Had difficulty sourcing a shower tray elsewhere and found a great product on Heat and Plumb. Ordering was easy and delivery was swift. Other suppliers were quoting delayed delivery due to COVID and BREXIT some up to 6 weeks! Heat and Plumb had the product in stock and delivered in 2 days Can’t fault at all. Thank you

Items arrived quickly, one item arrived damaged, however this damaged item was replaced within a couple of days. The damaged item could have been due to the courier and not the fault of heat and plumb. Was assisted by Shikha who was very helpful throughout the replacement of the damaged item, she remained in contact to ensure the replacement was satisfactory. The radiators I have ordered from here previously are great, just waiting on installing my newest order.

When I had a problem with my order 710691, I contacted customer service and was swiftly helped by Dave. You have no worries placing an order as customer service are great. Have used Heat and Plumb a number of times over the last year and have always had excellent service. Deliveries have arrived when expected and we have been updated regularly regarding any items on Back Order. Overall, excellent service and good prices too!

I had a slight issue with one of the taps I ordered from here; however Dave, the company owner was very quick at responding to the issue and organised a full refund without and hassle. Excellent customer service and would recommend.

Update: after weeks and weeks, I am still waiting for someone to pick up the valves to return and I still have not received my refund. Please do not buy with this company. Worst customer service and shopping experience I've ever had. I spent £1000 on radiators and valves - I was told on 3 occasions that they had been dispatched and would be arriving the following day. This was initially frustrating as I asked several times to be contacted for a delivery date as I'm a key worker (teacher) and had to book time to stay at home. They assured me this was the case, but when I called to ask why the radiators were being delivered the following day with very little warning, they said it was because "it would be the last stock renewal until after March" so it was "now or in 3 months time". I waited at home, with last minute warning, on 3 occasions for the 2 day delivery window to await the radiators. They never arrived. On the 3rd occasion, as I waited at home, I received a message saying they wouldn't be in stock until the end of February. The manager was incredibly defensive and rude and said it wasn't her responsibility to let me know that orders had been cancelled or delayed. I cancelled the order I and still haven't received my refund. I'm now £1000 out of pocket, I've messed the plumber and my employer around and I'm about 2 months behind my works schedule. Read the recent reviews and please do NOT buy with this company during Covid.

Harsh and Isha were very helpful in sorting out a collection and refund of a wrong Grohe item sent out to us. This had been discontinued by Grohe and I had to explain that I had contacted Grohe UK and was told this by them. The part sent out had been replaced by a more complete unit containing the valve etc for a bath tap control face unit. The procedures put in place by the company make it difficult to obtain a refund by having to go through several stages.
