I was novated over to Amplifon after the demise of Claritas (who were truly diabolical), and I have visited twice now. On both occasions I have left feeling very satisfied and benefitted from good old fashioned customer service and a caring company. The staff, especially the lovely Yorkshire lass (ryt good), really impressed me and made me feel special!
