Terrible service. Negligent and unprofessional behaviour at every step. I am an architect. We ordered items for a bathroom. CP hart failed to deliver them. They then wanted us to pay for replacement goods when they had not been delivered! Would give them zero stars but unfortunately the minimum you can give them is one!

Many mistakes from the very start. Someone else’s bill sent to us, wrong invoices and incredibly slow service. Ordered in August, not able to start before December. What they don’t tell you is that it takes 3 weeks to do a small shower room and that they deliver EVERYTHING from day one. All fixtures, fittings, bags of cement - the whole lot. Whole house taken over by storing it all. Also, they put plastic stuff all over carpet, which is fine but they don’t clean it and they leave it for the duration. It is white, so imagine how dirty it is. They put it over most of the house, because of all the storage. Whole house is like a building site. Not impressed at all. Also, second day the plumber left and forgot to turn the valve back on, so we had no water at all and then a few days later huge leak, water poured through the ceiling -whole length of the room. Would not recommend this company at all.

Brilliant service. Very helpful and expensive likeable/loveable bathrooms and accessories. Price range suit most pockets.
