Claire and the team are great and one of the leading audiologist in the UK. I’m very deaf and she’s helped me find the best hearing aids available for my deafness, and what was needed to help me with my job. I can vouch for the hearing centre given my life long deafness experiences with nhs and other hearing centres.

Claire was instrumental in diagnosing my Sensorineural hearing loss while in consultation with an ENT Professor. Since then, her expertise has been invaluable in sourcing and setting up my first hearing aid which has helped me significantly in my professional life. Additionally, I’ve just purchased some custom moulded earplugs to protect my hearing from further damage. Great new premises and staff, with ample free parking for the duration of your appointment. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very professional and friendly. The building was clean and covid safe. The consultant, Clare took good care of me, explaining the whole procedure which was on a tv screen! The whole thing was painless and I highly reccomend them! Living local myself it was convenient with parking on the main road outside.

Very impressed with this service needed ears cleaning urgently and with doctors not able to help and most companies not able to fit me in for 2 weeks i was stuck, fortunatly had an appointment with the hearing centre on thursday but due to a cancellation they rang me staright away and got me in the same day very impressed with the service great price and i cant thank The Hearing Centre enough. ????

Booked an appointment here for a tinnitus assessment, staff were very friendly and came across professional but with all that the assessment was rubbish came out the same as I went in, yep I have hearing loss and yep also tinnitus so What was assessed??? Tinnitus level??, I was completely none the wiser after and £200 lighter. Problem with your hearing!!See your doctor save your money and you will get a better result aswell.
