I made an appointment for my 87 year old father with dementia as he struggles to hear and the volume of the television is driving my mum to distraction. From the moment we entered the room Fatima the
hearing specialist was professional, kind and compassionate. This is a long appointment for someone with dementia, but Fatima made every minute a pleasure. She should be a Dementia champion in boots, and complimented on her excellent attitude to older people. Thank you so much.
