Just wanted to say I would highly recommend this company. We ordered a bathroom cabinet and unfortunately when we received the cabinet it was damaged through no fault of the company at all it was an manufacturing fault which couldn’t be helped. When I contacted Mack at customer services he couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent communication and excellent customer service and great value for money will definitely be using again in the future could recommend them enough

I purchased 3 items from Heat and plumb over the last few weeks using Amazon pay and everything arrived in good time . We did have a problem with a mixer tap from Bristan that turned out to be too large for our sink so I requested a refund . The process was a little complicated to arrange the collection of the item but everything went smoothly and the full refund arrived in my account a few days later . Trevor

Good experience with Heat and Plumb.
I ordered a shower bath, screen and panels which arrived promptly and were at a competitive price.
Unfortunately one of the panels I was sent wasn't correct for the shape of the bath it had come with. I contacted Heat and Plumb, who responded quickly to investigate the issue. They realised it had been a picking error at the warehouse and arranged for re-delivery and collection of the incorrect item.
Will be using again. Thanks to Shikha and Jeet in Customer Services for resolving the issue with ease.

Excellent customer service online with Aron and then on the phone with another agent. Items ordered easily and in seconds, next day delivery was requested but an issue with a damaged tray meant we had to wait another day but otherwise very happy with service and products.

The order arrived promptly and was very good quality. unfortunately the free waste wasn't included but the customer services team replied to my email very quickly and the waste arrived very quickly. They also followed up the matter to make sure that everything was ok.

Customer service (advisor was Shikha) was excellent and problem resolved quickly and promptly. Delivery was on-time and kept informed via tracking, email and text messages! Unfortunately experienced major issues with radiator delivery with limited attempt by firm to solve problem. Delivery date came and went, still no radiator, apparently outsourcing to couriers means problems with tracking and delivery. Couriers state delivery was attempted but can provide no evidence, rather odd since there are 8 tradesmen on site. Would suggest firm needs to manage its outsourced couriers better as non delivery impacts on Heat and Plumb's reputation.

Ordered a number of items recently with 1 or 2 issues when delivered but the people on the phone or via email have been great arranging either a replacement or missing item quickly sent out.
Shoeb in particular recently has been very helpful.

There was a shipping delay with our item, but we contacted Heat and Plumb and it was sorted quickly. It would have been good if they could have provided tracking information with the order when it was placed, but this was not a huge problem because Heat and Plumb was responsive to our query over email and we managed to get our item with only a few days delay.

I ordered a bristan economy waste as I could not find a better one on your website. When it came it did not meet my needs. I therefore requested a refund and ordered a better one. After contacting the company by email Dave replied and told me my refund was being processed and I did not need to return the item but would get full refund and postage. After a lot of research I ordered a mixer tap for our new kitchen from HeatandPlumb. Unfortunately when we unpacked and looked at the tap it just wasn't suitable for our kitchen. Clearly my fault. Excellent customer service. Shower delivered as expected. But one of the captive nuts for the shower valve cracked during installation. I felt this was due to a manufacturing error but having sent photos to them the manufacturer insisted it must have been an installation error, and the parts where not available to buy individually. Heat and plumb's customer service rep, Shoeb, was very persistent and supportive, and after several emails from him to the supplier, I was sent new parts at no cost. This saved me a lot of hassle and/or money. Neil.
