Security staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. Very poor service from the clerk. No idea how to talk to the public. No empathy, very judgemental. Totally ignored my wife as she had a guide dog. I had to say she can talk for herself. Referred to her as 'this person'. Considering this building holds PIP tribunals she has ZERO disability awareness which is shocking.
