This place is excellent. I was suffering with block ear. Doctor took so long. I'm flying in 2 weeks time. So i had to sort it fast. And this clinic did just that. It only took 20 minutes and wow i can here again.

I would like to say that you have transformed my life with the fitting of my new hearing aids. I can't praise the quality of your service high enough in particular the one person that really needs to be praised is Roger Stokes he really does go the extra mile in ensuring that the customer is given the best help with their hearing aids and a real credit to your company and nothing is too much trouble for him to ensure you that you are getting the very best out of the hearing aids. Being a Veteran and losing my hearing due to my service I was really struggling with my NHS aids and I applied to you The British Legion via you it was a long process but really a worthwhile one as the difference is exceptional and I would recommend all Veterans who have lost some of their hearing due to service to go through the process it really will make a great difference to your quality of life

Excellent. Phoned and got an appointment the following morning to have ear wax removal. Coffee on arrival. Very friendly staff. You can see the build up on a monitor and you can see how clean they are afterwards. A job well done , money well spent and most importantly i have my hearing back!! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic! I was a bit nervous going into this but I was amazed at the results. Hear 4 U were professional and friendly. Roger was fantastic at making me feel relaxed and walking me through exactly what he was doing. I was only in there 15 minsutes and my ears are clean as a whistle. Completely pain free. Would definitely recommend these guys!! Would definitely return. Thanks!!!

I have just bought my 6th hearing aid(s). The current pair and the previous one have been from Hear4U. I initially chose them for value and an office quite near by. This time round I have bought a pair of Phonak Marvel aids with the full aftercare package. I researched and tried 3 other audiologists and 3 other brands before deciding. Roger who visited my house for convenience. He was able to discuss my special needs which include a full ear reconstruction one side and a mild loss in the other. Whilst I had done considerable research, Roger was able to offer a wider range of brands than anyone else whilst knowledgeably going through the pros and cons of all the alternatives. However I did end up with the top of the range proposed elsewhere. Most importantly Roger did the most thorough testing and has offered extra tests and checks when the aids arrive. I felt listened to with relevant and appropriate responses. The service package whilst not the cheapest was the most complete. I would recommend the whole experience of getting a hearing aid from them.

Unsure of who to contact as husband was having difficulty hearing and the tv up really loud and kept asking me to repeat what I was saying. Rang the Leicester office who arranged an at home appointment. When Roger arrived he was professional, polite and friendly, he explained that one ear was full of wax and to use olive oil and he would come back and remove the wax which he did and said to allow a few weeks for his ears to adjust and if still had a problem he would come back and test his hearing which we will do when Roger is back from his holiday. I would recommend this company based on our experience, no pushy sales pitch, very informative and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you.

An appointment was made for me at short notice and I received a thorough examination. All of my results were explained to me and shown on a screen. It was particularly interesting to see in the inside of my ears on the screen. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful.

I had wax build up on both ears, mainly left, and it had started to badly affect my hearing. Felt like I was in my 80s! Went to my local NHS surgery after already putting in olive oil drops for a week. The nurse told me to keep putting in drops and book in an appointment for a syringe. The next available slot was 3 weeks away! Found Hear4U on Google. They had appointments every day and had much better customer service than Specsavers. I was so keen to get this sorted that I travelled to their Hinckley branch. 5 star service. They even offer you a drink while you are waiting! The practitioner (Jo, I think she was called) was very friendly and affable. You get to see a live video feed of your ear drum and wax, etc. Gross, yes, but great entertainment for family who were present! Seriously though, it's this technology which helps them provide a speedy and efficient service. I was done in 5 mins and decided to get the other ear done. Fantastic customer experience. They're definitely the go-to people for first class and fast on-demand ear wax removal!

An excellent service provided by Hear4U at the Hinckley Road Leicester branch today. All staff were very friendly. A big thank you to Roger Stokes for explaining everything so well and for carrying out the micro suction to remove wax from my right ear. It was great to see a before and after video. Having never had microsuction before I was unsure as what to expect. I am so pleased with the results and it’s the best I’ve been able to hear in a long time. I would thoroughly recommend the Leicester branch and will definitely return if needed in the future. Thank you

Very friendly reception and what I thought was a problem explained in simple terms, Also shown video of ears which was very satisfying as I could see my ears were ok. Referred to my GP who said I had had a short term virus which produced the giddiness. Well satisfied with my visit.

Unfortunately, there was no option to leave feedback at Edmonds & Slatter in Lutterworth. The receptionist was very welcoming and polite. Roger (the audiologist) was brilliant. He made me feel relaxed and at ease. I thought I had a blocked ear (which was not the case) so, fortunately, I did not require the microsuction. I definitely return next year for check-up. Due to earwax buildup I found myself completely deaf. Which was an embarrassing and frustrating condition. My local doctor said that they could treat the condition but I would have to wait two weeks, this was unacceptable for me. I was recommended to Hear 4 U and I attended their Hinckley Road, Leicester branch where I was greeted with a cup of tea and put at ease before being treated by the care assistant Donna Hewitt who rectified my hearing problem in a matter of minutes. I was very pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if the need arose.

Highly efficient and friendly. The advice received was honest and not linked to money! I had a full hearing test and diagnosis that corrected a dire error at the London Road clinic. The test was free, and the explanation very full and easy to understand.
No hearing aid was required. I really recommend this service, for honesty and pricing. Will go again if and when!

I'm in danger of repeating myself here but I've never been to the Leicester shop so I cant say much about it. But as Ben and Samantha spread themselves across all the offices (both are very tall) they ensure consistent quality across all their shops. BUT i have heard of a serious deficiency in the Leicester Branch which I have notified "to the management" - they do not have a full time therapy dog, only a visiting one - get that sorted Bennetts!

I took my father to see the audiologist at Hear4U today after having a bad experience at Specsavers.
The reception staff were lovely, we both had a coffee on arrival.
The audiologist was thorough, professional and very good with my father explaining all of his options with no pressure.
We go back next week to have the hearing aids fitted.
Definitely recommend.

What a lovely experience yesterday at Hear4U. Was warmly greeted and offered a cuppa by lovely friendly receptionist. Anjam was so lovely caring and friendly and immediately put me at my ease as she explained the micro suction procedure. She showed me my ear on the computer screen and kept me informed of everything she was doing. Wax removed immediately and what a relief. Had full hearing check afterwards too.
A fantastic service from start to finish and I cannot recommend them highly enough. A state of the art practice too. A real find.
