Incompetence personified, DO NOT BUY from this company. Our delivery came damaged, its taken 6 days, 6 messages and phone calls to try and resolve and we're still going to confirm the refund. After the order arrived damaged I tried to get a replacement, they didn't press confirm on their system. Then when I chased this they told me it wasn't in stock so we agreed to cancel. Only to get an email the next day saying a new delivery was on its way. Then when I queried this they told me it had been stock the whole time and was why they couldn't give me the full refund which had been agreed the day before. Shambolic ordering and delivery service, appalling and chaotic customer service.

Aftercare service is absolutely appalling. Even after giving all my order number, invoice numbers and my delivery postcode of my house where we have lived for years, customer service can’t find our details. We had bought the whole bathroom worth £1800. Avoid this company if you are looking for value for money and good customer service which will keep their promise to fulfill.

Very misleading to customer as I have originally ordered shower width 76 cm but unfortunately when arrived measured it is 77 cm ...funny thing is it was written on a tray 76 cm and also on a box as well .....it's a joke as I can't use 77 cm on my bathroom it's useless...while I contacted to seller customer service been asked to return it on my own cost where the hell its the company policy says if u can't commit customer needs just refund and apologies....no they are arrogant customer service asked me to pay for the return collection.....ohh dear me ! Why the hell I choose this company in a first place...will be contacted soon to the trading standards soon .....????Worst Customer Service ever!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Customer Care is non existent. This is the first time that I have used this company and only because my client chose a toilet that BETTER BATHROOMS could supply. The toilet arrived without seat fixings, the Customer Care Service seems to have been out sourced to "I don't care a dam.com" As they were slow to respond, failed to help. Insisted on pushback at every opportunity and all over a missing fixing kit costing less than a fiver against a three figure purchase. They failed to respond against promises and left my client high and dry. Eventually I sourced the missing fixing kit elsewhere. I will NEVER use this company again and I will advise all my future customers to AVOID "Better Bathrooms" too. HELP YOURSELF, GO ELSEWHERE

Good variety of items, but don’t rely on the delivery dates! I’ve had three orders with them in the last week and every one has been delayed. They don’t even know where the products are coming from their own suppliers and the tracking information on the order goes to a delivery company that isn’t even delivering the product, never mind having a useful tracking reference. Have a builder sitting with no tiles and no fixed time of when they might show up, having personally had to call the warehouse (for two of the orders) and then the delivery company to find out when things will be delivered. Some communication and more realistic delivery dates from the offset are needed.

As plenty of others have said nightmare company. Ordered a light grey bath panel, cost £175 including delivery (£25 for delivery is SHOCKING). Anyway paid the money, as others have said delayed delivery dates. Eventually arrived and was a completely different colour. On the website the bath panel is light grey in reality it’s anthracite. The panel also chips very easily, as the builders were fitting it the edges were all chipped. Customer service is rubbish ping pong emails back and forth get you nowhere. The delivery driver also left a MASSIVE pallet on my driveway and said he couldn’t take it away. So odd. There are better companies out there. I wish I could attach photos.

Terrible quality bathroom unit and disgusting customer service. The sink unit we ordered arrived damaged (one of the runners was broken so the drawer didn't fit). We packaged it back up in the original packaging and box, and had to pay a courier to return the unit to better bathrooms (This cost us £80). Better Bathrooms said they would not be refunding the money, as the unit had arrived back in such a poor condition. They sent us photos of the battered box and unit which had been severely damaged by the courier we had paid. We have obviously complained to the courier, and they are now demanding more photos from better bathrooms. Better bathrooms have failed to reply to our emails or calls regarding the matter so it looks like we are set to lose about £400!!!!! Do not purchase anything from Better Bathrooms. We are losing an awful lot of money through no fault of our own, and have paid £80 for the privilege. We are a young family and do not have this sort of money to waste. An absolute disgrace, and total let down. DO NOT BUY FROM BETTER BATHROOMS

I recently purchased a toilet and sink vanity unit. They have a large selection which is hard to find at most Bathroom stores. As soon as I purchased I had constant updates regarding the delivery. Unfortunately when it arrived there was an issue with one of the brackets for the toilet seat. I emailed and received a phone call saying that a new toilet seat was being dispatched immediately. This was on a Sunday and I received the replacement on Monday. It is extremely hard to find a company with this level of service. I honestly can't recommend them enough 5 stars.

Ordered a Baxenden large combination toilet and basin storage unit set and matching bath panel on the 04/12/2020. After 18 separate emails from the company advising delays and more delays I eventually cancelled the order in Mar 2021 due to stock being unavailable.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. A few small accessories were actually quite good, but the panels I ordered were very low quality. One came damaged (not in transit, it was dented before it had been packaged) and after over a month of dealing with their dire customer services they are refusing to refund it. I wish I had searched for reviews before using them.

Ordered freestanding tap on 3rd February, (stated on website available next day for delivery). The taps are still show same delivery details today. Its now 21st March and still not arrived! Company does not answer emails or phone calls. No delivery updates. Absolutely shocking service.

We ordered a bathroom suite beginning of March. First delivery date was the 7th April then moved to 16th April. Having had no communication about a further delay we then gutted our existing bathroom in preparation. Checking all was ok, i then discovered the delivery date had been further postponed to 23rd April. I had no response to my numerous emails. Trying to get through by phone is just as bad. Your on hold for 10 minutes before you get anywhere. After eventually being answered although the sales staff were apologetic I got absolutely no help whatsoever. Customer service/satisfaction is appalling. I don't recommend this company. In fact don't touch it with a barge pole!! I had to give one star to leave this review. I'm now awaiting a full refund!

Terrible. Delivery said 3 days. Paid online then was told one month. Cancelled order. Had message to say refund would automatically be processed in 3 to 5 days. 9 days later, no refund. Rang up to be told refund had not even been authorised! Now been authorised so I'm waiting to see if it appears. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely terrible service. We have only used this company the once and will never do so again. We ordered 14 sinks in total..5 arrived first..2 of which were broken..then another 9 arrived.. 3 of that batch were also broken. I connected them and after a number of days and various emails chasing them we got 3 replacement sinks..Still 2 short..and then another 1 arrived.. I have now contacted them several times a week for the last 2 months chasing it and believe they have my number logged as the last time they answered and someone just laughed and put the phone down.. It's a well lesson as we use over 300 sinks a year in our business..And don't want to be associated with such shoddy products or services. Stay clear for your own sakes

Worst service I have received in a long time. Had an email stating my delivery would arrive the following day as expected so ripped my bathroom out ready for delivery. At 9am the day of delivery I get a call to say it wont be arriving for another 3 days as they didn't have a driver. I had to go and pick up the bathroom myself and they are not covering the cost for the van or my time to go and collect it.. They also made us use a fork lift truck to unload the bathroom ourselves with no license. There are also parts missing for fitting the shower. When speaking to customer service they are not very helpful at all.

BEWARE!! Shocking service - they sent items that were not compatible with each other (on their own recommendation). The cistern was sent back, and they didn't have an alternative. Nearly a month late I've STILL not had a refund. I've had (poor) email apology messages from 'Tammy', but she's terrible at getting back to me. The only way of getting in touch on the phone is via their premium-rate number, and surprise surprise they just keep you on hold (coining the premium-rate call). After I placed my initial order I got an email from them saying the Buy It Direct Group also happen to sell drones, laptops, servers and furniture.

Seriously the worst company I ever dealt with. How can they still exists I don't know. Customer service is a JOKE. I have ordered shower tray which should be together with the shower tray stainless steel grid. Instead of that of they sent me cheap plastic which obviously I paid extra for this and not even fit. I really hope they will not survive on competitive market and wish them all worst in the future. They deserve to be shut down closed down FOREVER.

This is the Buyit Direct Group.... what a shower... Asked them some technical questions about a Better Bathrooms shower mixer tap... They had NO IDEA !!! suggested that I talk to a plumber about there product.Really is that the best you can do ! customer services really very very unhelpful... esculated my complaint to Corrie the head of customer services who said all the right things but obviously didnt action any of them, and said things just to get me off the phone but actually did nothing.... gave me another contact who would see the exchange through .. Gabrielle Smith again useless. Why does everyone think I am interested they theyre sooooo busy with dealing with enquires... either thats because theyre business is doing well and if so GET MORE STAFF or (which is more likeley) theyre so poor that theyre fire fighting all the time.... I have had two days waiting in on missed deliveries, and three days for collection of faulty item. They will NOT exchange the item until they have the other back... Really are you calling me a liar.... Hold it a moment you do not even know how the item works... what are you going to do call a plumber. It will now be eight days for them to collect the faulty product and who knows how long to get the replacement .... absolute rubbish outfit. I have to order two sink taps waste vanity unit with wc and all the gubbings.... Guess what I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THE BUYITNOW GROUP

I bought a bathroom vanity unit from better bathrooms and it arrived damaged, I emailed them to let them know and I received a response asking for pictures, I replied to their email with the pictures requested. I then received a reminder email stating that the pictures had not been sent and that the case would be closed because they had not received pictures. I then emailed them the pictures again. I then received an email stating the case was closed. I had to repair the item by buying a colour matched tester pot of paint and touching it in. I think this company dragged the return process out and ignored the emails I sent knowing that due to time constraints items would need to be fitted. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company at all costs!!! We ordered a full bathroom suite due our bathroom being updated. Our plumber mentioned the company so we took a look at them and others and found their offer very good and the products looked lovely. However after paying £25 for delivery, we were still waiting 2 months later for it to be delivered. Chased them up to find out they were waiting on the basin tap. We demanded they sent everything else and the tap once available, as our plumber was due to start work within the next couple of weeks. All arrived. However the shower packaging was very damaged. Upon opening we found it had been sent back by a previous customer as her details were all still inside the box! A huge GDPR breach. We repackaged the box and asked for it to be returned so that we could receive a brand new shower. They sent a replacement shower about 5 days later, after we had to chase it again, to find it was the same item we had returned ourselves!!!! The previous customer had already put parts of it together and there was a huge dent in it!! Have had to return it again and order from elsewhere. Customer service from the company has been a disgrace. We will never recommend them to anyone and neither will our plumber from now on.

I needed a new toilet for the bathroom. Better Bathrooms had the toilet I wanted at the cheapest price I could fine. Reading the reviews did cause concern but then I realised that I could pickup from them directly at their M1 J28 location. So went for a punt. Plus it also saved on £30 delivery costs. The toilet arrived a day before they said it would (2 rather than 3 days) which was great. My main problem was finding the pickup location. It turns out that it's actually from the Appliances Direct showroom. Would have been useful if the email contained that level of detail. Anyway I picked it up and checked it over and the toilet was what I ordered and in one piece. The toilet was in the original Grohe box and was all fine. Appreciate that it may be a completely different experience if you're doing mail order.

Terrible. They clearly misled us regarding delivery telling us palleyways lost it, but then told by another sales team member that they never received the items from their suppliers. Still waiting for it to be addressed 4 months after initial order and been told items will take another 5 weeks. I get that there are issues with stock during the pandemic but feels like they have never been honest about it.

Checked again today and it's now 13th may! But on the website it says I can order it and have it for the 12th April. Really frustrating and disappointing

Huge range but appalling customer service. Received mail saying part of order out of stock and they would contact me. They didn't. I tried for 3 days to speak to someone without success. When l finally got thru l was told it was an error, everything in stock. Cancelled order. Waiting for refund. If it takes4 days to sort out a sale of £720, how long would it take If there was an actual after sale issue.

We ordered a shower which arrived very quickly and was a lovely product. Unfortunately our plumber advised it was not suitable for our system so we would have to return it. On reading some of the reviews I now thought uh oh, this is going to be trouble especially as you cannot speak to anyone, it is all done online. But we followed the return instructions on their site (not expecting a reply) but we received an email with instructions to return, we returned the item and received a full refund, and all quite quickly. So we have had no issues with this company and we have ordered and just received some very nice taps from them and we would order from them again.

Ordered a full bathroom suite that showed available online, only to find out that the bath was not in stock so I changed my delivery date, and then on the day before it was ment ro arrive I got an email saying there will be a further delay. So date changed again and had reassurance that it would arrive by that date. And delayed again, 1 month after ordering the Bath suit arrived, only for one item to be damaged I then requested for it to be returned and had no contact from them, the only time anything was done was when I called them for a update. Terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from Better Bathrooms again.

****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** FAILED to deliver our bath suite 5 times costing us extra money. Lied to us about every delivery, made promises and never kept them. We returned the sink (which we never opened) how they instructed us for a refund as was not required as they could not supply the vanity unit to be told it got damaged on route to them so they will not refund us. Disgusting service, poor customer service Seriously use a different company.

Absolutely shocking. Doesn't even deserve one star. Says in stock on line, take your money, then says it's not available for months. You finally get through to an advisor, who advised you what is and isnt available... "Sorts it all out for you" then same thing happens again with other items. Must have spent over 3 hours on the phone on hold and talking to sort this out. Ended up cancelling the whole order and going elsewhere. Avoid at all costs, don't waste your money or your time.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order over a month in advance of my plumbers starting work. Only one item has been received, one sent back and replacement has not been resent, one item still outstanding. The tap actually looks ok but they’d hope it works well. When I eventual speak to people on the phone, they promise it will be delivered in a few days. I’m still waiting almost 2 months later and the plumbers have had to leave the job unfinished but will luckily return once the items are received....if they ever are!!

Don't use this company!..... Ripped my only bathroom out based on their delivery date, BIG MISTAKE! For a suite due to be delivered 22nd January, I'm now being told its coming 28th April! Customer service have every excuse in the book, which seems the only thing they're good at! Absolutely ridiculous, now left with no bathroom and 3 kids! Refused a refund as it was bought as a bundle and I received part's.... The part's I can't put in without the main bits, like a bath! Save yourself, don't bother!!

Read this before buying! I am a plumber and fitted this for a customer, I can tell you First hand the quality of the product is poor. Having fitted a full bathroom suite that cost over £3600 the fittings and built quality are sub standard. I'd highly recommend you avoid buying. I personally spoke with the customer service team a few times, whom I can only explain as the most unhelpful, unskilled people I've had the unpleasantness to deal with. It was impossible to get matters resolved. It seems that all they are interested in, is money. I'd highly recommend all potential customers go else where. The product itself has begun to malfunction already after just one year of installation.

Oredered a bath for next day delivery, delivered a toilet. Won't refund until toilet is returned, wont pick it up. Had to reorder in order to prevent further delays, hasnt arrived. Im a grand down, 2 botched orders, 3 hours on the phone with customer services, and out of patience. Save yourself the hassle and order from someone else.

Very poor service. Dishonest about stock levels which when ordered turned out to be out of stock. Was given two re-stock dates and two delivery dates, both were lies. Waiting months only to be fobbed off each time and failed to answer numerous emails. Was lucky enough to get my money back but no sympathy given. Would never use again.

Ordered a bathroom Suite on 4th November 2020 for delivery 17th December.. No show, no email and no phone call to say it wasn't coming. Rang the company on a line that charges you to ring to be told its not in stock and will be delivered today 21st Jan .. Still no show.. They are now saying possiby march? Avoid this company at all costs... Think they are going down the toilet..

If I could give 0 star I would. Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered 3 months in advance of trades turning up (Paying £50 for specific date delivery) and they still cant get it delivered on time. Saying supplier problems and out of stock- but still listing as in stock on their website. Things turning up broken due to poor workmanship and not collected when couriers booked. New items not matching colour from original order. Unfortunately had to order other matching items from them and even those were delayed. Only responses from customer service were- we advise you don't book trades until your items arrive, sorry for delay, supplier problems. No responsibility taken, no help given, no problem solving. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
