I just today went to the New Bond Street Chanel . I bought a jumbo lamb in black and a pair of channel pearl drop earrings and from start to end I had a great experience .
I have never ever shopped in Chanel or LV and the likes before but this was easy going and my SA was great . I got offered champagne and the likes but I dont drink alcohol so I got water instead . Every one ( not just my sa) was kind and lovely and not one hint of snootyness . I must admit I did go in looking smart casual and I do think if you want to be taken seriously you must dress smart casual or above ( of course to suit the time of day ) . Maybe that helped . Or maybe I knew I was going to buy something , so I had a quick in and out approach .
I must say I dreaded going in , but once there and after I left I was soooo pleasently surprised - I got served by a small chinese / oriental lady ( Dionne??) and I hope I got her lots of commision and I will return to her ( hopefully soon ) !:)
