The wc shower cubicle tray & vanity unit basin were a good quality.
Ordered & Delivered quickly by a cheerful driver on a pallet delivery truck. Not fully fitted this one yet, but this is the third time I have fitted Victorian plumbing products with no issues.
Great service & would recommend.
My daughter used a different company very slightly cheaper but you did not get the same quality.
So beware.

They do not honour delivery dates.
I had paid extra for a specific delivery date a week in advance and arranged workmen around this. The night before supposed delivery I got an email saying it was delayed and with the bank holiday, delayed by 4 days which has messed up my project.

Apollo 900x900mm Frameless Single Door
This shower was installed with a Mira shower tray and the instructions were to drill the enclosure to the tray. This has lead to the Mira tray Leaking and making a squelching noise. Each company is blaming the other. I know have a shower enclose that cost over £2k to purchase and fit and is unusable. I feel that the only way forward will be a small claims court action

Ordered a number of items, one of which was out of stock. When that had come it, they were then out of stock of one of the other tiles that I had ordered and paid for.
I had been told 2 days before that the order would ship, then given 10 days wait, but with no idea how firm that was and by then they could of sold the tiles that have just come in.
I have written a formal complaint and will update this review if they reply.
Update:
A VP employee call Nicole made contact and dealt with it very quickly. Well done her and fair play to VP for their response.

Delivered goods were as per the photo and described well also the delivery was quicker than expected - a nice piece of kit too. The drench pipe could do with being a bit longer as the unit is to fit in a disabled shower where access for the main user is seated on a chair with controls accessible for her so she has assured safety and privacy too but still allowing me to access the main drench head without having to bend down to get under it. Once again a brilliant service - Thank you

The worst returns service ever. I bought a brushed brass heated towel rail and valves - did not even remove from box, we checked the colour and just resealed and sent back. Ive been emailed with a zoomed in photo of a 1-2mm scratch and so my refund of £400 will not be happening. I have contacted the courier company who will not deal with me but need VP to issue an insurance claim and VP are saying I need to do it so they will not. I mean the service is just pathetic at best. I wouldn't even give them 1 star

We had decided to redo our bathroom & were completely in the dark as to where to start.
We visited a few showrooms locally to us & the service wasn't great & they were so pricey. We were getting very frustrated.
We decided to take the 4hr round trip journey to Victorian Plumbing to have a look around, online we couldn't really tell what the products would be like.
Well we walked in & ended up just as confused although we could tell straight away we would find something in our budget.
We then met Nathan- he was fantastic. Seriously nothing was too much trouble for him. He searched through all stock & clearly explained what we need where & why. He helped choose what would suit our new bathroom & went back to previous items comparing & contrasting.
He double checked the order with us to make sure we had all we needed & helped source a tap I loved that was initially shown as not currently available.
We spent a couple of hrs with him & we ended up with all we needed within our budget!!!!!
The items arrived when he said they would, after checking everything was accounted for & in perfect condition.
We are so pleased we made the journey & found Nathan- a true customer focused salesperson who absolutely knows his stuff!!!!!!

After spending shy of £300.00 on a shower door I couldn't believe the shower door was left on a massive wooden pallet outside the front door of our block of flats. Considering I'm not the strongest and my partner was recovering from an operation it was really disappointing no help given and they don't even take the wooden pallet away! Between the two of us we had to carry the glass shower door up two flights of stairs and move the wooden pallet as it was left in front of the entrance for two other flats. It's a shame that the delivery set up is so unhelpful and even when I said to the delivery man "I don't know how I'm going to get this in" his reply was "yep, alot of people say that". Victorian plumbing need to improve their delivery service! The only reason any stars have been given is because the product is really nice & has no leakage but damaged my back in my process.

Do not buy from these scoundrels.
If you are a customer that has an issue you are in for a painful process with the customer services.
It take about a week to get an email response and my issue has been dragging on for a month.
I wish i'd read some of the other reviews before buying from these guys.
I bought a bath screen from these guys about a month ago. My tiler fitted it but after first shower it let water through. I raised the issue with the company and they came back and said it is not suitable for a tile with raised face!
I have poured over the description online and instructions yet despite no reference to unsuitable application of product that company wont issue refund.
I'm on a one man mission now to seek justice and will be leaving reviews galore but I strongly recommend go to a small business that has some conscience in how they do business.
If you have given a low star rating and are as annoyed as I am with these guys then make sure to like as many 1 & 2 starred ratings throughout the ratings thread. We have so little power with these companies that some level of consumer opposition is the only thing that will make them notice.

I checked the order within 24 hours of delivery as per the terms and conditions, a missing part was identified and a replacement sent quickly.
However a part from the toilet was broken which we did not recognise until the plumber (booked after the goods had arrived as per the conditions) told us.
After a month of communication (e mail - no phones being answered) they say we should have notified them when checking the delivery!
I could take this further but have not got the patience so I simply will not use this company again even though I will need an en-suite and a family bathroom replacing this year.

Prices aren’t bad and there’s a large range to choose from and delivery was fast and simple however part of my order arrived damaged and the customer service team want nothing to do with it, calls left on hold emails left un answered.
I went with Victoria plumb against a couple recommendations as they seemed to have exactly what I needed at the time. The damage is small and problem could have been resolved easily enough with some money knocked off, the offer to replace or even a response to acknowledge their customers but unfortunately with this experience I won’t be in a rush to use them in future and I will be recommending against them.
Go get a trade card and use B&Q the range is bigger, the prices are the same and the customer service team are happy to help.

I wanted to establish if the company's Heritage Bathrooms stock was manufactured in the UK. After a chat online I was assured it is made in Britain. However, on checking with Heritage Bathrooms' parent company, Bristans, I eventually discovered it is not made in the UK, but abroad. I was therefore misled. Many people now want to try to buy British but if suppliers like Victorian Plumbing are going to lie to customers they will find it difficult to make informed choices.

Range of products excellent, quality looks ok but not fitted or used any yet. However, pallet packing was appalling as on delivery it was clear the boxes containing the goods had been sat in the rain or a puddle for some time and were saturated with the boxes sodden and fragmented, items falling out. Some smaller items were lucky not to have fallen through the pallet slats to be lost given the way it had been packaged.

There is no warranty with their products.
Very low quality and the shower will only give cold water and still waiting after a month for a replacement.
The bath panels are so flimsy and are are nearly transparent not white.
NO FITTING kits included or bath waste so take in to account this extra cost when buying.

Avoid!! I have had three replacement bathroom units which all turned up damaged and the fourth never turned up. I called the courier the next day to be advised it was recalled back to the Victirian Plumbing?? I called Victoria Plumbing the next day, to be told that the courier had damaged our 4 th replacement and they will arrange another delivery. Still unable to start my project. please see some pictures attached. I actually refused the one on the lorry as I could see damage, that was the way it was delivered!!!!!
just been told on 01/02/21 that the unit is now discontinued , absolute joke, now I have to accept a small discount or return for a refund. Please read other reviews!!!! I have asked them to refund the amount I would need to buy another unit from another retailer.

Ordered a shower enclosure which in itself was fine. Delivery was arranged and completed as planned. However the delivery firm were planning to leaving my expensive shower enclosure which was on a heavy pallet on the public pavement as it wouldn't fit through the gate. This was highly unacceptable as there was no way I could move it. The delivery man reluctantly agreed to wheel it onto the drive when I moved my car at my suggestion. He really didn't want too! When my husband got home (it was the windiest day of the year btw), we unpacked it and had it not been on a pallet I could have got the boxes in no problem. The enclosure was as expected, the instructions were diabolical. We couldn't even understand the diagrams and my husband can usually decipher them even if the writing isn't in English! Overall, shocking delivery service and instructions on building enclosure indecipherable but the actual product was perfectly fine.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago to which I'm still waiting on now. Been in contact over twitter with a Sophie@VP to which I honestly think I'm playing text tennis in a big round circle going around and around and around! This Sophie@VP keeps saying she has contacted the warehouse when in actual fact she could just ring them! Also she has promised me when I asked that all my items are in stock.
Seems like just another company taking advantage of this covid situation and taking people's money fully well knowing items are not in stock.
Once bitten twice shy or in Victorian plumbing case forever shy.
Will never use this outfit again!

I ordered online and delivery was very quick. Product exactly as described and although it said fixing would be in minutes I made a bit of hash of it and it took slightly longer. But its fixed and looks good and works as expected. Very happy and would definitely use again and recommend.

Wish I'd read the reviews first. I've used them in the past and it's been fine, but this time the part I ordered (which was £200) was damaged. Additionally the description for the item didn't state that I also needed additional parts that they don't stock, neither do Screwfix and neither did my local DIY Shop.
Sent an email to complain, eventually received a response telling me they will investigate, never heard back again.

Was an overall good experience. Booking the delivery for a convenient date and online correspondence were well handled. Would have been 5 stars but I failed to see why two boxes of tiles and a tap came on a pallet. Seemed like overkill to me and left me with a pallet to dispose of.

Avoid ordering from Victoria Plumbing if you need your Items on next day delivery. I have order and paid twice for next day deliver and on both orders, they failed to deliver on the next day and will not provide a refund of the delivery costs. Shocking customer service.

Don’t buy online from this company. Small order arrived on 2 pallets that I had to dissemble myself with a hammer, then had to put them into my car and drove to a recycling centre and got charged (again!!) for them. I paid more than £40 between postage and recycling for about 4 small items. That’s crazy. And then if I needed to change any of them, the postage cost was again on me. Awful experience. Plus the Grohe basin was actually manufactured in Egypt...

My order arrived very well packaged, complete and undamaged. A difficult collection to package with a glass Shower Door and a Butler sink in the same delivery along with sundry other items. It also arrived very quickly and the delivery driver allowed us time to un package the pallet to check everything was there. Top of the class.

Items we ordered are fine, but not worth the terrible customer service and delays with delivery. Two weeks of headaches, chasing my order and being fobbed off. The website listed all parts of our order ready for ‘next day delivery’, we got a shipping notification and waited in all day 7am-7pm, when I rang them they said the order hadn’t been dispatched because one radiator was out of stock (despite it still being available for next day delivery on the website) customer service was friendly but completely unapologetic and ultimately useless... I ended up having to pay extra ££ to split my order into two halves and had to get one radiator in a colour we didn’t want because that’s was the only one of similar size that they had in stock. All in all we spent £1300 with them and they were arguing about the additional £30 for white radiator feet to match the replacement white radiator we didn’t want (all other radiators are black). And the ‘next day delivery’ sent Monday arrived..... Friday! Don’t use this company!

Victorian Plumbing damaged my property when delivering goods to my house. The guy seemed indifferent and blamed the material that he broke!. UPDATE: APPARENTLY THE CUSTOMER MUST HANDLE COMPLAINT WITH THE COURIER DIRECT, DESPITE PAYING VICTORIAN PLUMBING this huge pallet they left at my property, I asked them to take it away and they refused!. UPDATE: ITS IN THEIR CRAFTY SMALL PRINT THEY DONT NEED TO TAKE IT AWAY. I now have huge pallet i cant shift. I have no way of calling them. Email will take ages but i have attempted. Shocking, really. So disappointed. Never again. UPDATE 14-4-21 : THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED - WAITED OVER 3 DAYS FOR A RESPONSE. NO REPLY, USE ONLINE CHAT AND EVEN THEN THEY HAVENT GUARANTEED ME A REPLACEMENT IN GOOD TIME. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!

The worse customer service ever!! Never get back to you the only way to get their attention is by with holding the credit card payment. Some of their products are nice, like their tiles, but do not match the descriptions other products like their shower enclosure's are absolute cheap rubbish.
