Thank you so much for your excellent service today. I attended for wax removal and from arrival and registration through to the actual treatment I could not have been better served. I have been using Charnwood Hearing for many years now, after a really good recommendation from a friend, and have always had excellent service. Lynne really cares about her patients, with nothing too much trouble to ensure each and every one is totally satisfied with their hearing aid.
She has such a pleasant manner, you feel at ease from the very start.
I have audiologists closer to my home but travel to Charnwood in the knowledge that they will look after me to the best of their ability.
I can 100% recommend Charnwood.

Brilliant service. Went to drop off a broken hearing aid but they fixed it there and then. Less than 10 minutes and it was sorted. My family and I are customers and have always been happy with Lynne and the team there.
