My daughter had pain and swelling in her tooth for past 3 days which was getting worse. I spoke to the reception team on phone who were very helpful and gave us urgent appointment. Today we went to Anstey dental practice and we met Dr Muhammad dental surgeon. He gave us a warm welcome. Dr Muhammad interpersonal skills were excellent and he developed a excellent repo with my daughter in few seconds and explained the procedure in detail for us. His surgical skills are excellent as he extract the tooth of my daughter without any pain. All the staff at practice are very helpful. I will definitely recommend Dr Muhammad and his team.

Rang them after awful pain in my mouth, said a dentist would ring me back, yes she did but I missed the call, rang back immediately but didn’t bother to answer the phone, after trying a dozen times no joy, just screaming agony from an abscess on my gum which is visible, all they care about is Covid not someone in pain, hoping to get it sorted then register with a decent dentist

So I had to write a review as it seems the quality of care run throughout the business and not just with individuals.

Everyone professional. After treatment, by the time I returned to reception - details of my visit were available for the booking staff who arranged my next appts immediately. If you’re not convinced, go online or visit them in person.

Butchered my husbands teeth! Extracted a tooth with a bent root which should have been referred to hospital but he laughed this off as nothing, we werent even advised that the root was bent it wasnt until we looked at the tooth that we saw! The dentist had taken xrays minutes before this! We ended up down the leicester royal by 8pm that night because of the pain, 2 weeks later my husband is now still in pain, has also had fillings done 2 have fallen out within 48hrs! one actually dissolved into a bowl shape before falling out! Avoid like the plague!

Two things I'm absolutely terrified of are needles and dentists. My son recommended Anstey Dental Practice, I had to go full of fear and dread but the staff soon put me at ease,especially Mr Marcin Wilkes "my dentist" he was so kind and understanding,and kept stopping the work to make sure I was ok,he made sure i never suffered with pain,I still need to have some more dental work done to my bottom teeth but now I'm more confident in going back. I would definitely recommend this practice to all

absolutely terrible dental work. They do not cover their mouth and at one point coughed in to my face. The work carried out meant that my teeth hurt more AFTER they had 'cmpleted' the work'

The last time I was at this practise was around a year and a half ago now the reason I left was because they had butchered my face I had had a filling in my back left molar and the left side of my lip had swollen by the next morning so I visited my doctor and he said I had metal in my tooth and they hadn't used the correct filling solution also I had to wait around an hour and a half for all my appointments now I have a better practise

Właśnie wracam od dentysty z Polski po czym okazało się że mam do robienia z 4 zęby (pruchnica + 2 kanałowe) Pani w Anestey Family dental powiedziała że zęby mam zdrowe i założyła plombe na chore żeby, cała wizyta plombowania trwała z 4 minuty ( Jak jakiś królik doświadczalne) Odradzam szystkim szkoda waszego czasu pieniędzy i zębów!!!
