Just bought second engagement ring from them. First one was back in 2016 for my than fiancé and currently wife and yesterday we bought one for my little brothers in law fiance.
The place to go if you are looking to buy not only the engagement ring but any kind of diamond ring for any occasion.
Forget about Jewellery quarters (Birmingham), high street jewellers, etc. Just go there instead. You would not find better value for money elsewhere.
Excellent customer service and advice. It's by appointments only so make sure to call in advance to get one.
If you travel by car there's a lot of on street parking spaces available in the area as well as underground secure and bookable Q-Park within 5 minutes walking distance.
Only downsize was that at the time we book our appointment they were running 25% spring sale which we were promised would be honoured when we come in. Unfortunately this offer expired and our advisor on the day used different one which was 10% only. Still, amazing value for money.

Absolutely fantastic service. My fiance got my engagement ring here, so we knew we wanted to also get our wedding rings from here too.
I designed my own bespoke wedding ring and absolutely love it. I got to speak on the phone and email a lovely lady called Joanna who was really lovely in helping my vision come to life. We would normally pick up our rings but due to the current situation we had it delivered and it was with us the next day in a beautiful ribbon tied box. We can't wait to get my fiance's ring sorted now too. Fantastic presentation, beautiful ring and amazing customer service.

I had an appointment with Chloe Armstrong-Downes and I really enjoyed the experience. Chloe was very knowledgable and it was interesting to learn about the diamonds and which one might be the best fit for us. I walked away purchasing a ring after the consultation, and I really liked that Chloe wasn't pushy at all, and the whole experience was pleasant. The price seemed very reasonable as well compared to other quotes I received. I certainly recommend considering 77 Diamonds in your search.

I had a fantastic experience with 77 Diamonds. Chloe was my main point of contact although the rest of the sales team were great in picking up when she was unavailable. Proposing during lockdown was always going to be difficult. Especially with not being able to see the ring in person. However, the buying experience with 77 from start to finish was 5*. I work in online sales myself and I love the fact you can choose your own diamond. The website experience really is spot on. I found a great spec within my budget however there were limited pictures so the team were able to source more along with a video of the diamond which made the decision so much easier. Despite 8+ weeks of lead time, 77 Diamonds got me my engagement ring a few days earlier. My now fiancé loves it and I'm so pleased. Thank you Chloe and the rest of the team :)

Absolutely delighted with our appointment at 77 diamonds. We came all the way from Cambridge to London and it was totally worth it. Chloe was amazing! She had everything ready for us to look at based on the specs we gave over the phone. We were not just impressed by her knowledge but mostly by her desire to help us finding the perfect ring for us. My husband purchased my engagement and wedding ring from 77 diamonds and they were absolutely beautiful. We had our wedding during Covid-19 and I knew they were the place to go for his wedding band.
I was rushed for time due to Covid and he was quite particular about how he wanted his wedding band to look. I was in touch with a lovely Lady called Hollie Burch, she was amazing and thanks to her the wedding band arrived on time.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. From the start of my inquiry the staff helped and advised me with my choices and ultimately purchase. The pre-sales team were amazing, they really took the time with me to better understand cut, colour, clarity, carat and size, so I could make a great stone choice. The communication during all the phases (selection, purchasing, making, dispatch and after awards) was excellent. Fantastic company, ordered an engagement ring which was relatively short notice. 77 Diamonds advised me of which diamonds were available which meant that my order would be guaranteed and delivered before we had planned to go away. Was delivery exactly as expected, the ring itself is absolutely beautiful, so sparkly and looks great... Most importantly my girlfriend is now my fiancee! We bought a rare dark green Diamond from the USA a while back and to make it into a ring, we immediately thought of 77 Diamonds, as a way to ensure the stone would be given justice. Although 77 Diamonds normally retails its own Diamonds, Kat Atarinova (their bespoke Designer) was at hand to advise and to help with this process. Needless to say, we are delighted with the end result and to sum it all, I'd say that not only we got exactly what we wanted, with an excellent service... the smile also came free with it. I‘ve been trying to get in touch with the company for about 6 months now without success. Even though the initial service and the rings themselves were great, the after care is quite poor.

Great price for such amazing quality and products, definitely get a lot for your money compared to others. I had a good look around Hatton garden and I'll be honest I didn't have the best experience mainly due to the little market style shops, felt like being in a market abroad. I also felt a lot of the high street shops were some what mugging you off because of their location.
So I gave up with that idea and then found 77 diamonds on the net and decided to give them a visit.
The staff were very nice and so was their showroom which is located right near Oxford Street station.
The website was very easy to use to find exactly what I wanted for my exact order. They also kept me up to date regularly with very detailed and precise dates and information on things. Very professional.
But the main thing is the amazing ring I got for the price compared to other shops. It was perfect and I got so much more for my money. Definitely a trusted and we'll reputable company for anyone who isn't sure on them.
Only issue I had was that the ring took almost 3 weeks to resize when I was told 7-10 working days.

I went to the 77 diamonds showroom in London with an idea in mind but not too much knowledge on what exactly I should get for a ring. Every member of staff I spoke to were really friendly. Their prices are clear and they are very knowledgable and willing to help. Myself and my partner have had 2 rings from 77 diamonds, they’re both beautiful and I will not hesitate to return in the future for more jewellery.

77 Diamonds are by far the best online diamond specialist in the market. From the first meeting I had I was impressed by the level of experience and knowledge the team had. The person who helped me was a young lady by the name of Chantelle who was brilliant from start to finish and informed me of all the different types of characteristics a diamond has. The end product was better than I or my fiance could have imagined it to be, although at the time of proposing the ring was a size too big, 77 diamonds were able to help with resizing the ring for FREE and within a 10 day period. I will 100% be coming back for our wedding bands and will happily recommend anyone to get their ring from here.

This rating/review is not a commentary on the quality of their products or customer service, but rather a somewhat dishonest business practice.
Their website states they offer a 20% discount code for all purchases. Based on this discount, I spent a couple of days researching their options and finally came to a decision to purchase one of their diamond pendants. Upon entering the discount code, I was given a 5% reduction against the marked price and when I enquired about this to a customer service rep, I was told that the discount code only applies to the setting and not the diamond itself.
This was not made clear on the website and as a result, I have two wasted days of looking through their product catalogue and sending multiple enquiries to different businesses about their diamond setting services. All in all a very poor experience and one I hope they resolve soon.
