If you don’t like visiting dentists very much then Crofton House is for you! Very understanding and sympathetic approach to dentistry making you feel completely at ease and relaxed about the potential pain factor. Just had a filling done and follow up care is exceptional.

Had a check up and thorough teeth clean today. I must say excellent service and advice provided by Gopal. He checked everything thoroughly, took x-rays and was very informative and professional and would highly recommend Crofton House, well done!

Excellent practice. Appointment arranged easily with friendly receptionist. At the practice I found the staff very welcoming and the Dentist Gopal treated me with empathy giving detailed explanation of his services and choices I could make. Had an X-ray and a problem tooth gently removed with no problems. The practice was very clean and surfaces cleaned during my procedure which was reassuring during the current epidemic. After leaving I had a follow up text the next day to check I was ok. I will be returning for further work to be undertaken at later date. All in all I found my treatment to be first class, no hesitation in returning.
I am 68 yrs old, the best dentistry I have experienced.

Gopal is THE best dentist! Over lockdown, he called my husband numerous times as he was in so much pain. He even came to our house twice to deliver antibiotics from the driveway. You never feel rushed, everything is explained, and you can even hold a teddy bear if you are nervous.

This is an excellent dental practice, the best that I have ever been registered with after changing so many in the past few years.
Staff are really friendly, pleasant and courteous. Both the Dental Hygienist and the Dentist along with their assistants are thorough and skillful in their assessment and any intervention required. They are also excellent in communicating various ways of keeping the teeth healthy based on individualized approaches and the best practice guidelines.
The practice has a relaxing atmosphere and everybody is welcoming. The appointments are kept well on time and I have not so far had any cancellations. I also get a text message from the practice few days before my appointment as a reminder which is great.
I am extremely happy with the service and recommend it highly for those who are looking for a reliable, well managed and person centered dental practice.

Having previously struggled with anxiety regarding visits to the dentist, I was somewhat concerned before meeting with Gopal at Crofton House Dental Surgery. However, the environment is calming and Gopal put me completely at my ease, kept me informed of what he was doing and afterwards gave me clear guidance of what I needed to do to prevent a recurrence of the problem. I feel that i will be substantially less anxious next time i come along to the dentists office and will recommend Crofton House to my friends and family in the local area.

The dentist was very patient with me putting me at ease, also thoroughly explaining different treatment options and I was able to understand this.

My wife, Joanne, had to have a root canal treatment. To say she was nervous was an understatement. When she arrived Mr Varma talked to her and calmed her down and also offered her a cup of tea. This calmed her enough to proceed. The treatment went without hitch and she was very comfortable having it done. Joanne also appreciated the fact that at each stage of the treatment Mr Varma would get off his stool and come around the chair and explain what was about to happen next in a face to face conversation, she found this very calming. It wouldn't worry her again.

Excellent dental practice. I have always had a fear of dentists due to very bad experiences in the past - however, Gopal has managed to put me at ease, so much so I had a filling without an injection! I know that does not sound much but believe me, even my Husband was impressed!

Had a tooth that I had chip and snapped in half , they got me in the same afternoon and fixed it with out any fuss perfect colour match and you can't tell it's been repaired. kind friendly service great staff too
