Terrible customer service from a girl 'Sarah'. Waited over a month for my order to arrive to be sent an email today informing me my order was cancelled with no explanation why. You cant cancel an order for no reason, just because you don't want to deal with customers.

Terrible service. We needed 4 sinks quite urgently (within 10 working days) so I called Bella Bathrooms and was told that the sinks were in stock and will be dispatched within 5 working days. When 5 working days came and went I called to ask where they were, only to be told they didn't have them in stock and they won't be in stock for another 2 weeks! So if I hadn't called they wouldn't of let me know?? I've had to cancel the sinks and urgently find them elsewhere. Awful.

Fantastic service, good prices and very quick delivery. The shower screens and trays we ordered are great quality, the plumber even commented on how good they were. We noticed one of the small plastic parts was cracked, we assume in transit so we contacted Danielle in the customer services department who dealt with the issue. She was very easy to contact, kept me updated via email and a replacement part was dispatched. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

I recently purchased a shower tray 1100mm x 760mm unfortunately my builder told me wrong size ,so have ordered a 1200mm x 760mm right size ,however now I have to return it appreciated my error but I phoned them to ask how do you arrange for collection and was told I HAVE TO ARRANGE COLLECTION FROM MY COURIER AND PAY £68*00 CARRIRAGE, SHOWER TRAY WAS £90 SO NOT WORTH IT ,SO LEFT WITH SHOWER TRAY IN GARAGE NOT WORTH A TOSS ,SHOULD HAVE A BIG SIGN ON WEB PAGE SAYING IF YOU NEED TO RETURN ITEMS YOU NEED TO ARRANGE YOUR OWN COURIER,PONY SERVICE WILL NOT USE AGAIN REGARDS JOEL BAKER

After wicks failed to deliver my bathroom twice I went online and found Bella bathrooms I ordered bath basin, toilet fitted units and all the bits to go with,I did this at 11.30 pm on a Sunday night I spoke with Danielle the next day just to make sure I had ordered everything I needed, she was incredibly helpful and I ordered the other bits I needed ,later that day I got an email saying that my delivery would be the next day Tuesday, I work so I asked if I could give me a rough time not only did they give me a rough time they asked the driver to give me a call half an hour before, when the delivery was late I emailed Danielle and she did her best to find out what had happened, the delivery was late but it arrived. The bathroom is now fitted and looks amazing the quality is fantastic and the price was a lot better than wicks. I would highly recommend Bella bathrooms and would definitely use them again.

I purchased a shower tray in January and due to coronavirus never unpacked it until the end of July. I found that the tray was damaged and feared the worst, however, Bella Bathrooms had organised a replacement within a few days and without any hassle. Great customer service.

Our plumber incorrectly cut something and Bella dealt direct with them and sent out a replacement part, plus I ordered a daft tap and Bella's customer service team sourced a replacement aerator for me without question. Overall I am a very happy customer.

Ordered new cabinets for our toilet, plus a filler plinth, they where able to deliver cabinets but not the plinth as the manufacturer was not working due to the Cornavirus, cabinets where excellent quality, staff kept me informed about plinth, I fitted cabinets and did not require plinth, Bella Bathrooms cancelled this for me with complete refund, this is the second time I have used them and will use them again when I do my bathroom, excellent service, well done Bella Bathrooms

Bought a vanity unit and toilet from Bella Bathrooms which I was happy with. However just over a year later, the toilet seat cracked. Fair enough, ordered and paid for another one. This arrived and as my husband who would be fitting it was away, I didn’t open the package (which was not damaged) straight away. When my husband got home and opened the box the toilet seat was completely smashed at the hinge making it unusable. It was obviously packed broken as there was zero damage to the box. Initially Bella Bathrooms said they would source a replacement, but a few days later I received an email saying I must pay again and the guarantee only covers manufacturing faults. Do not use this company if you want any kind of customer service or aftercare. They have missed out on an order for two more bathrooms for the sake of a £45 loo seat

We purchased a couple of items from this company and we paid a delivery charge. When the driver got here, he would only deliver to the pavement because his equipment would not allow him to go any further. Even though you pay a delivery charge don't expect the items to be brought to your door. PLEASE look at the small print in the terms and conditions because that's what they will hide behind!!! We refused the items as my Husband could not carry the items and the driver refused to help. I got my refund back but to my dismay they have taken over £45.00 for delivery. My Husband was told that it would be 26.00, which is still a cheek but for it to be nearly double, I will be taking the matter further. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Be careful when ordering as they only except returns in original packaging when they send items that are impossible to re package in original packaging. They won't except the return even if its not damaged. Poor customer service

Delivery arrangements could do with being a bit more specific. 'Within the next 48 hours' is not an ideal indication especially when waiting in an empty house ... and then for the delivery driver to run out of time at 4.30 pm & turned up the next morning. Despite the customer service assistant telling me a little porky ...'that he was still on his way' !! Basin was damaged but was replaced super quick. Despite all of the above .. the prices, choice and quality are excellent ... definitely buy here again. Thanks

First time customer and will not be returning. Called up to ask for update on delivery and was told courier had damaged one of the items and will be delayed by a week. I asked to raise a complaint and the advisor argued with me telling me I couldnt raise one. She disputed my reason for raising a complaint then told me to 'ping' an email, which I did, but had no response or acknowledgement. Terrible customer service

Do not use at all cost. Do not use at all cost. Will not refund you. please read all the returns reviews as they all say the same. but mine was for a £250 shower tray! Delivery is so slow and no communication. if I could leave them no stars I would! The item was beautiful and would have love it but drain in the wrong place and unfortunately did not know it would be wrong until we ripped up the floor. not advised properly on delivery, miss leading details of delivery online and none on order confirmation. delivered too late so had to return, sent item using UPS arrived to there head office only to be told we damaged it. horrible company stay away. Use someone else if you want a honest, reliable company. Do not trust Bella bathrooms. Bella bathrooms response to a bad review Your posts are slanderous and we take lies and untrue comments very seriously. You will be receiving an email this morning requesting you to remove the comments on social media and your slanderous reviews via Google and trustpilot. If these aren't removed then you will be receiving a solicitors letter via post and we will have these removed through the court in necessary. We have emails and phone calls to back this up. Dreadful customer service. Purported to be 3 day delivery, waited 1 week for the first contact to be told product had not been delivered by the suppliers. The firms subsequently agreed a delivery date 6 days ahead and confirmed that I could have the product delivered on any day. Informed the day before, i.e. 5 days after delivery had been confirmed that they didn't have the product and it would be another 2 weeks! What has happened to an honest dialog that's all customers want? Sourced via Amazon and delivered in 3 days for considerably less cost. would not use again.

My bathroom was nearly complete. All I needed was a bathroom cabinet for my sink to sit on. I ordered from Bella as I thought they were a reputable company. What a mistake I made. The item arrived and looked good. A 2 drawer bathroom unit with soft close drawers. However, when I unpacked it I found that 3 out of 4 of the mechanisms for the soft close drawers inside the unit were broken resulting in the drawers not closing properly. Not acceptable for a £292 item. As this was now unpacked in my bathroom I decided that rather than re-packaging the item and waiting for an exchange to have the same potential issue I would offer to fix this myself by having the broken parts sent to me. I would simply replace these myself. I then began the painful communication with Bella. It took 16 e-mails over 59 days to eventually receive the replacement parts, whilst the unit sat on my bathroom floor. Horrendous service!!

Terrible customer service item returned and they refused to refund. Note when returning the item, we insured it but used the original packaging. When we tried to claim due to Bella bathrooms refusing to refund us we were told that the insurance would not pay. This is due to the original packaging not being adequate. Do not use this company. If there is any risk you may want to return an item. In reply to your comments below, slanderous meaning false and malicious? Could you please show me any part of my statement that is not  wholly true and factually correct. And as for reviews on other sites this is the second poor review I have posted. Against many many good reviews, this is because I have never had service as poor as Bella Bathrooms. And I believe people have the right to make informed decisions, and know the risks of dealing with your company. And as a side note are you admitting that your items are sent out to customers without adequate packaging? Because we used the original packaging to return the item and a professional parcel company has advised as you did, that this packaging is not adequate. To improve your process simply ask for photos of the return items before they are sent. By all means charge for return shipping, but as a business manage it at your end. That way you will avoid these disputes. And your customers will not be left feeling let down and dejected by your service!

I bought my bathroom a few years ago from Bella Bathrooms and the only trouble I have had is with a toilet seat, which has needed replacing twice. However, the customer service from Rachel has been outstanding every time. She has dealt with the problem so quickly and helped us find the right solution. It was so easy and quickly to contact their customer service and they reply straight away. Would highly recommend the company for value, quality and excellent customer service!
