I recently placed two orders with Bella Bathrooms and found them to be an excellent supplier in respect of the goods I ordered. We ordered from the Premier range and from my initial contact to point of order they were first class, The communication was good and my goods were delivered on schedule. Several weeks after delivery I did encounter a problem with a broken cistern lid. This was not found until the plumber was doing his installation. It was impossible to say exactly when it had been broken but I contacted Bella Bathrooms and spoke with Callum. I sent pictures and they spoke with their supplier and my issue rectified. We are planning to refurbish another bathroom in the New Year and we will once again be speaking with Bella Bathrooms. A good supplier with excellent customer service.....Well Done !

Great customer service! The new toilet cistern we ordered arrived chipped. When we reported this, even though it was a few days after it had been delivered, no questions were asked and a replacement was sent out. To our dismay that was also chipped, and worse than the first one! It was obviously a problem with the way it had been packed at the source factory and the handling in transit. We reported it again, and again Bella Bathrooms were very understanding and helpful. A new one was again sent out, this time well-wrapped in protective plastic. Cannot fault the customer service..which makes a huge difference in a crowded and competitive market place. Would certainly consider buying from them again and recommending them.

Having searched the Internet for a well priced Stuart Turner shower pump Bella Bathrooms came up with the lowest price around. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived early Tuesday morning-wow superb service. They will definitely be my first port of call next time I'm looking for bathroom related items.

I would highly recommend Bella Bathrooms to anyone! We did a complete bathroom renovation and everyone comments on how lovely the bathroom is now. The quality of the products are first class - especially for the low price we paid. We will definately purchase from them in the future when we update our en suite. This company is competitively priced, they sell brand products but despite this I really should have read these reviews first. There customer care team are aggressive and very rude.
Customer care team said when I had a delivery problem (they forgot to dispatch and after 22 days I called them) the representative simply said she didn't really care if I wasn't happy because I'd signed their T&Cs. Reading these reviews it seems the products are good but they need new staff.

Ordered the Moods P-Shape Bath with curved screen and have been happy so far. I had an issue trying to arrange delivery which Rachael handled promptly and politely - excellent customer service throughout and an asset to the team. One item did arrive broken, but at my request this was refunded with no issues, none of this backwards and forwards arguing I've experienced elsewhere. Even passed on my feedback as the website was unclear that this particular bath did include the front panel (no need to buy separately which increased value for money). Will not hesitate to use again when I renovate the downstairs cloakroom. Thanks again!

Shocking customer service either by telephone or email. They state that they should not post not fit for a certain purpose on product. Must be above the Consumer Goods act.
To clarify the situation, my husband did not stand on the seat, I did not state he stood on the seat. I actually said he sat on the seat to clean wall tiles at the side. I did during the call correct her on this point.

My order for my shower installation was handled very efficiently. Due to a mis-labelling by the supplier, when delivered, one item was incorrect.
It took a few email exchanges and longer than I had hoped for Bella bathrooms to sort this problem out. However, I have used them before and would again.

Bought a tap set from Bella last year, best value I could find after extensive browsing.
18mth later I had cause to get in touch regarding an issue with the tap. I got a same day response and also same day resolution, couldn't have been more pleased. The cause of my issue was actually due to the cleaning product Ihad been using so it wasn't an actual issue with the quality of the product....even so the sorted me out a replacement as a goodwill gesture! Will definitely return to buy from them in the future. Thanks especially to Rachael @ Bella and Chloe @ the manufacturer for sorting out my issue

I have to concur with others in that the customer service team can come across as a little aggressive and not always very helpful (not all of them I stress) . I incurred an additional significant expense during a recent bathroom refit as we had to continue to pay for the plumbers time while waiting for Bella Bathrooms to resolve an issue that ultimately the manufacture claims to not have been made aware of. So it appears Bella Bathrooms customer services failed to contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue and it was only when I called the manufacturer directly did I see any action and a swift resolution. I am aware it may have been an honest error or there may well have been some miscommunication between them but Bella Bathrooms were hardly proactive and I had to call repeatedly. Other than that we do appear to have ended up with a quality bathroom but their customer service, length of time to deliver and additional costs incurred have cost them stars.
