Bought tiles from here over a year ago, absolutely despicable customer service. Will never step foot in here ever again. The worst store in terms of looking out for customers. Can't recount my experience as it brings back dark memories.

These guys need to sort there customer service out. The returns process is unbelievable. 30% re-stock fee. The quality of the product could also be better. The sink I bought started leaking after 2 years into the cabinet only releasing when the smell of damp appeared. Never again will I use this company. Just bought another sink from bq

I have a dreadful experience. I was given three different delivery dates, each time I waited in but no delivery. Once I received the items, they were very badly damaged. I am still awaiting a refund after almost a month. I have had to send almost 15 emails and have had to phone almost ten times! I would never purchase from 'Better Bathrooms' again.

Firstly ordered ‘back to wall’ toilet which showed in stock. It wasn’t and they said they would give an alternate. Requested Saturday delivery. Guess what? It didn’t arrive so yes they refunded the £15 - great. So I had to take a day off work for delivery in the week. All looked good but oh no - they sent me a normal toilet with cistern. If they knew what they were selling it’s obvious that I had ordered and received a cabinet so only a ‘back to wall’ toilet would fit. Tried complaining but they just don’t get it. So now I have a toilet I can’t use and I had to spend £85 at Wickes to get one I can use. Overall: wish I had steered clear.

First of all the prices of their item changes all the times. (I checked for 3 weeks and they sold the same basin for £14, £29 and £39) Even their delivery price changes from £2.99 to £24.99 depending on the item price (NOT item weight or size!) I placed an order. Item was to be delivered in 4 weeks! After 4 weeks no delivery. After calling they tried to ask for more payment as the item was no longer available. They had a similar one available at triple the price.

Worst company I have ever dealt with ! Appliance direct and furtiture 123 appalled by the customer service dealing with not one but 4 different complaints regarding 10 day late delivery after paying next day ,wrong items,miss advertised items and then no show for replacement and try to blame dpd for keeping the item !! Stay clear of this shambles of a company and all it’s sister companies because it’s not just better bathrooms who I had a problem with , different items from them all have caused issues they can’t resolve !

Absolutely awful company. Sent a bath out with no feet and I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to arrive after been told on 3 different occasions that they will be with me in 48 hours. Can't get through to them on the phone, no one phones you back and they don't respond to your emails. Never again.

I'm yet to receive my item, but the customer service is woeful. Having spend 30 minutes waiting to speak with someone, and then being cut off, I sent an email, with no response. I'm currently on hold again... just hit over 30 minutes and am still waiting to speak to someone. Think I'll use a better bathroom company than this in the future.

Ordered a bath from them online that was supposed to be delivered within 5 days, after 7 days I chased to see where it was only to be told that there was an 'issue' in their warehouse. A week later the item was out for delivery, when it arrived it was damaged and can't be used, they offered me £50 credit! I am currently waiting for it to be collected and a refund provided. Really disappointed, they've gone from being a great company to being awful. Puts me off buying anything from any of the 'buyitdirect' companies.

I bought a bathroom 5 months ago, the shower head started leaking so I took it off checked it, it was the thread that was worn, so I went to B&Q bought a new pipe I thought that would be easier it's quite close, but it was still loose, so I went to Better Bathrooms thinking they would just swap it, but nope I had to pay a lousy £6 fair play to the guy behind the counter he said phone the head office they will refund you, but I can't be bothered a straight swap would have been easier.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a shower and tap on 06/01/19. Promised 3-5 working days delivery. Never arrived and now will not issue a refund back to my card, only issue a credit! Order was nearly £500. If you call their customer service please ensure you have unlimited minutes on your phone contract and a bolt-on of patience! No consumer rights. Please avoid this place!

Awful. Nothing more needed to be said. Can't tell their backside from their elbow. Ordered a three piece bathroom suite, missing parts from every single item. Toilet, vanity unit, and bath. Delivery never arrived on time, had to reorder parts which low and behold also didn't arrive on time. Still awaiting for my shower screen to be collected (was supposed to be collected yesterday) as that it also missing vital parts that they don't have in stock for 4 weeks. Never again.

I have had nothing but problems with better bathrooms... it started with me ordering and paying in full for a full bathroom suite which obviously went smoothly considering the amount we were paying. I didn't want the bathroom straight away and they were happy to keep it in the warehouse for when we were ready to collect. When we did go to collect it they had sold the bath we had ordered and told us that the bath had now been discontinued due to a manufacturing fault!! We ordered a new one which luckily they had in stock. Then they told us that they didn't have the cladding in we had ordered and that they will have to order this in again. Ok! So we waiting a week for the cladding and then they sent the wrong colour and a damaged panel to which we still never received the replacement. When my plumber put the taps on the basin and bath they wasn't the taps i ordered they had given me the cheaper version! I called and they sent the ones i had ordered and told me to do what I like with the others i explained they were already fitted and as a good will gesture i would like to be 're funded' for the extra we had spent to which they said no we will send u the taps ???? the bath panel was the worse bath panel i had ever seen it was so flimsy and look extremely cheap i did also express this but got nowhere. When I spoke to sales and complained they said what are u expecting out of this because we won't give you compensation!!! I said I would not of expected anything back at all i wanted to tell them to stop it happening to other customers, although when she said it i was really annoyed and thought why should u get something back we had taken days of work waiting in for delivers that didn't turn up then taking more time to 're arrange' i don't usually leave a review on things to complain but this really caused stress for me and my partner and I want to warn others.

Today I’ve spoken to Ste in the Warrington office, due to issues with another bathroom company. Due to the time element we need the bath on next day delivery. I spoken to ste and explained the circumstances and he went out of his way by ringing around other stores and finding the bath needed. Lucky he found one and at a great price, also could do the next day delivery! Ste really went out of his way to help us and he deserves a 5 star rating. Thank you Ste,
