Highly recommend! Amazing service and lovely staff that make you feel so comfortable and calm when you're nervous at the dentist. The reception staff are very welcoming and friendly and the dentists/dental nurses are very understanding and are amazing at explaining exactly what was happening and what they were going to do which puts me at ease. Always happy with my results and always recommending to my friends and family.

Excellent service, my son had to have 4 teeth out,2 one week then another 2 a week after. They were very friendly,kind and caring, told him what they were going to do and he was happy how it all went. Highly recommend.

Had to come and change my review today because after speaking to Jenny the receptionist at the practise I feel way more confident and optimistic after my last visit ,she was lovely and understood my point of view , sometimes all it takes is to communicate. Thank you Jenny for making a difference .

Had my first tooth out today, and was quite nervous as I've never had any work done on my teeth before. Everyone here is amazing and really helped to put me at ease. The procedure was done quickly and they had helpful answers to all of the questions I asked. Amazing practice, amazing staff. Thank you to all at Beaumont House.

I was a patient at this Dentist, after another dentist messed up taking teeth out that didnt need extracting, and left me at christmas in pain and unable to eat,the denist i saw here was very good and eventually i was sorted , did not need any more appointments , today i rang and after ringing 3 times nearly30mins the lady eventually picked and i understandind we are in a pandemic but i just want to see the dentist as in a lot of pain , when the lady asked for my details she said i had been taken of the register as i had missed 2 appointments, i had not booked any appointments but she insisted i had, i am not a lier i was in Bournmouth looking after my father until his death april 19 2020 and i did not come back to Leicester until the 3rd of june 2020, and the 4th of june my Brother in passed, had i made these appointments i would've rang to cancel, i will not be called a lier which is what she virtually did, i am not very happy! i am in so much pain all i want was to have a tooth out that i would be paying for what the hell is happening to this flipping country ????

This was a very bad experience, dr.niraj didn't fix me teeth properly, then told me to keep a rotten tooth ,an abcess kept coming when I would go to hes practice he would never prescribed pain relievers and when I complained about him he lied blatantly so this is the type of people that are there to help, not a great help and if he really thinks I should have pain relief why he had to lie?

Went to the practice today 16/10/2020 I was seen by Nisha. A very good dentist puts me at ease every time very fast at her job I would recommend Beaumont house Dental practice every time also the staff are very friendly and understanding

Since I registered this place lost 3 teeth due to lack of proficiency they are not solving your problems easy peasy for them is to take the tooth out
The reception lady is very rude and arrogant

Zahilda is absolutely amazing. Ive now had two teeth out there, one being a wisdom and she is so gentle at doing it. Put me at ease straight away. The whole practice staff are so friendly too. Thank you.

Fantastic practice!!!
Called today with a orthodontic emergency (not treated for my orthodontic treatment here, but do have my regular dental check ups here) receptionist Jenny very helpful, understanding and was able to sort out me seeing a dentist within hours.
The dentist Niraj who I have seen before, he was compassionate and sorted out the problem very promptly. Very greatful for their service as I was in agony beforehand!

Wouldn’t normall leave a review for a dentists as I don’t like going to any and I am a nervous patient as far as dentistry is concerned. However I have now found a dentist and service I am not hesitant about going to as they completely put you at ease. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the dentist and dental nurse all dealt with me effectively and professionally. A first rate service from start to finish. My advice is try them I am sure you will

I've just had 2 fillings done for the very first time by Nisha, she was so reassuring and professional as was her nurse Lucy. The receptionist Jenny was so welcoming and the practice manager even came to speak to me. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend!

Not keen on new design of waiting area, space has been made for a very poor kid play area as they call it. This has ment moving chairs from the wall to the middle of the floor in front of desk, this means that patients are in two rows facing each other at extremly close quarters and also patients standing in the middle of them to que at the desk. Very uncomfortable for some people. The kids play area consists of a couple of very young age toys obviously donated and not clean able. It is also dark with not one light on despite being a dull day, receptionist very solemn and did nothing to put patients at ease, in fact the whole place had a feeling of colness unfriendlyness and unwelcoming so nervous patients would feel that to. There was nowhere for someone in a wheelchair to sit without obstructing others in short the changes made give it a very poor picture of what a dentists should be portraying, yet again there is the attitude that anything will do for Beaumont Leys.

Went into the dental surgery today to enquire about registering with them.
I was welcomed by the receptionist and other members of staff were very helpful.
I feel very confident about the surgery and the treatment they offer.
I am more than happy to await until they 're take new patients.
I do also appreciate how hard it is,these days to come across NHS dentists!

I was not registered with this practice, but one weekend I had an abscess and was in pain, I rang on Saturday and they saw me within the hour. The young lad on reception was very polite and the almost as young dentist was brilliant. I have to get further treatment and I will update this review in due course.

One of the best dentist's i have been too, they talk to you and advise.
They show you any Xrays they take of you and explain.
You are not waiting for a long time for an appointment.

I had an emergency appointment due to severe tooth ache, Dr Niraj Devalia was excellent with examination and tooth extraction was done in a marvellous way.I definitely recommend Beaumont dental practice .

I have just recently tried to book an appointment at the dentist.Only to find out that I was taken de-registered. I have not received any correspondence that I was going to be taken of the register. Surely there must be some process as to how this takes place.

Receptionist very rude, lacking in any customer service skills, booked in for an appointment as needed a filling, only to be told have to check up first and charged £25 for them to advise I need to have a filling, 4 weeks to wait before they can get me in, tho could have been done there and then, the dentist then calls in sick and then told have to wait another 5 weeks to get back in, 9 weeks to have a filling done, embarrassing! Zero star if there was an option
