The store is beautifully presented, the staff are lovely, friendly and very welcoming. The Covid measure in place is about as good as it gets with staff actually keeping an eye out for this. Didn't feel uncomfortable at all once in store. Very very impressed! My overall customer experience was excellent and of course extremely happy with my purchase too! Will definitely return and highly recommend this store without a shadow of a doubt!

I bought my partner a Tiffany bracelet for his birthday which became tarnished very quickly and had a loose joint. We took it to Tiffany in Bond Street and were seen by Vanessa. Her manner from the very beginning was professional and yet very friendly and she went out of her way to help us and even replaced the bracelet with no problems. I was so worried we wouldn't get much help as customer service nowadays is rarely satisfactory anywhere but from the moment we stepped inside Tiffany's we were made so welcome. The bracelet was inexpensive compared to most of the beautiful jewellery in the store but we were made to feel as important as any customer and Vanessa is an absolute asset to the store and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service.

Great experience, but be prepared to que for a bit as Covid is still on the agenda, but the reward is you will have the whole floor for your self and the sale representative. So it is give and take issue. Overall nice experience, I would add a coffee service Nessprsso style to fulfil the luxury of the experience;)

I’ve been in and out of Tiffany over the past few months and must say that as always, I have found them to be courteous, friendly and efficient. Despite the challenges and restrictions of Covid. I cannot fault the service or the staff and I look forward to my next visit.

I have just come back from a shopping trip at Tiffany & Co at Bond St. I had a damaged bracelet that I had to get replaced. I was served by a wonderful girl at After Care, her name was Emma Jarvis and she couldn’t be more pleasant and helpful today. She made the whole experience even better and I can not wait to return! Came in looking for a specific ring and was attended to quickly. All seemed to be going well as the ring my partner was interested in was on display however after wearing the piece she did not warm to it. Then the sales rep starting pushing a really hard sale implying that the piece was a once off and was not available in any other stores.(which was rubbish) I made it well know that we were in the initial stages of looking and that we wanted to have a look at other stores. The rep then said we should purchase the ring immediately as it would not be available if we did not purchase it. He would not let up, we eventually left and went to Tiffany in Harrods where we were met by more polite professional individuals.

I cannot believe this has actually happened in a Tiffany store .... No smile, no drinks offered, I asked if we may be seated while trying wedding bands but was refused by the staff due to “the counter is here .....” A bit shocked ... whereas a couple was seated literally next to us, drinks offered, trying wedding bands... I don’t normally see this as racist since It has never happen to me before ... Very rude staff - to be specific- a short pretty young male staff on wedding band section first floor (apologise on describing him in this way whilst these are the words jumped in my mind). We were shopping for our wedding bands last night in the store and showed our interests on several styles. The staff made me feel we brought him annoyance and didn’t seem to listen to our queries...

Lovely friendly staff who were happy to help even though I wasn’t spending thousands of pounds. Friendly, knowledgable & professional. I would & I do recommend that anyone that wants to purchase any jewellery that they go to Tiffany. The aftercare is second to none. They are always helpful, supportive & make me feel welcome when I walk into there shops. Old Bond street have fixed my broken ring with no hesitation, no arguments & have sent it back to me as good as new in a presentation box as though it were brand new again. I love Tiffany & the service they provide. More than 10 out of 10!!! Infinity!

Nice place for all budgets. Come on now, every lady feels immediately special when they see that blue bag and box come out. Friendly staff in there, particularly the Italian guy Flavio upstairs. They even collected and dropped off the bracelet once I got it home and realised that it was too big! Great service

Came on a Saturday afternoon, I already knew what I wanted but was told there was a 20 minute wait to be assisted as it was ‘rush hour’ - this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard at high end store. I understand that it is a central London location but if they get this busy they need to hire more staff. The lady actually told me - it’s like this every weekend so clearly they are aware of it. I have been a loyal customer at the brand for many years and it is a pity - unless they are deliberately keeping less staff to show high demand, but in my opinion a long wait makes an experience very unpleasant. Maybe if they offered to serve champagne while we waited I would have stayed.

Head here if you want to buy Tiffany jewellery and you really want the Tiffany's experience in London (you do). I have visited with both my daughters for special occasions, and they were each treated so well by shop staff, given lots of attention and time to help them try out jewellery. Unpretentious, friendly staff left a lasting impression. Unlike the Covent Garden store, this store is large with three floors.

Tiffany is a reputable brand worldwide so I have no comment further to add on their product selection. This review is more for the wonderful staff members present, special shout out to A Bono. She not only helped in securing a bracelet my father wanted to gift my mother but actually stored it for when I pass by to purchase it, despite other customers coming to do the same thing. This in particular was the last one available in all of Europe and for this I am very grateful. So on behalf of my father and myself thank you for making their anniversary extra special. To everyone else- thank you for making all my experiences at Tiffany’s as smooth as possible. :)

It's a Tiffany so it's obviously going to be nice. Really great part of London and the staff are as expert as you'd come to expect from this company. Prices are actually inline with Tiffany generally despite being in such pricey real estate.

Shopping, browsing or giving your wonderful Tiffany pieces a makeover. Whenever I’m visiting this store it feels like heaven. The best and kindest staff and since the renovation last year it’s an absolute dream come true. I’ve always been welcomed with smiles and gratitude and great advisory service and knowledge about the history of the company to the architecture of the building. Every time I leave with a smile on my face for the rest of the day! Thank you for that ! I needed to update this because I had the most horrific situation with my Pendant necklace, red nail polish broke and ruined it completely.. or so I thought because at Tiffany true Excellence and Mastery is at work when it comes to taking care of their pieces and they actually brought my beloved necklace back to life. Cannot thank you enough!

Arguably the most renowned jeweller in the world - mad famous when Audrey Hepburn filmed Breakfast in Tiffany's. Always a pleasure to visit and window shop which is allowed in store if you are discrete and pleasant about it. Mouth watering designs make even the most ordinary items desirable - look at the boxes of Tiffany playing cards - it is not all about extremely expensive jewels. Then be delighted by the levels of customer service - never servile, always perfect.

We are waiting for over 20 minutes to see the bracelet. The waiting list is over 10 people and there are only 2 stuff members on the 1st floor... very disappointing and ruins my customer experience

Well ..... I must admit first of all the lady who greeted us was fabulous!!! She explained the 3 floors in a polite manner and I’m guessing she has a rough idea of whom/ what possibly people might spend ,although you should never assume !!! Popped to the 1st floor and sauntered up to the second to have a look round . Now we knew what we wanted was on the first but to double check we asked a tall young blonde gentleman where we might find the Paloma Picasso jewellery..... He then proceeded to explain that Paloma Picasso was the daughter of the famous artist Pablo Picasso..... Imagine my shock at finding out about this famous artist I’d never heard about before ... The fact we’d just been to Picasso on paper exhibition beforehand . I was amazed to find out there possibly could be another Picasso that I’d not heard about . Now obviously there isn’t another famous Picasso artist wise . I felt his need to explain in his very condescending way ,rude and disrespectful! So off we went downstairs to the first floor ..... Happy to wait was only about 5 minutes and we knew as you have read before what we wanted . Eventually got served and was then told that the earrings go in different ears ... Now I’m guessing I probably could have worked that out as I’m a grown adult who runs a business ..however the sales assistant was determined to and again in a condescending way tell us what to do with them .... Please please please stop treating people like they are bereft of intelligence... Is condescending a qualification you have to have? As I feel 2 members of staff may be over qualified . Like I said the lady at the front was fabulous use her skill and train the other 2 up .
