7/5/21 Update - I have just wasted a third day off waiting for my delivery. Did some more digging - The actual company is Pioneer Bathrooms LTD check their reviews - This is a rebrand - What an absolute joke these guys are. I ordered in stock items for three bathrooms in January. We are now in April, I have just taken my second day off to await the delivery, and have just chased it to be told "well if it isn't there now it probably won't be today" - I now have to wait 4 days for them to look into it and come back to me. They don't have an official complaints policy, and you are unable to speak to any manager or owner to discuss. I very rarely post negative comments but this has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. In contrast, the rest of my items came from Victoria Plum, ordered in stock items the same day at these and they were with me 4 days later!!!!!!

After receipt though, we found the instructions stated the item is not suitable for microbore plumbing which, unfortunately, is present in our old cottage. I am pleased to say Heat and Plumb were able to arrange collection and issued a full refund

Received the order for a double hinged shower screen with missing hinges which meant not all of the shower screen could be assembled. Sent an email to customer services 2 weeks ago. Was advised i would hear back regarding replacement parts within 24 - 48 hours. After 72 hours and emailing to chase them was advised the parts have been ordered and will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days. After 4 working days emailed back advising parts still had not arrived. Was advised on the same they are chasing the order with the technical team and would get back to me at the earliest. 4 1/2 days later I have still not heard anything back, ive had a shower screen which was sent without proper parts therefore was not what i paid for and inadequate for proper use. Customer services team seems not really be worried about getting back to the me. After spending over £100 im really disappointed with the service after reading such good reviews about heat & plumb. If the situation is not resolved this week ill have to take my complaint further and file with the ombudsman.

Great service and speedy delivery. Due to my lack of knowledge re plumbing I ordered an incorrect set of valves and some pipe covers that weren’t appropriate. Was able to get refunds for both without any stress, quick helpful customer service at every stage.
Radiators look great and keep me warm.

Can't give a higher rating because they sent me the wrong goods, admittedly I must give some credit as they did put it right the following day with the wrong goods collected and the correct ones delivered with different vehicles the following day , but it was a single item ( hand rail ) and the packer must never had read the packing note he enclosed , I GOT A WASH BASIN ! but you have to admire their efficiency in ectifying the error.

THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING! I ordered a radiator and valves from them with a specified delivery date and on acceptance of order I arranged for a plumber to fix. However, I received an email the night before to be told that the valves were out of stock for four weeks. I emailed them to do part ship but got a reply to say that customer services would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I phoned them and was told that the radiator would not be delivered until the following Monday. I incurred cost of a call out fee and I had to chase Heat and Plumb. Very poor service and obviously do not care as I asked for the manager to call me back but that did not happen either.

I had a faulty tap and a replacement was not possible until February. This was at start of Christmas holidays. First day back and before 10am I had a phone call from a very helpful polite young man called Dave Powers. He has arranged a complete refund that should be in my bank today. I can not fault this company and Dave for a hassle free problem solved. I would definitely recommend this company.

Such a shame their customer service is non-existent. Prices are great, range is great, good website etc. But if you have a problem with a delivery. Forget it. Customer services can’t do anything. All they can do to chase an order is to email the warehouse, no desire or any roomies to call you back & no pro-active investigation. You just have to wait and see.

I had an issue with a shower tray (manufacturing fault) and they sorted it out & replaced the item straight away. Purchased a washbasin for a special needs children's school.
Paid extra for fast delivery.
Eventually turns up 4 days late.
Box is battered and basin in bits.
Then had to stay off work waiting for courier to pick up the basin for return.
Still waiting on a refund ,no contact no refund.
All round bad experience and nearly £200.00 down and a wasted day.
Now have to start a case with trading standards.
I would avoid at all costs unless you like throwing away money.

Purchased shower trays which where 15mm smaller then advertise would not refund.
Also bathroom towel radiator which was a brown not gold as photos on website suggested .then had to pay to get collected and returned .

Heat&Plumb offered the breadth of products I needed for the bathroom renovation at a competitive price. I chose to buy 3 radiators and a shower stall after discussing the shipping options with their customer service team. I live on a close in the town centre with a 7.5T local restriction. The team at Heat&Plum were able to work with me and understood the limits and made sure the deliveries (3 in total) went off without a hitch. I had previously bought from Victorian plumbing and they were unwilling to accommodate a smaller vehicle meaning the kerbside delivery was left over 300 meters away and I had to arrange for thé radiators to be carried the 300 meters by a third party. I’ll never buy from them again. Lastly when one of the pair of towel rail radiators was mismatched, Shikha was able to get a matching radiator sent out and the wrong one collected with no strain on me. Thank you, I recommend H&P wholeheartedly.

Best price and best delivey times that I have found.
The clincher for the last purchase of taps was that full information on water flows are posted . Most non-plumbers do not realise that the waterways in MOST single hole taps are ONLY suitable for mains pressure supplies. It is hard to find full info on all taps, especially flow rates for 1 or 2 m head pressure but this website is the best on that issue.

No issues with Heat & Plumb themselves but the delivery company they use is terrible - ordered over a month ago and only just received my order. The order was attempted to be delivered twice, without any contact from the delivery company, only to be told when I later enquired that they could not find my address. This issue was finally resolved when I gave them an alternative address to deliver to! Again I’m grateful for the help from my contact at Heat & Plumb in getting to the bottom of my order and it’s whereabouts!

Super poor service. I ordered a towel rail that was in stock over a month ago. Our bathroom is now being fitted. Despite chasing the order for 10 days now I have received no support.
I am now told that the rail will be despatched and arrive 1 week after our bathroom fitter has moved on to another job.

If you want constant problems, unhelpful service and blatant disregard for your spend then avoid Heat and Plumb.
I ordered two toilets pans with cistern - when the items arrived they were smashed, broken, and shattered!!! When I asked for items to be replaced I was told they could only replace parts of the items then after perseverance they agreed to replace them but Not to collect the damaged goods!!!
Meaning I'd have to fit the bill for disposal of their damaged goods
In the end I asked for a refund and they said I couldn't get a refund because it was too late.
Save your money and go to a reputable merchant.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
failed to deliver on time, 4 days late so far. When you call them they just say we need more time, call centre is not located in the UK so when you get a problem they actual can`t help. Understanding their continuous excuses is near impossible with the language gap. I own a plumbing and heating business and will never use them again. So far they have managed to hold up 3 tradesman in one go, well done heat and plumb.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with HeatandPlumb. They had a radiator that was out of stock and they emailed back with alternatives. They also gave me some discount as the alternative was more expensive than my original choice.
Not, only that when I called to check the availability and the delivery of the replacement, I was proactively reminded that not only the radiator but the valves needed changing to match the colour.
