Excellent friendly and professional service where my fathers concerns and needs were listened to. Also the only place we could find that offer the most advanced hearing aids so it was great to have a good selection of choice. Anne is an excellent audiologist and I would highly recommend.

Very professional treatment from Anne who conducted the assessment. Pity that my overall opinion of Hidden Hearing has been affected by regular problems with rechargeable batteries. All resolved so far by staff but I was disappointed that a permanent solution cannot be found, particularly bearing in mind the high initial cost of the batteries and charger

ALL tests carried out and advice given was very professional.
Have worn my hearing Aids now for 6 months and they are the best thing since sliced bread and have helped me return to social life.
