I have used Hear4U a number of times and I can highly recommend them. The Leicester branch has parking nearby. The equipment they use is very good and they show you inside your ear on a tv screen before and after. 4 stars purely because it costs me £40 and I'm generally only in there 15 mins to get my ear wax blockage sorted. £25 would be more reasonable.

I was very impressed by the treatment I received yesterday, when I had a large quantity of wax removed from my left ear. The technician was professional & knowledgeable and the wax was removed quickly, without pain. I was even able to see inside my own ear via a camera. I would recommend Hear4U to anyone suffering with earwax problems.

I contacted Hear4U as I was unable to get an appointment with my GP to syringe my ear. I was offered an appointment quickly and seen by Donna. She discussed what she was doing at each step. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend Hear4U to friends.

I had very little hearing for7 months during lockdown. I went today and I am totally amazed by the difference in my hearing. All the staff are lovely and friendly and made me feel so at ease. The procedure was explained every step of the way .I can’t thank them enough I would definitely recommend to anyone with hearing problems it had completely changed my life no more subtitles on the TV ❤️

I attended Hear4U having had a very blocked ear to the point I was getting a weird sensation to the side of my face. Donna was amazing she is very professional and caring. I had some earwax removed using the micro suction process. This was so much more comfortable than syringing. Very friendly staff, and very informative. Donna explained everything throughout the process. Really interesting. Excellent service. Highly recommended company.

Great business, very warm and welcoming, plus reassuring. Really thorough with their professional help. Whilst I was there two other customers had the full wax clear out and it was lovely to see their delight. Lovely people, I’d recommend if you do have hearing loss, or feel you’d benefit from less wax. NB it’s not just for the hearing impaired or elderly.

Excellent service. My Mother in Law went to Hear4U for her hearing aids. She has never found fault with the folk attending to her needs in her home, which is not the norm! She has now gone into residential care and still gets the same excellent service, even in theses Covid times. I had cause to use their ear wax removal service today. I normally have my GP practise syringe me ears but alas this service has gone by the board, it appears. I decided to get Hear4U to do my ear and they were very good. I would have no hesitation recogmending them to anyone.

Absolute amazing service, I called to make an appointment and I was seen the next day! The Receptionist was so lovely, and Roger who looked at my ears made me feel so at ease, explained everything and showed me the video footage of my ears, before and after the procedure. I was super happy!

Great service. Prompt appointment for my ear wax removal. Using the camera Donna showed me what the problem was, explained how best to deal with it and then used two methods. Follow up arranged at very short notice. All in all a very efficient, flexible, responsive, and also friendly, service.

Listen up people, (ha ha, no pun intended)! I have very recently had an issue with my hearing due to excessive wax. My left ear was practically deaf and my right ear was heading the same way. I was told about Hear 4 U by my GP and they could not have got it more right if they had tried. Staff were fantastic, the micro-suction treatment worked phenomenally well, and cost was reasonable. If you have got problems with your hearing etc then don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

Had ear wax removal done here, the registeration was safe and quick, as I arrived at appointment time, there was no waiting at all. Roger was very thorough in asking me the conditions and explaining the pros and cons of different procedures and the different cost options as well. I opted for micro suction, during the process Roger had kept informing me about the progress, and it was pain free and everything was cleaned out. It was quick and professionally done as well. He even showed me a video afterwards on what has been done. A big difference made to my hearing level after the removal. Will definitely do my check up here again in the future.

Really happy with the service provided. Microsuction seemed like the perfect solution for removing ear wax from my ears, would totally have it done again if needed in the future.
