For such a high profile brand I really expected a better level of service. Me and my partner were looking for wedding bands and while we were sized very quickly. Having pre-booked an appointment and we were hoping for more interest in what we wanted as a couple and some questions around what may be more suitable for us. Instead the employee who we had an appointment with was at a different store and once we did arrive we were rushed out of the door within 5-10 minutes.

Bought an engagement ring, two wedding bands, a necklace and a bracelet altogether. A below average experience. After numerous calls/emails I’m still awaiting a copy of receipt to be sent over for insurance purpose. I was told by customer relationship centre that the request had been flagged urgent and circulated not only to the sales but to the managers. Apparently no one gives a monkeys when it comes to after sales services.

Waited 20 min to be attended to, despite reminding staff twice to get someone. Bought an engagement ring here but turns out will need to buy wedding bands somewhere else where staff actually helps customers. Very disappointing.

I have only one gift that I have no possibility to always buy from Cartier, serve the fist to the maximum, and do not think I bought the most expensive ring, so I do not think it's the seller's fault but I think the buyer is more than if he has money to come to buy something from Cartier then he's king, no, if you're bad, you deserve it and you treat yourself, everyone is equal

Took in my fathers watch for a service, which had been previously serviced for £250. After several months of chasing they came back with a quote of nearly £4000. Three times the value of the watch. They have proven to be unhelpful all through the process and the communication was terrible. I will never buy a Cartier and would recommend people look at other watch makers who provide better products and much better services.

Rude , arrogant and very judgemental for people on a little above minimum wage ! I walked into your store and I was looked up and down like I was poor , very very bad attitude if you only knew who and what I’m worth .... Goto selfriges amazing service and yes they love to talk .... amazing ???? Bond Street when your lease expires il buy the boutique and turn it into a dungeon ! Yes I’ve got loads of those and they have made me extremely successful!

Out of all the watches my husband has, his Cartier Tank Francaise (beautiful watch) has more problems than all the others put together. Yet again, it was recently sent off for another new battery - and 8 months later it is going wrong again and has to be returned AGAIN!. One would have though that when you pay £000's for a timepiece, it would work better than a Timex......................not so, unfortunately !!!

The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Popped in dressed in full lycra cycling gear and helmet to drop off a couple of watches for repair and no one flinched, no strange looks, service was excellent. And the shop itself is of course very nice.

I love the shop. Unfortunately the back up service for watches appears to be quite dreadful. I took mine in just over a month ago for a check up. OK, it's not the latest version, but then nor is my Land Rover, but they still service it! I have telephoned five times, tried to email them (thrown out), and have had two short conversations with people who have promised to ring me back. One said, before the promise, that they might have to send it to Switzerland for an estimate, and that that could take a month! If I thought they'd actually manage to find it, I'd go back in and remove it and get my local watchmaker to give it the once-over. No call back. No service. No nothing. Beware.

I have a Cartier tank watch that is constantly gaining time. It has been returned to their repair centre 12 times! in the past few years. It arrives back repaired and then starts gaining time again within weeks or even days on some occasions. They now don't bother to repair it but instead blatantly lie and say their is nothing wrong with it! It is now ten minutes fast since it last arrived back to me 2 weeks ago. They are shabby and untrustworthy.

Ditto. Appalling service both with the vintage Ladies' Tank Watch and email response - or rather, lack of it. I purchased the watch at a time when Cartier offered free service. The return time also took less than 3 weeks and was serviced by Cartier-employed horologists. Cartier now appear to "farm" the repairs out. Some 3 months later, and I am still waiting..... !
