As well as selling gorgeous bathrooms, Bella Bathrooms' Customer Service is exceptional. I needed to add something to an order last minute because I forgot, gave them a quick call and they did it no problem, so I could avoid having to pay for another postage fee. A Shower Bar I bought from them became lose only after a few months of use, and they went to Premier Bathrooms and secured a replacement free of charge. I can only say they are just amazing and I 100% recommend using them.

I have been extremely impressed by the efficiency and high quality of service provided by Bella Bathrooms.
Excellent prices - we experienced problem with damage to an order- the issue was dealt with / replaced same day.

I ordered parts on 29th Feb. they promised me deliverry parts with 1 week of placing the order. Laster in between I call upseveral items enquiring delivery date. They promised to delivery on 10th March. Last miniture they send me a messge parts cann't be delivered and it will be reschduled . They have zero commitment to customers. I don't recommended this company. They are not at all customer friendly.

Customer services were brilliant, I ordered to take advantage of sale prices but needed delivery delaying. Rachael was very helpful and kept me informed throughout. I had an email from the delivery company to let me know delivery times (2 hour slot), and Rachael also emailed to ensure that I knew when it was coming. Very pleased with the items that arrived and how well they were packaged. Nothing is installed yet, but I'm very happy with the price, the quality and the customer service.

Terrible customer service. It looks like they don't want to be there. It's a nightmare to talk to them and even worse to order over the phone. The company might get more customers if the company get rid of them.

I'm not really sure what to say. I ordered something which the relevant page on their website describe exactly as I wanted. What turned up, very very speedily, was something different. I went onto the website and was given the chance to use an online chat/help which i selected. Faith was on hand to help. Or so she said. After she encouraged me to send a question there was no response for many minutes. Eventually another person said no one was online! Leave a message. I did, leaning name and mobile and hoping to hear something next day. I didn't. Because of my work pattern I again was on the online chat next evening and found Faith offering to help me again. I gave up immediately. Still no answer from Bella Bathrooms.

From enquiry through to delivery everything was great .I saved a lot of time and effort getting everything for bathroom refurb in one place . My order consisted of items from several different manufacturers and as a result I had several queries.A member of the team named Rachael liased with all parties to ensure that all items were compatable . I'd shopped around and thought I had a competitive quote elsewhere until I discovered BellaBathrooms . Shame I can't give 6 out of 5 stars . Will certainly recomend to family and friends .

Highly recommended!! - I dealt with Rachael who was knowledgeable and efficient. She helped me identify the products I needed their web site to complete my bathroom project. I placed my order and it arrived on time and was in budget. When it was time to install the bathroom we came across a couple of glitches, but Rachael worked with manufacturers to resolve them quickly and to my absolute satisfaction. Sometimes its not until there's a problem that you really test a supplier, and on this occasion these guys truly excelled themselves. I would therefore recommend both Rachael and Bella Bathrooms wholeheartedly!

I had to call to get an estimated delivery date as I needed bath suite with 1 week notice, but staff were brilliant, monitored everything, came up with several delivery options, and kept me in the loop at all stages. Ultimately I cancelled one item due to 2-3 wait times and had everything else I needed ahead of schedule. Would definitely use the company again.

I ordered a vanity unit and sink from Bella Bathrooms. We intended buying sanitary ware for three bathrooms but thought we'd try their service before ordering one item. There was a manufacturing fault on the sink unit, we let Bella Bathrooms know and sent a photo to them. Within 48 hours we'd been told a replacement was being sent. Excellent customer service, giving us the confidence to place the second, much bigger order.

Ordered several items which all arrived on time. However 2 of the furniture items were damaged. After several discussions with Calum these were replaced. Through no fault of Bella Bathrooms I was disappointed with the level of packing of the items which is down to the manufacturer. Calum arranged the collection of the items twice with the manufacturers and eventually I now have what I need. He tried to ensure that I was not put out at all and provided excellent customer service.

A friend of a friend recently purchased a full suite from this company, and guess what, when they needed help from a poor quality item.....they skirted round the problem. Seems like they haven't a clue how to give good customer service. You would think they would learn from all the bad reviews but you gets what you pays for!!!! Lots of other great caring company's out there...try one!
Poor aftersales service, if you have a problem the are pretty useless. Takes ages to get any response and when you do they'll do their level best to make everything hard work. Products are at times faulty, but try to get it sorted and you'll be pulling your hair out. Tons of other bathroom companies out there, my advice would be to try a different one!
Think your clever putting the emails on, I see you did not show the one stating that Calum sent the pictures to the wrong company so that was one week gone adrift!
Also, why would anyone allow someone to come and drill a hole in the faulty shower tray (that could have been repaired) which would then make it totally irreparable, so first a picture which clearly shows the crack, then a form had to be filled out asking questions to catch you out in case you entered an answer that made out it was incorrectly fitted (a ploy by all these companies), and then a week later some guy wants to drill a hole in it!
So four weeks of waiting etc etc for a very poor response and I cancelled the HOLE DRILLER for reasons stated, so no belief of any customer just deep and long winded excuses trying to make it look like the correct procedure.
Anyone with any common sense can see exactly how poor this experience has been.
So potential bathroom equipment buyers....I suggest the obvious!

Excellent prices, service and delivery. Driver was very helpful and delivery was made as agreed. Had to contact customer services as a couple of the screws didn’t have any cross heads cut in them, this was dealt with quickly and without any issues with replacements being dispatched now.
Would definitely recommend Bella Bathrooms if you are wanting to update or replace anything in your bathroom.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a mirror that arrived months ago and was missing instructions and a couple of minor parts. Despite the time that had elapsed, Bella (thanks Calum) responded to my problem and got me instructions and spares so I can hang the mirror as designed. While it would be good not to have a problem, the fact that they went above and beyond a long time after the purchase was made makes me confident they are keen on their customers being happy, which I am. :D

Truly excellent customer service. I recently suffered broken hinges on a HiB bathroom cabinet over two years after purchase. I emailed customer services and got an instant reply from Calum. He arranged for new hinges to be sent out, and just three days after the original email the cabinet is working again. Can't praise Bella Bathrooms enough

I ordered a shower screen and tray from these we hadnt even up packed it and realised it was going to be to small we emailed and got a returns note we I rung them to enquire about a pick up we was told we had to book a courier and pay rung a few places and it was going to work out to expensive to send from london to Newcastle so now we have a shower and tray that we dont want for obviously reasons if I had know this to start with I would have gone b and q because in the long run it would have worked out cheaper

Called their sales department before placing the order to confirm the lead time ,operator wasn't very friendly , infact she was quite blunt .I was informed it was 2-3 working days which was fine .The order didn't arrive on the 3 rd day so called again for an update only to be told it was going to be another 4 days which I annoyed about as I haven't had any correspondence regarding any delay .Again I must have been connected to the same sales operative ,she wasn't very helpful in trying to resolve my problem and didn't apologize for the lack of communication or the delay

Issue I had was resolved within minutes and most certainly not fobbed off with every excuse under the sun as to how they can’t help with the issue. I was helped by Racheal and could not fault her service provided dealing with the problem. I have phoned to enquire about a bathroom that was out of stock . Found the receptionist very unhelpful and abrupt manner .said she didn’t know when it would be in stock and said she didn’t know how much it would be . Her attitude put me right off going back there . Clearly didn’t want to help me . Sticking to Victoria plumbing .
