Fitting a a bathroom is a scheduling nightmare sometimes but Bella Bathrooms always tried to accommodate my needs where they could. Couple that with super quick customer service emails and friendly staff. fully recommend!

Not happy with this company. Ordered a shower trap for a job 10days ago and it still hasn't arrived. Keep getting told it will be the next day, it will be the next day but nothing. It's now holding a job up. I get the feeling customer services really couldn't be bothered. If you want your paid for item within a few days of buying it I would go elsewhere in future : (

Contacted Bellabathrooms to let them know a part that had been delivered was faulty. Contacted their support team who passed it on to their supplier and a new replacement was with me the next afternoon a fraction over 24 hrs. Now that’s what I call service. I initially spoke to Danielle who was polite and extremely helpful. Thanks to everyone concerned at Bellabathrooms

Absolutely awful customer service. Supplied me with a different toilet from the one shown on their website. Spoke to customer services who insisted it was the right one. Emailed them a picture of the one supplied and told them to compare it to the website picture. They then changed the picture on the website and refused to replace it or refund me. They will of course deny this and write some patronizing bolony and they even managed to get my trust pilot review removed claiming I had the wrong company. Well I or my family and friends will never use Bella Bathrooms again.

BEWARE TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! please please please do not buy anything from this company It has cost me £100 just on deliver on items which were sent out incorrectly Very poor customer services and very rude especially SARAH who claims to be the manager! (Needs to upgrade her customer service skills) The lady who answers the phone Danielle just is no help whats so ever and she also is very unhelpfull, voice tone is very unpleasant I order bathroom sink , toilet and taps which were the wrong ones sent out and now it cost me more to return them due to their error Never again I would use this company as it was very poor experience please buy else were but not at BELLA BATHROOM RIP you off on delivery were other companies do not charge over rated prices on delivery every single person on the reviews have stated they are very RUDE and Avoid ordering anything from here! I wish read the reviews before ordering my items on here I would rate them less than ONE if I had option BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE COMPLETELY AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM HERE!

We've had great customer service from Bella Bathrooms. We ordered a radiator from them last year but a few months ago it developed a leak. We contacted Bella who straightaway sorted a replacement to be sent out by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, a catalogue of errors on the part of the manufacturer and its courier company (and nothing to do with Bella) meant that it took around 4 months before we finally received a satisfactory replacement. During this extremely frustrating period, we were helped by the friendly and efficient Rachael at Bella. She was proactive in diarising restocking dates and following up with the manufacturer on our behalf and kept us informed throughout. Long story short, due to the errors, the manufacturer said they would reimburse us the cost of the radiator. Bella, who we purchased the radiator from, refunded us straightaway before they received the credit from the manufacturer. We would have no qualms ordering from Bella again given how they (in particular Rachael) dealt with our issue.

Having received a faulty item, I spoke with Rachael at BB who dealt with my problem very professionally and efficiently. Rachael called back twice, confirmed in and email and went the extra mile despite my moaning and groaning. I had doubts if I would use B.B. again but following, recieving my goods; which are excellent value and the aftersales service specifically from Rachael. I would have no hesitation to use them again and highly recommend them. Rachael you are a star. Many thanks!!!!

Excellent friendly staff, very helpful too and proactive!! When I had order the incorrect item, they called me to check that I had ordered the correct item. Turns out I hadn't so they were able to change the order.

Worst customer Service experience I have had, by a long shot. Do not use this company if you want any form of customer services, or in fact want an item you have PAID for that is IN STOCK delivered any time soon. Item was ordered, and expected delivery time 3 days. This never came to light and repeatedly delayed and 'pushed back several times. There was no effort by customer services to inform us of delays. Any information regarding the order was only received by us emailing and asking. Which every time contact was made, we were given an other date later for the item to become available. Complained by phone to customer services to ask to speak to the supervisor. Not willing to accept the fact customer services doesn't exist. Simple answer for everything do you want to cancel the order. Despite the fact we actually REQUIRED the item,, after 1 month of continual disappointment and lack of customer service we decided it was such a hopeless experience to actually cancel the order. I have asked for the supervisor/management contact details whilst requesting the order be cancelled. I suspect I wont hear back!

Ordered on the 14th, with a status that they will dispatch within 3 days. Received an email to say one unit is out of stock and won't come in until the 28th (at the earliest)! Called to request remaining items to be delivered holding the balance on back order, they refused. Would not recommend. Also note, they add on a hefty delivery charge for larger items.

My delivery came within a few days as expected. Unfortunately, the shower tray was damaged with scuffs and scratches. I contacted Bella Bathrooms and sent them images of the damage as requested. They were very apologetic and arranged a replacement to be sent out immediately. Great customer service. Very pleased.
