I visited Pandora to purchase a gift card as a birthday present for a friend. The store was not busy and had good social distancing measures in place. The Pandora staff were friendly and helpful.
As I knew what I wanted the visit was quickly and efficiently concluded within 5 minutes.
The Pandora branch I visited was located in the New Exchange in St Paul's London.
They have a great range of items to choose from.
All in all it was a quick and painless visit.????????

I went in one day for a browse and noticed how the manager was being particularly stern with her staff, not in the type of way where it is acceptable to be stern because her staff member looked really uncomfortable and upset. I think it’s appalling how uncomfortable it is for both staff and customers and the experience that was given as well. Would not recommend.

Beautiful jewellery for all occasions, my son and his girlfriend purchased a charm bracelet, it was quite expensive and if you're taking it on and off you may need help, although once you get the hang of it it's a doddle. The also have other beautiful jewellery such as rings and necklaces. It still feels a little big but hopefully I'll be getting more charms for Christmas. Another plus point was the fact that even though they were technically closed they stayed there without rushing me. Would definitely recommend for excellent jewellery, just be aware of the prices, depending on what you want then there are presents for all ????????????????

A lovely shop with professional and very helpful staff. My friend brought me a bracelet which I could not open so the sales assistant April showed me how to open, close and put on the bracelet. She patiently waited whilst I put it on and took it off twice to practice and gave me hints on the best way to do it with one hand. She even helped me to choose some extra additions to put on which represented me and my milestones. I left beaming from my experience. Thank you again April.

Had a very bad experience on a busy day when staff, who noticed me waiting to be served, kept serving people passing in front of me. I literally had to interpose my self between another client who arrived after me and the probably too shy member of staff who should have told the client that I was there 1st.

The worst customer service I have received. Walked in there twice knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, not even acknowledged by the stuck up sales assistants. Empty shop and didn’t even bother to look up let alone smile or try to help. Really disappointing as other stores have been great in the past.

Do not give you email receipt even though ask you for email and when you ask for one they ignore you. So I have charms with no receipt of purchase ! Make sure get receipt!!
