Very straight forward process. Natalia was very helpful on the phone and explained everything to me. When i attended i found staff friendly and helpful. The syringing was painless and very through and not rushed .I was shown images on screen of before and after of ear canal. There was parking outside and in side streets. Thank you Hear4U.

Wow, what a professional and personal friendly service from start to finish.
Appointment made for next day wax removal, arrived at the Hinckley road premises and was greeted by a happy, smiling and very friendly receptionist and then treatment was painless and all over in a couple of minutes.
I will certainly recommend any one who needs this service to give them a call.
5 star service.

After being driven mad by tinnitus and blocked ears, Roger has today reinstated my sanity! Full marks Roger, timings were perfect, treatment was spot on and I can hear again. I know that I will be back but will enjoy being able to hear with clarity until then. BTW, I really liked the 'real time' photos of the inside of my ears, isn't technology wonderful.

Very easy to make an appointment and the text reminder is very useful. Ben did a thorough job on my affected ear, using microsuction to clear out the external wax but then having to wash out what appeared to be a mini-boulder of impacted wax near the eardrum with irrigation. A thorough and, indeed, amusing treatment. Thank you, Ben!

I cannot recommend Hear4U enough. I was literally struggling to hear after both my ears became blocked with wax. A quick phone call, and an appointment was made. I arrived at my appointment (04/03/21) to be greeted by a very nice, friendly and professional Receptionist, who made me feel very welcome indeed. Tyler, who did the treatment, took her time to explain what was involved. Again, very nice, friendly and very professional. Within seconds of the treatment starting, I could at last hear again. We made a telephone enquiry to this shop however the lady who answered didn't seem to understand the services on offer or furthermore actually care.
We then started looking through all of these unlikely looking 5 star reviews and decided to take our business elsewhere. Six five star reviews in last week for start.
Companies who may fake their own reviews should realise that they are shooting themselves in the foot as not only do search engines take this in to account, most potential customers also have half a brain.

I've got to be honest I don't know if our brief experience of this business qualifies us to write a review however notable.
My partner went in to ask about wax removing procedures however the (presumably min wage) receptionist conveyed a can't be bothered distant attitude. It felt like they didn't want our business so we happily reciprocated and left.

1st visit to Hear 4U Leicester and it was excellent. Booked my appointment, was messaged the day before to remind me. The clinic is very well presented and all staff friendly and efficient. I had earwax removed from both ears very quickly and completely painlessly. The whole visit lasted about 20 mins - cost £30 per ear. Very good value for regaining my hearing. Thank you Hear 4U

Absolutely amazing service! Fitted me in at short notice. Very friendly staff when making the appointment. And Roger was just wonderful! I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received today. I needed my ears clearing as they were full of wax and I was literally completely deaf.
Made my appointment over the phone and got a confirmation text for the appointment.
On arrival I was met by a very professional receptionist who was welcoming, very helpful and her appearance and general demeanour was first class.
I then met my therapist who asked me to follow him to the treatment room. Again he was very professional and welcoming and put me at ease immediately. He had to use two types of treatment to clear my ears using a combination of air and water systems.
It made a huge difference to me to be able to finally hear again ( without my hearing aids too).
Great service, great price and fully recommended to everyone.

Friendly professional greeting when I came in. Roger explained both options and I chose the the air suction method of removing the wax. He told me what he wad doing at every step and removed a ton of wax that I did not know was there.
He showed me exactly what he did in a video on his phone afterwards which was fascinating.
All in all very professional, and I would recommend them.

I can only commend this business and without a doubt made the experience for my 84 year old father seamless .
The reception staff were welcoming and accommodating, the practitioner was first class who explained everything and had an excellent sense of humour.
Without a doubt I would recommend this company and particularly the Leicester branch.

The clinic is clean and tidy with cheerful décor and a friendly receptionist. My appointment was arranged without any fuss, and a reminder sent via text message. I saw Roger, the audiologist, who was polite and approachable, and explained the vacuum procedure clearly. The procedure was quick, painless and effective, though the noise might be slightly unsettling if you've never had it before. Highly recommended.

I was greeted on my arrival by a very friendly and professional receptionist . She made me feel at ease straight away and took the time to help with the necessary form details. Excellent, professional service throughout my visit. Used various techniques I had never seen before to remove my hardened ear wax in both ears. The procedures were explained to me and images and videos shown of the progress - before, whilst and after the treatment. I had no pain during the treatment. Very reasonable price. I called this morning concerned with noise in my ear. I thought maybe it was a build up of wax.
Emma answered the phone but was unable to offer an appointment for 2 weeks. I ask her to call me if they had a cancellation. 10 minutes later I had a call back. She couldn't have been more accommodating.
I had a consultation & ear examination & my mind was put at ease.
I cannot recommend Hear4U enough. Their professionalism & customer device is second to none. Thank you.

My wife Janet visited Leicester branch on 1/12/20 due to suffering with blocked ears for 6 weeks. Roger explained everything to her and exactly what he was going to do. The micro suction was a success and she can now hear again. Roger was great Great service and worth every bit of the £80.

Very professional removal of my ear wax by suction. I've had the procedure before, but this was quicker and more comfortable. Particularly impressed by the modern otoscope/ camera equipment. Never seen that before. You can see the before and after down your ear, and even the actual process as a replay if you like that sort of thing. Very satisfactory.

Excellent service and what a relief. My hearing had been significantly impaired for weeks before treatment for ear wax build up, even after consulting my GP. There was no way that the olive oil and ear drops were going to clear it. Micro suction was a curiously pleasant experience, undertaken by a very experienced practitioner in which I had complete trust. The effect was immediate and my hearing restored. Take my advice, if you've got any problems with your ears or hearing, that might be caused by ear wax - go and see these guys. Well worth every penny.
