Bought new toilet seat and brush online. Very pleased with both. Toilet seat seemed pricy but the quality is much better than the one it was replacing, so when I fitted it I was very pleased. It was a better fit and better soft-close mechanism, so at the end of the day it was worth it. Items were delivered promptly, and were well packed. Overall, a good, smooth transaction.

Don't buy from this company. If you have any issues with your orders they are terrible at responding. If you have a time sensitive job to complete you are putting your project at risk. Ordered a vanity unit and the drawer is broken. Ordered a cistern, it arrived smashed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Update 04/03 We managed to find a telephone number and a polite staff member arranged a refund of the broken cistern which arrived within 2 days. They also arranged next day collection of the damaged vanity unit. Things appeared to be going to plan. After collection a new vanity unit was dispatched for next day delivery. It arrived broken worse than the first! Delivery driver vanished before I had a chance to reject the delivery so now we have to go through the same struggle once more to get it collected. Called VP who said they'd dispatch a replacement for next day delivery and get the broken unit collected. Update 05/03 Second unit was collected today, but the replacement unit sent "next day delivery" never turned up. Apparently it's now out of stock - something we weren't told yesterday. Update 08/03 Delivery dates for a new vanity were so unrealistic that we have cancelled our order. We actually feel relieved that we never have to deal with this shower of a company ever again. Absolutely appalling. I won't be ordering from VP again.

disaster! Ordered bathroom items a few weeks ago, both clearly showing in stock and available for fast delivery. Still waiting for items, reached out to them (note they have no phone number, just "live chat") - they said items out of stock for 3 months more. None of this was mentioned when order placed, they just copy and paste some general guidelines so that they are covered when it comes to consumer rights. No idea how they are getting away with scamming customers but there you go

I purchased a whole bathroom suite from Victorian Plumbing in September 2019 and 18 months later the sink vanity unit is literally falling apart. I have contacted VP and initially they seemed to be interested but then ignored all of my e mails. Seems like their products are designed to last only months and not years! I'm very disgusted with their customer service, AVOID this company at all cost!

I ordered a new bathroom suite from Victorian plumbing including Lancaster bath/shower mixer freestanding tap and Lancaster basin taps. They arrived and looked cheap and nasty so I ordered a Hudson Reed bath/shower mixer tap. Rather than do an exchange which I thought would take a while I ordered the new bath shower mixer tap before I sent the cheap looking ones back. The Hudson Reed bath shower mixer tap arrived without half the parts and so couldn’t be fitted. I have spent weeks messaging the company, trying to sort it out. Customer service is virtually non existent. What customer service there is, is appalling. I have had a bathroom that is out of action for a month now. I sent the items back - the Lancaster bath shower mixer, and basin taps, which were cheap looking and the Hudson Reed bath shower mixer that was incomplete. I still haven’t heard when they will send me a new Hudson Reed bath shower mixer tap but the Lancaster bath shower mixer and the basin taps which cost £270 they are refusing to refund as they say they have received them back broken. They were bubble wrapped in a foam lined box - their original packaging. They have suggested I contact the courier company. I am presently out of pocket £270 for the Lancaster taps they are refusing to refund. They have not replaced the Hudson Reed bath shower mixer with the parts missing either - a further £270. They have received this back. It is impossible to talk to anyone at the company. So I am £540 out of pocket and over a month on still don’t have a working bathroom. This company is a disgrace. My advice is get your bathroom from someone else!

This company is using COVID as an excuse to not collect customer returns. Be careful before you order because at best your return will cost you £55+ plus the stress of trying to re wrap the items and organise an independent courier. Ridiculous and very poor aftercare of customers who have spend hundreds on bathroom items.

Absolutely embarrassing. Order turned up 4 days late. Sink basin was shattered, sink unit didn’t turn up. Tried countless times to contact a member of staff - to no avail. Had to pay the postage myself to send the broken sink back. - still haven’t heard anything about it. Then received and email saying that they had received the unit I sent back ( bearing in mind I never received the unit in the first place ) and said they couldn’t give me a refund for it because it too, is damaged. And I should check with my courier to see if I had any sort of insurance in place for it, whereas it was their own courier and their own shipping label that would have been on the packaging. Still been trying to speak to a member of staff, still have no sink in my bathroom, still £200 out of pocket between the sink and unit I purchased from them and then my postage to send the shattered basin back. Would advise all my friends and family, simply to go somewhere else. Really really bad company to deal with. Would avoid at all costs.

Genuinely awful company. Their customer service is none existent. Impossible to get hold of anyone. I would not recommend buying from them. If you ever need to get in touch with a query about your order, you simply won't be able to. I spent HOURS, trying to get in touch to chase up my order. I was told that one item was out of stock, which is why it hadn't been shipped. I knew it was out of stock when I ordered, but it was soon due back in so I wasn't bothered. Anyway, I was told the item was now in stock, but whilst waiting for it to come into stock, another item I had ordered, had now gone out of stock. Now if I've PAID for my order, why exactly do Victorian Plumbing think it's acceptable to then sell parts of my order? Theoretically, it's possible I'd never receive my order, as they could just keep selling parts, whilst waiting for others to come in stock. And at no point was I informed, or kept up to date with anything. Absolutely awful Will not ever order from you again, and will ensure none of my family or friends order from you either.

AVOID. Any issues and your on your own. Ordered around £1500 worth of bathroom equipment. Needed to swap the £150 shower tray for a different one due to an engineering issue. Had no response to any emails for a month and no one is answering any phones. Customer services is absolutely rubbish, I wont be using the firm again, too much hassle if you have any issues. As I write this, I've been on hold for 20 minutes on the customer service number and its the 3rd time I've tried the number. UPDATE: Eventually, got through to a man that refused to deal with me and just keep repeating.... 'use the live chat on the website'... after 15 minutes of arguing with the man and getting no help what so ever, I put the phone down and went to try the love chat only to find it wasn't working. Will continue chasing this company for them to collect this shower tray thats not even been opened yet.

Whilst ordering was an easy process the delivery company that VP use is appalling. So far it’s taken 3 weeks from dispatch and delivery still not received. There’s no contact numbers to chase or find out the problem the tracking info for delivery is a joke. So far 3 separate dates for delivery and still no sign of the goods. Won’t be using again.

Amazing Service! Easy to select your goods along with all the necessary bits and pieces. So simple! I haven't yet installed my bathroom but it is all good to go. Communication great. Advised delivery time. Arrived on time! Delivery driver great although I did pay for diamond service and he only delivered to door. But no problems, Victorian Plumbing gave me instant delivery refund!

Ordered a sink from Victorian plumbing, along with fixing kit etc. Arrived and found the sink to have a fairly substantial crack in it. Sent pictures to them via email as no customer service phone number. Response came through a number of days later asking for more pictures, sent these through and 9 days later, still no response, no replacement sink and no refund. Out of pocket and no sink, very disappointing. Would advise others to stay well clear as the customer service is effectively non existent.

Ordered vanity unit online. Pride was good and the product was as described and arrived in good time. Chap who delivered it was also very good. It was ready assembled and only issue was that one of the retaining lugs was missing, however I found it in the packaging later so assume the screw was not tightened. It did not cause any issues so no problem. Would certainly buy from them again.

I ordered A bathroom suite. The shower screen had obviously been returned by someone else previously as the holes had been drilled in. The chrome has deep scratches in it. The rubber runner from the screen to the bath had been squashed in the packaging and is damaged. The toilet was fitted and was leaking within hours. It turned out to be a manufacturing fault under the toilet pan itself which my builders had to seal. I’ve emailed and sent photos to no avail, just a auto reply saying items delivered. Would not use this company again. Paying for sub standard goods. Still awaiting resolution

Ordering, like most things on-line was easy. The delivery went well but I do not recall it being obvious the delivery of the pallet would only be onto the drive. The very sensible delivery guy was able to push the pallet into the garage. It became clear I had 30 days to assess any potential damage to the delivery. As it was all wrapped up in plastic and sealed boxes and it was not be opened until work began on the bathroom in June, the 30 day period to report damage seems unreasonable. If there is damage, I sincerely hope Victoria Plumbing will replace it.

Easy ordering process. Delivered outside of the 10 working days. Tracked the order and it was identified that it was over the normal bracket - could have sent an email acknowledging this with maybe an update. The courier used was good, the driver was brilliant who actually helped me manhandle the package into my garage - too tall to roll in on the pallet. Packaged very well, no damage but missing one item - a bathroom cabinet which is not really a small thing. Now in the process of learning how they deal with this. Happy with the items delivered. Emailed 10 days later after no reply, received a reply 3 days later advising of a replacement which was delivered 4 days later. Overall, not a positive experience which makes me consider whether to use them again but considering I don’t change my bathroom on a monthly basis they probably are not too fussed with repeat business

Very good design into products, great value for money. Had an issue with bath panel and complained about it got response and offered discounts couldn't use as had already bought replacement, but lady found order for replacement panel and gave automatic refund for discount on purchase very impressed with this level of service. Very quick delivery, very careful on packing to ensure product is in best condition. Could improve with some of instructions on installing products but overall very impressive and will use again

Our experience was particularly bad from delayed deliveries, damaged items, to being sold a shower tray advertised as being able to install on a riser kit and having installation instructions to the same but Victorian Plumbing don’t sell these to having to pay for returns regardless of the issue . We spent so much time on their customer service chat. In the end we found trying to sell some of the items easier than dealing with them.

The service from Victorian Plumbing was excellent and delivery well packed and quick. However, I was disappointed with the quality of some of the sanitary ware and fittings when I came to install them. I think this is an issue when buying on line and I accept that I should have selected more careful. I would caution other purchasers not to assume that everything is made to a high standard and consider carefully before choosing. That said the finished job looks great.

It arrived promptly and I am very pleased with how easy it was to fit (not that I actually did it but the plumber who happened to be in at the time seemed happy enough) and I like the look and feel of it. It's very comfortable and I would have no hesitation in coming back to Victorian Plumbing for another one in the future

Awful customer service! They sent a faulty toilet and getting a hold of customer service is terrible. Cannot get a straight sensible answer out of them. Customer service people reply once a week, if that, and with different names. Makes you wonder if they have that many staff or just make it up. Told them I would be opening a Section 75 so they decided to part refund for the toilet pan only! You can’t just buy a toilet pan and what good would keeping the cistern be, take the whole thing back. And this has been going on weeks now which is very unacceptable. Section 75 raised, I’ll let Mastercard deal with it.

I have been in talks back and forth for month now to try to resolve my issues. so far I'm getting nowhere and after having spent £1800 I'm getting very frustrated. However no prior communication from company as to delivery, never Phoned to give a delivery estimate never even updated their own tracking page so not knowing time of delivery caused inconvenience.dont use this company if you're after quality or want a decent delivery experience.

More than happy with the service, quality and price from the supplier, however, the delivery by Palletways courier was well below standard. We waited at home for 12hrs for the scheduled delivery to be told, at the very end of the day that they couldn’t deliver for another week and that it was our fault due to the amount of goods we ordered. Eventually a week later the Palletways truck turned up with no means to get the pallet off mechanically they said due to its size, we therefore had to help the driver handball the goods off, if we were less able that would have been impossible.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would, this companies customer service is appalling, they change delivery dates with no warning, after 3 delivery date changes and cancelling half of the order our delivery date now says to be confirmed. We ordered for 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet so a big order at the time there site said they had all the items and would be 8-10 days delivery so we allowed 3 weeks its now 5 weeks, we are still waiting and customer services just use Covid as an excuse for there complete incompetence. the bath in question is now not going to be available for delivery till mid June and its the 9th may and we ordered at the start of April. I would not recommend this company

Very poor customer service. Damaged goods. Don't ignore their reputation - consider other companies. Don't expect any after sales service. I spent £1650 with Victoria plumbing in nov 2020. I went with them specifically for the "named day" delivery service despite their poor reputation. First delivery came on time - all good. Second delivery was a week later than the "named day" and half of the shower panels and trims were badly damaged. The builder had no choice but to make use of the damaged materials, because scheduling was very tight due to the delay and moving in; a project can't just stop to wait for victoria plumbing to try again. The finished bathroom result is inferior due to the extra joins that had to be made to compensate for damaged panels and trims. Contacted Victoria plumbing, they huffed and puffed, and said they would offer a partial refund. Long story short it's now 29Jan21, no refund at all offered except if all materials are returned at customer cost. Very cynical move by this company. Appalling treatment of the customer. They could have done the right thing and solved it early but clearly view the customer with contempt. Emails take multiple days to answer. They deserve their reputation. Obviously they don't worry about repeat business. Buyer beware, you've been warned.

Order arrived ahead of schedule and was safely packaged and transported. Goods themselves were better than expected for the price and were easy to fit. The website recommended a waste for the shower tray I bought, which didn’t fit as it was 50mm whereas the opening was 90mm. My fault for not double checking, but you would think that algorithm might work better!

Delivery was not at time expected, so 2 emails were sent to confirm date and reply was that it would take 5 days to answer. No good when you are trying to arrange for someone to be available to accept delivery. Date was eventually sorted out by the carrier. Then I had an email from Victorian asking me what I thought of their customer service !!! Not good.

I have failed to speak to one single person at Victorian Plumbing and it took 6 days to receive a reply to my emails, which was a generic one and did not resolve my problem. I still have not received the goods.

Ordering was straightforward, enormous choice, sizes clear and notes of what else may be required, ie fittings etc., Delivery was smooth with the carrier telephoning to arrange convenient delivery time. Everything was well packed. Installation not yet complete but everything looks exactly like catalogue / website pictures.

The buying experience was excellent, and the delivery was on time and well communicated. Things started going wrong when we unwrapped the bath and found some scuff Mark's. I immediately contacted them using the online chat. I got an automatic confirmation email straight away. Then another one two days later saying that they were very busy. Since then nothing. I have a scuffed bath and no one from customer services has contacted me in almost a week. Great prices. Great communication (at the beginning), but something has clearly gone wrong at the back end.

Very impressive the service from Victotion Plumbing. We placed our order placed on Friday and it was delivered the follow Tuesday. This compares favourably to suppliers like Wicks who wanted 5 week from order to delivery! Excellent communication from the delivery company and the driver. The new suite was well packed on a pallet and the driver used a powered truck to take it up a steep driveway for me. I haven’t fitted everything yet but so far it all seems in good condition. Buying a new bathroom without seeing it first feels a bit risky but so far we are absolutely delighted and would definitely recommend this company.

SHAMEFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE - ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! NO ONE THERE TO HELP What multi-million pound company cannot answer a simple question for over a week??? I get two emails appologising for the delay in answering but no answer?? Your Virtual assistant is also a complete Joke! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER again buy from a company online again that cannot give simple customer service or a human being to "speak to" whether by phone or online chat. Employ people!!! Worst of all..............they are still using COVID as an excuse? Shame on you. Get a grip and spend some of your huge profits on people or your end game will be no people with money to buy your products.
