Poor company to deal with I'd order quite a large consignment of items, to get an email saying they have been despatch with no call to make sure the date was OK. Then to be told will have to pay an extra charge to a haulage company to hold the items, wouldn't deal with this company again every other company would contact the customer before to arrange a delivery. Poor poor poor

Our initial purchase was brilliant and I am really pleased with the vanity unit. On unpackaging we found some screws were missing which we were unable to replace. Despite there being a month between delivery and finding this out Bella Bathrooms are sending me new ones without any questions. That is what I call proper serivice. Very pleased

My order arrived quickly however manufacturers had packaged items when they were damaged. As. Customer of Bella Bathrooms it was them I contacted and obviously they dealt with the manufacturer. Joanne was the lady I dealt with an she was brilliant and a total asset to the company. Highly recommended.

Id spent a great deal of time looking for the perfect Lshaped shower bath, I found that with Bella Bathrooms not only had amazing value for money they also had great customer service in Joanne, Callum and Sarah. I sent an email enquiry to ask about the parts needed to install a vanity unit containing a basin and toilet. I was advised to put the parts I wanted on the website and it would calculate it for me. I am not a plumber hence the reason for asking for advice. I then called them and was told my plumber would be able to get the parts locally! I wanted advice as to what parts I needed but this was not forthcoming. Other companies such as Big Bathroom were very helpful and sent links to all the items. Clearly this company doesn't put alot of emphasis on customer service and I won't be buying from them!

Probably one of their lesser sales, a soft closing toilet seat. Had trouble with it, was reported and a replacement sent directly from the manufacturer. Top customer service , highly recommended.

Zero customer service, ordered a bathroom mirror 26/01 and heard nothing from them. I chased after 2 weeks, Bella Bathrooms said 'Its coming from the supplier direct we will chase up for you' Then nothing, i call the week after 'we are still chasing but we will come back to you tomorrow' guess what? no call. Look great and talk a good game but when it comes down to it they fall very short.

One of the worst suppliers I have ever used. They took 2 weeks to dispatch my order. Could not fulfil the entire order so cancelled one item, a shower tray. Still dispatched the shower tray fittings which are no use without the associated tray!! Now expect me to return at my cost even though their error. Item I need to return is 150cm long so shipping costs very high, and items shipped unpacked meaning I would need to pack prior to return or risk damage as fragile. Avoid at all cost.

Was sent an email saying my order would arrive in 2 days time. Due to work commitments I could not receive the parcel. After already paying £33 for the delivery. I was told I would have to pay another £20 for them to hold my delivery and deliver it another day. Save your TIME AND MONEY and order somewhere that allows you to choose a delivery date. Absolute waste of space.

Had to make a warranty claim as the shower I purchased 4 years ago from Bella Bathrooms developed a fault which was not their fault but a design flaw. Danielle in customer services was amazing no messing me around constant email updates and resolved my claim in under 24 hours. Superb customer service would definitely buy from Bella Bathrooms again, thanks again Danielle

A response to their reply; The missing item was reported at point of delivery, with the company using delay tactics for weeks afterwards. Regardless of what was "scanned out" a company is responsible for that item to make delivery to their customer, which on this occasion they failed. Wonderful to see a company who points the blame back to their customers, thinking they can get away with their actions. Lets not mention that items they mark "in-stock" actually entail at least a 2 week lead time from their suppliers - and sadly they don't advise that until a customer chases where the heck their order is. Poor show there Bella Bathrooms, well done to you guys! ----- Everything was going smoothly until they missed an item from the order, they responded apoorling with zero contact attempts yet refusing responsibility for their error and declining a partial refund request. I've now had to purchase an alternative and out of pocket, with these bandits charging for items they clearly don't send out to customers. Be warned over companies that offer a zero protection payment method on their websites!

This company are so efficient. The quality of my shower tray is everything as described. They arranged super fast next day delivery, at a very reasonable extra cost. I placed my order at 10.45 and received it at 10.45 the next day. Unbelievable!! Recommend 100%

I called up before I ordered to ensure my bath would arrive in time for the plumbers to start and was reassured that it was in stock so it would take 3-4 working days to arrive. 12 days later, I call up and it's being dispatched TODAY, the same day my plumbers are starting. I called up and was told that 'everything is an estimate, there's no way of us knowing if anything is in stock or not'. The whole reason I bought from Bella Bathrooms is because they said I would have it in time, whereas other shops - who are honest - said that it wouldn't. I am absolutely furious, this is terrible, terrible customer service. And I paid over £30 for delivery!!

I ordered basin and bath taps, the website said 3 - 5 working days but 13 working days later still waiting for the bath taps! I phoned customer services 3 times and each time they assure me it would be delivered asap. The plumber is behind with my project waiting to fill the bath to seal it then tile. Will definitely not order from Bella Bathrooms again.

Ordered a bathroom suite on 2nd of February ..advertised as available for IMMEDIATE delivery. Rang after waiting 2 weeks with no contact.. was told they were waiting for the bath to be manufactured and would be with me the following week. Didnt arrive.. rang again .told I would have to wait another week.. again no contact and the suite still hasnt arrived. Rang today 5 weeks on and they now couldnt tell me when the suite will.be delivered.. Atrocious customer service

Bought a combo sink and toilet, it was a wonderful product but I got the measurements wrong. Sadly had to be returned. We dropped it off onsite and Callum who received our return was very friendly and helpful, the refund was processed very quickly without any problems. Staff were responsive throughout the whole process, great company overall.

Ordered a shower tray which was over a 100 pound. They charged additional 50 odd quid for delivery and we needed it quite quickly which cost another 20. On top of that all the fittings cost another 30 odd quid. Unfortunately got the wrong size and return process was painful. They don't do returns you have to get special delivery which cost us additional 30. And when it got there they said it was damaged. Overall bad experience with them and the courier service.

I bought a Bathroom suite which arrived promptly, albeit with one part missing. I contacted customer services who very quickly made sure that the missing part was sourced and sent out to me (not from them but the bath manufacturer, who was at fault). I cannot comment on the durability of the bathroom suite, however, i found the customer service to be excellent.

Extremely unprofessional retailer and very rude staff. They had items in stock on the website. Happily took my order/money but a month later only partial order arrived. Called 5 times and emailed 3 times. Each time having to wait 30-60 mins in a queue. They expect you to keep wasting your time and calling them to chase order as they won’t respond to emails. On last call an extremely rude representative got into an argument with me accusing me that “I don’t care their team is off”. With all due respect, I have a job to do and have already waited a month. She refused to log a complaint, refused to process a refund straight away and refused to transfer me to a manager. I would highly recommend everyone stay away from such a cowboy setup and go with a more professional outfit that have a modicum of ethics and higher level of customer service about them. As a last resort I have now escalated this matter to Trading Standards. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The worst customer service and delivery time ever.!!! Purchased a part from Bella Bathrooms and paid for the standard delivery which their site states takes 2-3 working days. However it took them nearly a week and a half to deliver this product. Moreover when calling customer support to find out about the location or progress of the part, staff were not only rude but stated that the cant track their own delivery systems or parts and so can do nothing for us. There was a complete lack of responsibility and simple basic customer service. We were left to wait ages for a simple part to show up whenever it did. Honestly this was the first time and last time that we will be using Bella Bathrooms and I would seriously not recommend them to any business looking to buy parts for their clients.

Don't Buy from them. They don't have any stock and order from Supplier once you pay then make you suffer for months to receive the delivery. Lies and excuses so disappointed. Two orders still pending after several weeks.

Terrible service. Ordered a shower tray on the 25 September and still hasn’t arrived on the 16th October when it stated a 2-3 day despatch. Have called the customer services every day this week and promised it would be here today (Friday). Called today and it hasn’t been despatched and no sign of it happening, no one seems to want to help, just make excuses. No one calls back when they say. Very disappointing. Will not be using again!!! DO NOT USE BELLA BATHROOMS!!!!

Used this company twice now and would highly recommend. I was contacted to arrange a delivery date kept informed of a delay with an item on my order and delivery turned up as and when it should. En-suite now looks fantastic thanks to Bella Bathrooms. I tried to shop around for the best deal and found myself coming back to Bella every time!

I placed an order but then realised I'd made a mistake with my measurements and ended up having to cancel it for the time being whilst we clarify some things with our builders. Cancelling was so easy and the staff are lovely and helpful. Would recommend this company purely based on customer service!

Worse company I have ever dealt with , ordered shower tray on 12th oct was told delivery would be the 28th oct , phoned them today 22nd oct just to make sure everything was ok ( I must of had a feeling) got told there was now a 6 week delay , I had not had a call , e.mail , text , or letter NOTHING , insisted on speaking to the manager who was the most rudest unprofessional person I have ever dealt with , I have worked in customer services for 27 years plus & if I'd ever spoke to my customers the way she had I would of been looking for another job the following day, I asked for a refund which she said was done , but it's going to be approx 5 working days til it appears in my bank account, my advice is DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY totally unprofessional company with very rude & bad mannered staff .

We ordered a shower tray and some other bathroom equipment such as waterproof tape and sealant. The prices were competitive and we were kept up to date with the status of the order. Whilst there was an issue with the wrong sealant being sent, the customer care team were super quick in sorting the issue and had the replacements sent out for the next day. I would definitely use them again and recommend!!

I ordered a part from Bella Bathrooms through Rachael over the counter. The part was ordered in good faith but in approximately 30 minutes Rachel rang me and said it was out of stock. She re sourced another part from another company that could be ordered in the same timescale and phoned me to inform me. I Ordered a combination loo/sink with Bella initial customer service was ok turn around time on the order was 3/5 days but a week later no information and no dispatch..So I called to ask saying we had booked our builders to come start the work bareing in mind we had to wait for the slot the with the company as they are over run with work and where was our goods they hadn't been dispatched and the operator proceeds to tell me why would I book builder's to come in without the goods there .....Well when your quick enough to take peoples money and your supposed goods have a 3/5 day delivery time and your already over due please don't proceed to take orders you can't supply on time and then have a condescending attitude down the phone about it...... Customer satisfaction skills 0

***Avoid***Absolutely terrible service. 1st time Ive used them. I ordered a small part and was given an email confirmation, no idea of when delivery would be. After a week I chased to be told it should be there in a day or 2. Chased a few days later, should be there today. After 2 weeks I called at 9am and was told they'd look into it and call me back. By 3pm still no call back. I called them again and got through to a woman who couldn't be less bothered about providing good customer service. I was told by her its lost in transit nothing they can do about that except order another part in. Wouldnt entertain compensation for a 2 week delay so I said I'd like a refund. I asked why someone couldn't have called me back to apologise and the woman was as blunt and rude as ever, and blamed having not enough staff. What a joke of a company, do not use!
