DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If I could have given zero stars I would!!!
I purchased two mixer taps and reported one unit as being faulty - continually dripping. Initial response from customer service was to ask for a video of a dripping tap, which in hindsight is clearly just a delaying tactic, who needs a video to see what a "dripping tap" means. Eventually two replacement valve cartridges arrived in the post without warning or any paperwork as to what to do with these. The cartridges turned out to be the wrong type for the model of tap ordered and useless to fix the fault. I reported the incorrect parts and requested a complete new unit, as it is not my responsibility as the consumer to disassemble faulty goods to replace components to make it useable. If I were to damage or break the unit during the repair process, I would become liable and unable to claim a replacement. No response or updates have ever been given unless I have chased for an answer. The standard response is to blame the manufacturer, that they are awaiting feedback. Why not send a replacement unit and take back the faulty one which I have repeated stated I will ship ASAP. Having called five times in one day to get any update, tells me there is a systematic lack of customer care or professionalism at Heat and Plumb. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING THEIR CUSTOMERS.
If Heat and Plumb want to resolve the issue they should contact me immediately by telephone.

Price and delivery charges were great for such an heavy item,(Ceramic Cistern with all fittings)
Cannot fault the service,would order from them again if I need other bathroom equipment.

Great value bathroom cabinet, was significantly the cheapest price given the size of the wall unit (a four door mirrored wall cabinet was £120, compared to other retailers which came in at £150-170 for a two door mirrored cabinet) Looks great.
Customer services very quick to reply when we seemed to have an issue aligning the doors. Would definitely use again. Fast delivery, good value, decent quality and good customer support.

I have not had a good experience. I ordered two taps 10 days ago. They were due to be delivered 3 days later. I had a call from the courier stating that nobody was home at the time of delivery and he was unable to leave them in our porch or with a neighbour due to company policy. I called Heat & Plumb a couple of days later to rearrange delivery and paid the £15 fee to do so. I have now received an email stating that the taps I ordered are out of stock and not due in for another 6 weeks. They have clearly sold my taps to someone else which I find completely unacceptable. I have called and emailed asking to cancel the order and obtain a refund of both the purchase of the taps and the redelivery charge and am currently waiting for confirmation of this. Furthermore, when I called, I was told that they have not taken the additional £15 fee but this is not true because it is showing on my card statement.
Update - pleased to say that they were in contact fairly soon after my post above and have fully refunded me for the costs involved. I have therefore increased my star review to reflect this.

Ordering process online was very simple. Compared prices online, but these guys still came out in top. PLUS, when the taps arrived they were all individually bagged in cotton baggies to stop and chrome dings. The mixer tap and sink taps all match and as I wasn’t at the property when I ordered, it was a blessing to be able to arrange a different delivery date. All in all, quick, efficient, and an entirely different league to the usual Amazon tat. These peeps be the business.

Quick and efficient service. Great product (MX Minerals Rectangular Shower Tray 1200mm x 900mm) - weighs a ton (ok, 34Kg) but the delivery guy managed to manhandle it to our door somehow! Now fitted but have yet to actually have a shower on it.....currently solid as a rock, though.

The product is of good quality but the delivery driver was not concern about customers.
Delivery was set 8-12noon.
The driver claimed to have come to deliver 8:10am to a house under complete renovation. The driver did not call me to let him know he was coming or when he got there, he just left. Knowing I will pay for a repeat delivery.
After my waiting & no delivery, I called Heat and Plumb who distanced themselves from the action of their delivery company. I had to pay the delivery team for a repeat delivery!
Customer satisfaction should be every company’s watch word.
I will not be buying from Heat & Plumb & I will not recommend them for anyone to!

Very good service. Delivery date as arranged. It was advised to check contents before signing to accept delivery, sanitary ware, which could have broken in transit, but driver would not wait for the unpack for us to check. Fortunately everything was well packed and not damaged. Just need a plumber now to fit everything....plumbers are a bit like hen's teeth it seems!

I am so appalled by this company. Bought an expensive towel radiator from them. The builder has 30 years of experience and has fitted literally thousands of towel radiators. It’s not screwing to the valve (it won’t tighten) so when turned on it leaks. The valves are new and we tried them on another radiator and they work fine, so the issue is definitely the radiator.
I contacted them about the issue and they asked for a video explaining the issue, which I did.
They have allegedly contacted the manufacturer who have said it’s not faulty. How can they possibly know this without inspecting it? From a video where I’m just speaking and don’t show the screw thread (we had to go ahead and fit it so the tiling and grouting can be completed) they have come to the conclusion there is nothing wrong with it.
They have refused to allow me to return it for repair or replacement which is illegal under U.K. consumer law.
In addition to them breaking trading law, I spoke to someone on the phone who was EXCEPTIONALLY rude, aggressive and frankly sexist.

I ordered a mixer tap from here for our new kitchen.
They quickly dispatched the item and it was received the next day.
The tap was very nice but it was unsuitable for the sink we had (my fault) so we requested a return and the seller was quick to respond saying we could return the item and would issue us a refund.
In the end they said it would be easier for them if we just kept the tap and would issue us a refund regardless.
Have to say its the first time I've used this company but it won't be the last.
Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a vanity unit but unfortunately had to return it as the shade of matt black was not black enough to match the bathroom. This was very disappointing as it was a lovely good quality unit. The return process was first class. Excellent communication throughout and the item was collected from my door and processed within 24 hours. Amazing positive response to an issue regarding a tap I purchased 11 months ago. Heat&plumb contacted the supplier and kept me in touch at all stages and obtained a replacement tap at no extra cost and it was delivered two days later.
