Friendly staff, really professional. Gave great advice and of course the jewelry is beautiful. If you are getting a charm bracelet I highly recommend the starter pack, great value for money.

My wife and I visited this shop and found that the staff were very charming on entering. It took some time before we were eventually served, and that only happened because the lady at the entrance had to prompt one of the sales team to serve us. The store was not busy, at most 5 customers and not all of them being served. But in saying that, we would return as my wife and daughter both love Pandora jewellery.

I’ve just left the store quite upset. After the reopening they are not allowing customers to go around and see the products available. I understand that this is a new procedure but the gentleman that hosted us at the door and the attendant were quite rude. I left immediately, never to come back as I can buy with no worries via web.

Pandora has a great collection of accessories. Their collection of charms is the best and can be the best gift for your loved ones. Also while some things are expensive there are some which can easily fall into a small budget as well. The staff at this particular store is really very helpful, polite and accommodating. I absolutely loved my experience here.

Very busy wee shop on Main Street. Staff usually are in Pandora as soon as you enter trying to help. This is based on previous experience. When we went inside the shop no one approached us. Even after a few minutes inside no one approached us. This is the reason for 4stars. Otherwise the staff were very happy to help once we approached them to ask for charms.

This is a nice branch, it's reasonably sized and always well stocked. I often buy charms from this branch.
The only thing which is slightly off-putting is that some staff members are quite pushy with the sales and do not take into consideration what you are saying. However, if you know exactly what you want, this should not present a problem, do not feel pressurised into buying something you do not want.

Basically got told that I went out of my way breaking my bracelet when it has sentimental value, never about the price. Got told that it would be able to be replaced or fixed and then walked into oxford street pandora and got told I not only lied about what I got told but lied about it breaking by accident. General manager was extremely rude considering he apparently is "the top" person among all world wide pandora stores. Wont be going back. And I certainly will be having my bracelet fixed no matter what the know it all "general manager" has to say xoxo

I have been to the shop to buy a birthday gift for my best friend and I left very disappointed.
I have got the gift just because I had to, the girl Axelle was not helpful. Actually she was really annoyed, she showed me 3 charms because i was asking her 1 by 1, she was about to pack the charm full of fingers print and she cleaned just when kindly I asked her to do it, she gave me the guests receipt just because kindly I asked her and I got it in my hand like a roll (no warranty card), she put the charm in a white leather box which was completely black at the bottom, she put my gift in a dirty Pandora bag. I got clean box and clean bag from other girls because I explained the situation.
I had really bad experience, I didn’t have much choices, I literally just grabbed something to buy.
It’s very good brand, selling pretty stuff but the service was not even mines 4 stars.
