The product itself I’m really happy with however the service was definitely a let down when buying our wedding rings. From ordering the wrong ring, not spelling my name right, charging me incorrectly, delayed order. To then promising champagne as part of compensation which I’m still waiting for since last year.

We bought a few rings from this shop earlier this year and we really enjoyed the entire experience, from the first look at the rings, to chosing them, getting advices, testing the rings, having pictures being taken, and always being warmly welcomed by the employees (with a drink!). We highly recommend this shop if you would like to buy rings!

Absolutely amazing experience shopping at Vashi. My fiance and I bought my engagement ring and our wedding rings from Vashi (Mayfair) and the service we received was second to none. Plus the ring settings and diamond choices were significantly better than anywhere else we went. The team at the Mayfair branch had excellent knowledge and were extremely helpful in guiding us to our perfect rings. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you VASHI!

Vashi is probably one of the great stores in London to get your engagement ring with the kind of concept and service they have. I complete my purchase over a longer period of time due to the pandemic however the team at Vashi was very helpful from Alexandru, Sergiu to Nadim who helped me throughout the process of creating a perfect engagement ring. Really pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique concept of creating a ring by themselves.

Purchased an engagement ring through the Manchester/Trafford branch. This was delivered much later than promised. Unfortunately I later needed to return the ring. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and denied the refund despite previous confirmation that refund was possible. Very disappointing.

Not only was she prompt and helpful in her replies but she was very accommodating to my schedule fitting me in and around her prior engagements. I could not have had a better person to help with with my Engagement Ring and Wedding Bands.
Both knowledgeable and friendly; she helped me more times than I can count with customizing the rings I wanted and made sure the final product was delivered by the date I needed them, even in cases where that was only a week away! Great stuff.

We had an awesome experience with VASHI and especially with Giulia. The service was great and the experience was both informative and efficient.
Giulia is very sweet and gave us a lot of honest suggestions.
They also invited us to check how the diamond was being placed on the ring and let me try the ring a couple of times while they curved the inner ring to make sure i feel comfortable with it.

My journey with VASHI began in 2017 when my search for THE proposal ring began .After she said YES! I knew instantly that VASHI was our wedding ring shop. The exceptional customer service I have received throughout my dealings with VASHI has been beyond fantasia .During my recent visits to the Piccadilly store I have looked after by Giulia ,her knowledge and patience allowed my self and my new wife find our perfect rings . We decided to have a bespoke ring made for my wife , the whole process from design to collection has been outstanding . We cant thank VASHI enough for all of their help, in particular Giulia . I will be back for the anniversary gift !

Giulia was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we entered the Piccadilly store, we were made to feel very welcome. We were taken into the viewing room, offered a glass of bubbles and felt immediately relaxed. Having been there before to purchase the engagement ring, I knew what to expect, but my fiance was blown away! Giulia took us through a range of wedding bands and gave her honest opinion on all aspects which was brilliant and we really valued that. We left with the perfect wedding rings (in our eyes!), and before we left, we got to sign the wall which we've been meaning to do for months, so thanks for making us do that (finally!). Fantastic experience all round, and looking forward to going back again to collect the rings before our special day. Would highly recommend VASHI.

I had a neutral experience rather than amazing one as I was expecting.
I will share the pros and cons from my experience with using VASHI twice. (engagement & wedding rings)
Pros:
- friendly staff
- they made me do the ring myself
- the shop looks really nice
- prices are competitive
- overall looks like a modern company that is trying to go beyond the usual high - street shop.
Cons
- when I was buying the engagement ring I asked them not to contact me via phone. Unfortunately I was contacted via phone and my partner was next to me. This happened when I was driving and I was using hands-free. I was really angry at the time but managed the situation somehow.
- I have decided to buy our wedding rings from them too. We went twice and made the order. My partner went to pick up the rings and when she came back home the order was not correct, which made us go once again to speak with them and once again to collect which again made me really frustrated after the first experience I had with VASHI. After having issues with my 2 orders from them I was really disappointed as I was expecting to enjoy the whole process but for me was rather stressful (due to all issues mentioned above) than enjoyable.
- I was missing variety of products which other shops were able to offer.
To conclude there are pros and cons but I definitely have mixed feelings about my experience with VASHI. I hope that they can improve in future and put blocks in place to prevent this happening with other couples.

I went to the Manchester Town store near Corn exchange and they sat mr down and went through the whole process in a professional and polite manner. It was a great experience and making the diamond with their experts was really fun! Took some great pictures to look at back later which was a complimentary service! Thank guys.

Alex, was just FANTASTIC in the way he spoke the knowledge and expertises he had on the product were close to nun! He was very patient whilist I was choosing my ring and showed me many options, whilst sipping on a glass of champagne.
Alex understood what I wanted and showed me exactly that. He got my ring made whislt being in this pandamic and he made sure that we kept in contact with the whole process. They have great payment methods to choose from which I loved.
I would definitely recommend VASHI if you are looking for something special and personal.

We returned to purchase my wedding ring, as my fiancé had previously bought my engagement ring with you. From the moment we arrived Alex made the experience special and very enjoyable.
Having the privacy of a room downstairs whilst being shown all our options Alex then talked us through how the process would work from start to finish, left us full of confidence that we had made the right choice of where to make this important purchase. It was so nice to have the time to enjoy the moment with a glass of champagne whilst Alex sorted all the behind the scenes paperwork etc.
His customer service was impeccable and you really felt he listened to what we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience and would highly recommend your store to anyone.

I highly recommend Vashi as a professional, very helpful and offering great products at super value. I will a little hesitant in purchasing my engagement ring online and especially not having seen it in person, this was despite there being opportunities to visit the store and view. I had a zillion questions which were all answered either by phone, email or chat and to the point where I went ahead and ordered as I had the comfort of knowing the 30 day return was available if either I didn't like it or more importantly, my now fiancee didn't like it. As it goes, she loved it. And I have to say, it looked as good in the box as it did on the website. Arrived in a very swish ring box that then sat in a very plush outer box, then in a further box where it was accompanied by the paperwork including a valuation that came with it. All in all, excellent service and would definitely recommend and would use again.

Special credit goes to Michael who is the nicest, most open salesperson I’ve ever met. He was candid about what would and wouldn’t work and considerate to what I wanted in a (surprise) ring. I’d only done ring research online prior to viewing, but was shown a wide selection of rings and diamonds in detail.
