good prices and extensive range. our shower enclosure and taps were delivered really quickly from Victorian plumbing however the shower boards came direct from manufacturer and these took 2 weeks. I chased after 7 days which is the time I was advised in the original email and to be fair Victorian plumbing chased the manufacturer who advised they had a backlog of orders but would expedite my order. it was dispatched later that day and arrived 2 days later. just be aware that if the website says in stock it might not be!

Easily one of the worst customer experiences I have ever endured. After being sent an incomplete item and requesting the additional part to be sent, I have received the wrong item 5 times! Each time being assured the correct item had been sent, 3 months later and the situation still isn’t resolved. Relies to emails take over a week every time and not 1 person has taken ownership of the issue to resolve. There is apparently no direct phone number to call and speak to an advisor, nor is there a complaints procedure to speak to a senior member of staff. Would avoid using Victorian Plumbing again at all costs.

The shower enclosure is a quality product. My average rating was due to the inflexibility of the dropoff location. The item was securely wrapped on a pallet which meant the delivery man was not able to bring the item into my house. I also had to find a way of disposing the pallet myself, which is fine for tradesman but not so convenient for domestic purchase.

Crazy campaign
Placed order and paid £25 for delivery. Waited in all day on prearranged delivery day and order not delivered. Still waiting to hear when it will be delivered. Have been told it will take up to 72 hours for someone to get back to me. It has now been 96 hours. Very poor service.

I have spent over 10k with this company since January and won't be spending another penny. The after sales service is virtually non existent.
I have sat on hold for well over an hour, collectively, and still not had an answer. The vanity unit we received on the last order looked like it had been dropped off the forklift and it completely smashed into pieces. We also are waiting on a refund of £49.95 as the delivery tool 3 days longer than what we paid for.

Having spent £1500 + you would think that you would get some sort of communication, absolutely not, was informed delivery would be week commencing 03 05 21, then out of the blue email with delivery date the 10 05 21, no time given with there free delivery option, curb side drop off, booked a day off work and it didn't turn up !!! So angry, so my opinion, rubbish customer service, no communication, will not be using you again. Total rubbish !!!!

My bathroom suite was delivered via a pallet in good condition, and looks very good quality. Unfortunately though the toilet pan did have a black mark in the enamel that would have been a manufacturing fault and was not spotted before the item was packaged and shipped.
I have reported the issue and need for exchange but am still awaiting response 4 days later.

email indicated del 29th April this was missed the delivery couriers are very poor Packaged well, but the sink was smashed the sink base was a return sent out again. It had the name of the 1st owners on it it was not wrapped
Promised a delivery Friday We had a missed call The driver gave us some BS he said he called knocked and rang the bell! We asked the driver to describe the door "he could not remember"
I know things go wrong that's life but Victoria Plumbing you have been let down by your delivery people Not happy

Terrible customer service. Ordered a bath that turned up damaged. There’s no customer support phone lines so had to fill in an online form and just received an email saying they are so busy that they estimate it will be 5 to 7 days wait to get a first response.
Absolutely terrible. Do they have so many complaints that it takes a week to respond! No excuse can explain this unless there’s something fundamentally dodgy about their business.
Avoid at all costs especially if your working to any schedule.
My client is now with out a bath... and with no response from Victorian plumbing I guess she’ll be without one for weeks!

As an update....
Victorian plumbing 's marketing department contacted me after they saw my review!
Since then they've tried to deliver another bath which was itself damaged.
Both attempts to pick up the damaged products they couldn't meet the dates they promised due to "admin errors" resulting in more wasted time for me waiting for pickups.
One bath was scratched and both has significant visible distortions on the inside of the bath.
Then I found that the sink that came with the vanity didn't actually fit the vanity unit and left a 1inch gap.
I have now wasted a significant amount of time (which is money to me) trying to resolve their poor quality products/service. I will never again use these cowboys. no wonder they don't publish a phone number to call to for complaints and issues, they obviously have no regard for their customers.
AVOID and don't fall into the trap I have.

Absolutely appalling service all round. Sent me a damaged radiator with a curve in and now have refused to acknowledge my complaint. Customer service have stated there are investigating this with the supplier and I'll hear when this is resolved. My contract and money paid was to Victorian Plumbing not the supplier but this appears to not matter. Now I'm incurring additional labour costs from plumber and cannot get a response or to speak to anyone from Victorian Plumbing. The radiator if it wasn't damaged would be lovely however the customer service and aftercare when they have your money is highly concerning and non existent. Ive not lost a week despite contacting them everyday and sending photos as requested and I'm not further forward. I'd recommend getting radiators elsewhere when there are plenty of other suppliers with great reviews.

I was more than happy to get my shower much quicker than was originally expected. The shower was exactly what I wanted. However, despite being very clearly marked as fragile the box the shower was in had been squashed. Luckily the shower inside wasn't damaged. No thanks to the delivery company. Victoria Plumbing should think carefully about who delivers their products.

Absolutely dreadful after sales service. I placed a substantial order due to be delivered yesterday on their expensive next day delivery service.It did not turn up. There is no one you can speak to except via on line messaging. I was then assured the goods would arrive by 12 noon today so I have wasted another morning on site waiting for a non existent delivery. I will never order from them again. They don’t believe in the phrase “the buck stops here” - they are quick to blame it their couriers rather than resolving their lousy delivery service themselves.

I bought a spider style shower curtain rail.
It's disappointing at the 'arms' are different lengths and therefore I don't have the room in the shower that I had with my previous one. It means the shower curtain sticks to me.
The end that keep the curtain on were difficult to remove to put the curtain on. I removed them prior to fitting and am dreading trying to change them when it's above head height.
Disappointing.

DO NOT USE!!
Customer service is absolutely appalling!! We received a double radiator before Christmas the box was soggy and ripped and when opening we noticed that where the box was bashed the radiator was scratched. We’d have been more relaxed about it but unfortunately it was the front of the radiator. We emailed them along with photos. They asked for a full length photo of the radiator not just the closeup. We sent those through. They accepted that there was damage and offered a replacement or partial refund. We wanted an exchange as it’s for our new extension so didn’t want to be dealing with touch ups etc not matching. Crickets. I emailed no response. I used the online support chat and a girl named Olivia said she’d send it on and someone would be in touch. Again crickets so I emailed back. They then emailed back saying it was a dirty mark and that I should just rub it with a cloth. Obviously I tried that when we got it but as explained to them, it’s scratched with indentation and marked. I emailed saying I wanted a resolution and saying we felt they were fobbing us off to which they emailed saying they have sent of our info to the supplier and if we have any questions get in touch. There was no resolution. The email was very much goodbye. Not our problem. The amount of damaged stock this company seem to have from other reviews is astounding. Fine if you are lucky and get something that isn’t broken or faulty but if you do you will get no where with customer service. Spend more if you have to somewhere else. Meanwhile, I’m going to take to emailing them every day.

Very easy to look at products and purchase. Our order came within 1 week and I have no complaints what so ever about Victoria plumbing, however the delivery company they use are not so clever. My delivery instructions were to check my order before delivery driver left in case the other rider was incorrect. There was a knock at the door and our order was on a pallet practically blocking the front door and the driver was was about to drive off. Also nothing was mentioned about been left with a huge pallet.

Ordered complete new bathroom, online ordering was quick and easy and emails to confirm order and despatch were duly sent. All items were packed well so no damage on delivery. The only issue I had is the delivery company had to offload all items by hand but still insisted that the pallet had to be left with me.

Fast delivery! Good quality product. Only downfall is that it (a bathroom sink) didn't come with the waste unit and wasn't recommended at point of purchase. I didn't need it anyway, recycled my old one but it would have been irritating if I did need it as I'm not and experienced plumber to know to order separately.

Bath & screen seem fine but still packaged. "Customer service" absolutely appalling & will not use VP again. Email advising date of delivery, no delivery. Emailed 4 times & got generic responses for 5 days. 5 days later had email advising transport company couldn't contact me but no missed calls. VP then said I'd given them wrong phone number, this is entered on auto fill and never had any issues elsewhere with this method ????♀️. Finally received delivery 8 days later. Not a good experience.

Ordered a toilet seat with the same product code as the one I was replacing. The seat came in very poor packaging like it had been packed in a rush and was the wrong one. This may have been my fault but it was quite expensive (for a loo seat) so had to return it and pay to do so. Finally got an email to say refund on way. Found the identical seat with another company, a third of the price and it came packed professionally and carefully as you would expect. Would never order from this company again.

Impressed with the speed of delivery, kept up to date.
Little upset when my toilet was delivered, the delivery driver would not wait for me to open my item to check everything was in order. Stating “ I have no time to wait for you to check your item, I haven’t been allocated time for you to unwrap your item.”
Appreciate the chap was busy but I had just paid good money for a special toilet!!! I was made to feel very uneasy and simply wanted to check my purchase! Especially after Victorian Plumbing sent an email advising this.. really put a dampener on the experience.

Order delivered promptly and I was kept up to date with delivery details. Two of the items were damaged when we unwrapped them and when I called on the Monday I had replacement items delivered by Wednesday. I am still awaiting a refund for 2 items I have returned but I am confident this will be dealt with promptly.

Excellent service, with an 'easy to navigate' website. I ordered and received the new shower enclosure within a week; Excellent standard of pallet protection for the glass enclosure. No chance of breakage in transit. Assembled and installed myself without problem. Would definitely use again.

The customer service was fine and the product is as I expected. However, the delivery company used by Victoria Plumbing caused me problems. It arrived on a pallet, attached to another frame of wood, covered in plastic. It was assumed that I would dispose of this. However, it was too heavy to move on my own and as i don't have a drive, it had to be left on the road. (see picture)Luckily, I did manage to find someone who could use the wood and was able to collect it but I don't feel i should be expected to do that. This was potentially wasteful and created stress for me.
