile and feel happy! ????????

After 7 years of struggling with Oral Lichen Planus, and many journeys to other practices I had given up on trying to seek any medical help with this condition. And then along came Dr Hindocha. From the beginning I felt like I was being listened to. And with patience. In addition to the OLP i had a root canal surgery carried out. Needless to say I went in very nervous. I was made to feel relaxed and reassured that the process would be painless for me. It was and I even fell asleep! What dental magic! Furthermore DR Hindocha referred me to the Dental Clinic in Birmingham and finally after 7 years I’m having treatment and although it’s a chronic condition I feel there is improvement. I can’t recommend this practice enough. A professional and welcoming atmosphere greets you from the onset and you are treated with patience and above all else as an individual.

Mr Naveen Karir is really professional and patient. He cares about patient's feelings and give many useful advice. if you need to have a root canal treatment, I would recommend Mr Naveen Karir.

My mum came for an emergency appointment couple months ago and paid £22.70 to have a tooth out. Last week she came again in pain and was charged £62.10 for the same emergency treatment. Do not use, these dentists are abusing the NHS system to claim more money. All emergency treatment should be carried out under £22.70, I was told this information by NHS England. Advice: find another dentist

Dentists are not my best place to visit. Dr Kumar was my dentist. She made me feel at ease and made the whole experience very pleasant. I cant say thank you enough for being professional and amazing at her work. Thank you :-)

I recently had my teeth whitened with Dr Hindocha at smile care dental clinic , i really wanted this treatment done before I went on my holiday as I felt it was the perfect time to do so. I am really happy with my results , the process was steady and pain free, and my teeth have never looked better. Dr hindocha and other members of staff where very understanding and helpful during my whitening journey. I highly recommend this practice to everyone for any dental treatment .

I've recently had the most amazing facial aesthetics treatments with Dr Vishali Hindocha. Since 2016 when I was first treated by Dr Vishali, she really knows how to help me keep that youthful glow. I'm a regular for botox and my lip filler top ups. It's so subtle, I can't thank you enough! Thank you so much :) I would ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone have their treatments with Dr Vishali.

A dentist that thinks you should phone up days before you are ill, and if you need to cancel on the Monday you need to ring on the Friday....so they want you to be psychic and know your I’ll before you are.....then they start blaming it on the nhs policy...no it’s a stupid policy they put in place which is not feesable....AVOID!

I went for a consultation with Dr Vishali Hindocha at the Smile clinic. I had two old veneers that needed changing as they where discoloured and had receded into my gums. After the consultation Dr Vishali recommendation was to work on having three actual veneers done so my teeth would be more in proportion and bring them in line better to give a better looking smile. The work which was carried out was totally professional Dr Vishali talked you through every procedure and made you feel totally at ease.The outcome of the work is Superb so happy with the way I look now and feel a lot more confident than I did before. I can not Highly recommend this surgery ( Smilecare 72 Beaumont Leys Ln Leicester ) and Dr Vishali enough for cosmetic work.

I have recently had a re root canal here staff are very friendly and the service was excellent i was very nervous about having the treatment and could not have been more pleased with how everything was done.
