we ordered a Kitchen tap from H&P, but unfortunately the fittings on the tap were not suitable for the replacement (the way the original tap was fitted meant that we had to use the 'Legs' coming up from the existing tap) unfortunately the fittings were different, so we could not use the new tap !
the returns team were very helpful although i thought the 15% returns fee was rather HIGH, the tap did not leave our office !!

I was looking for a supplier for a new en-suite refurbishment.
Looking at all sites available I found the Heat&Plumb website excellent, the easiest to navigate and their prices were the most competitive I could find.
Their delivery, follow-up and customer service was first class. I had to return one item I bought in error and this was handled in a very competent manner by their customer advisor. All in all a first-class online supplier that I can thoroughly recommend and wouldn't hesitate using again.

I ordered a radiator from another “big” company and after countless excuses and 4 months I gave up on ever receiving it.
I had to find an equivalent radiator with the same pipe centers so after scouring the internet found the Heat&Plumb website.
Finding an equivalent was really easy due to the website design and it was ordered and delivered within 2 days.
Brilliant service.
I was about to have this radiator fitted when out of the blue my original order from the other company just turned up out of the blue. As the entire design of the bathroom was based around this original radiator we decided that we would keep it and return the heat&plumb radiator.
It was a difficult decision as both were excellent value for money and the design and build quality fantastic but the original design won with she who matters most the wife.
Never mind the returns for the H&P radiator was dead easy, they organized collection so we had nothing to do.
We expected to pay shipping costs and found these to be more than reasonable, I was expecting at least another £10-20 to be honest.
All round can fault the service, communication and quality from Heat&Plumb especially Dave
They could teach that other “big” company a few lessons on how to do things properly

I purchased a shower seat for my mother it was very good quality but unfortunately I had to return the item as it was to large to fit in my mother’s shower. As a company they were very supportive, arranged delivery and collection was very quick. I had no problems with them. Communication through emails was excellent. I received my refund fairly quickly and would highly recommend them. I would definitely do business with them again.

Purchased a KLPK 1780-Prestige KT35 Rectangular Shower Tray with Fast Flow Waste 1200mm x 800mm in Stone Resin but on installation found it was bowed in two directions. Alina in Customer Services sorted the returns and refund excellently.

Absolute nightmare, delivery date on items before purchasing, quite simply a lie, then on date you choose delivery it basically doesn’t turn up despite email from Heat & Plumb and tracking from DX, several long waiting phone calls later, and another DX text and reassurance from Heat & Plumb and a conversation with the ‘Manager’ the next day, it still doesn’t turn up. Never again, still not got goods!!!

Spent close to £1000 with the company on various items for a bathroom refit and was missing a small cap for the shower screen. When I reported it to customer care wanted to charge me £9 for them to send a replacement for the missing part which couldn't be more than a couple of pence. Disappointing customer service as they don't stock items are just a middle man and your items come a different times from different companies

Beware and avoid Heat and Plumb! If you have a fault you're stuck with it! Attracted to Heat and Plumb because of their competitive prices but had a nightmare experience since then. Installed a radiator that turned out to be faulty. No interest from their customer service in rectifying the issue. Provided them with photos and details of my plumber as requested. Nearly a month later and after numerous calls/emails nothing has been resolved. Customer Service totally ambivalent and unresponsive. I now have to bear all the costs of removal and replacement installation. £500-600 out of pocket and stuck with a faulty radiator.

Their custom service department, led by Shoeb, had sourced and shipped a replacement item, which was installed and operating by the 12 May. Shoeb dealt with our problem expertly, politely and timely. I ordered a shower tray and trap on Saturday, to be delivered on Tuesday.
All seemed well when I got emails confirming the delivery.
Tuesday came and sure enough the delivery arrived, well part of the delivery.
Basically the trap turned up with no tray, the courier said it wasn’t loaded and I had to sign the paperwork stating that fact.
I contacted customer services and they said someone would call me back(no call). I contacted them again and was told they had to speak to the courier but all was fine and they would call on Wednesday .
Wednesday came no call again, I called up customer services again at 4pm, the guy couldn’t help but said someone would call me back.
They called me back and it sounded like the previous guy but said they still needed to speak to the courier but it had been escalated to the highest level ????.
I told him I’ve got a plumber coming on Saturday so is it going to come, guess what he couldn’t answer the question.
He said he’ll call back today, it’s now nearly 5pm and no call.
I hope this is just logistical as I’m getting pretty annoyed now, I’m asking myself do they really give a s**.
I’ll give a proper rating if or when the tray turns up.
Finally got a call from Tim on Friday and was very apologetic and said they still couldn’t find the tray but agreed to send another one out ASAP.
Got the tray as promised on Tuesday 1week late but in good condition and all’s well that ends well.
Gave them another star for actually solving the problem.
Would also say if they got their customer services sorted and not keep passing the buck, I would defiantly use again as their prices can’t be beaten ..
