Having stumbled across Regency Jewels on google, I booked an appointment with Mitchell. Admittedly, I was somewhat sceptical about purchasing a diamond from a company I had never heard of and this was more of a fishing expedition so that I could learn about diamonds and the costs involved. Little did I know that not only would I be purchasing a diamond from them, I would be thoroughly impressed. The service was fantastic. There was no attempt to up sell and Mitchell was very attentive to our needs. The diamond itself was extremely impressive. With regards to the so called 4 c's, I was satisfied that my fiancé would be very happy with the purchase... and she was!

There aren't enough words or thanks that can explain how happy we are and just how incredible Regency have been in designing the most perfect ring. Prior to getting engaged I gave my boyfriend some photos of the kind of ring that I liked and they took that brief and design and turned it into something I could never have dreamt of. My ring is beyond perfect, the design, the colour, cut and clarity is everything I could have ever wished for and more. I can't thank them enough for helping my Fiancé design my dream ring and guiding him on something he didn't know too much about. He really did his research after meeting them originally with the diamonds and there wasn't a diamond in Hatton Garden that compared. We can't wait to go back to get our wedding bands.

Amazing, I explored all of Hatten Garden looking for an engagement ring and when I reached Regency Jewllers my search was over.
I was seen to by Anastasia who from the start was amazing and explained everything there is to know about choosing a diamond with such clarity.
I was so impressed with the service that I have also bought my wedding bands from Regency.

There is always parking right outside which is really convenient. The team cannot do enough for you through to engraving, cleaning (including my engagement ring) and there was no pressure to buy at all. The process was so easy and stress free. I enquired with Regency Jewels to have one of my grandmother's trilogy diamond rings repurposed into an engagement ring for my (now) fiancée. The whole process was easy and straightforward; Mitchell was on hand to provide suggestions for the style of band and setting, which I found really helpful.
My ring was ready after about a week and the result well exceeded my expectations! Despite having had my grandmother's diamonds polished several month's earlier by a different jeweler, RJ made these stones appear completely new and I was absolutely shocked by how amazing they looked - it was night and day.
The band and setting I chose were exactly as I expected and really complimented the main diamonds.
My fiancée loves her ring so I am delighted!

Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to Mitchel, Gemma and Dad for the service they have offered us / me.
It very rare when you instantly feel a connection but in this case it’s three fold as the whole family team I met I felt were honest and just nice friendly people.
Knowledge is outstanding and they just go above and beyond to satisfy us as customers. I had an exquisite engagement ring completed and met my estimations and more.
We as couple were so thrilled with results our wedding bands / necklace and a one of kind bracelet was purchased too.
But that’s just the business side and in my opinion that’s not as important as the way this operation is run with comfort the key.
There is no pressure approach with a wealth of knowledge and I can honestly truly say I recommend these guys wholeheartedly for any jewellery needs!

As a sleep deprived mum, having visited almost every shop in Hatton Garden, I was beginning to feel as though I was shopping in Marrakech! One place even wanted me to buy the ring before they went to get the documents for it ????????♀️. I looked into Regency and they were all with customers. Naturally I had to see what made them so popular!
I was welcomed and guided through the different options in the style I wanted. Having listened to all my wants and needs, Gemma explained the different bands and settings and was incredibly patient. She’s incredible because she was able to guide a really grumpy me into the right direction! She had a clear understanding of my needs even if at times I flittered from one idea to another. I had to double check with another ring I liked in a different shop. What brought me back to Regency Jewells was the couldn’t do more for you professionalism but also the fact I got more for my money with them. I get the feeling it’s not all about the money for them, they really just want you to leave with a ring you love. Thank you Gemma and the family.

My Fiancé bought my engagement ring in Canada and I was so upset when the main diamond fell out - I quickly started searching for a reputable jeweller to fix my ring and found Regency Jewels - they were so easy to explain things through their instant messaging system and booked me in. My mum took the ring up to the store and had a complete once in a life time experience, they had her down in the workshop, petting their gorgeous dog and explaining that actually even the smaller diamonds were loose. They gave a reasonable quote for making sure the ring was better than new and said it would be 1 -2 weeks to fix. This drop off happened on the Thursday and by Monday I had the phone call that it was ready to collect - 3 days later it was collected and mended to an extremely high standard as well as polished and sparking! The gentlemen at the store could not have done more and offered to resize my Fiancés wedding band and offer a discount on a wedding band that I may choose in store. I cannot recommend this store enough for both quality of service and customer service - I will definitely be using them for any jewellery repairs and purchase. Thank you again Regency Jewels!

Absolutely faultless service from the very first time I called and spoke to Mitchell. Mitchell stood head and shoulders above the other shops I called in terms of knowledge, listening to what I wanted whilst he also sounded like a genuine lovely guy! When I travelled in from the Cotswolds (it's worth travelling for the fantastic range of stones and the better value for money in H Garden) Mitchell was patient and let me take all the time I needed to pick my ring. He was just as warm and friendly in real life, was full of knowledge and made the experience fantastic. It never felt like a sales pitch or like he was trying to up sell. He just wanted to find the perfect ring for me. Regency Jewels accept insurance gem cards after I lost my original engagement ring and I'm blown away with the replacement they sourced. It is absolutely stunning and far better than any alternative offered by other jewellers in H Garden or the insurance company. When I collected my ring today I met Mitchell's father Steve who was a joy to talk to and he makes some of the stunning pieces in the window! My husband and I will be visiting again to pick one of his tennis bracelets and I am going to get a new wedding band designed. This is a trustworthy family business who are all absolutely lovely. I couldn't recommend them more!!!!! (and no, im not a family friend or associate just an extremely happy customer :)
