Appalled at the customer service and poor quality of the products. We bought a shower mixer from here which broke within the first year. We contacted customer services as we understood it was under warranty. They told us it would not be covered as they believe it was faulty due to the way it was fitted by the plumber. Which is odd considering they would have no way of knowing this. In any case, I had no option as I had no working shower and a new born baby so had to buy a replacement quickly rather than argue with them.
The replacement has now also broken only a few months later and once again they are now saying the 5 year guarantee does not cover this. They said it’s ‘likely’ to be faulty due to lime scale build up. There is simply no possibly way for them to know or determine this without seeing the product themselves. Clearly it’s a policy of theirs to simply place blame blindly on other factors to avoid replacing a product.

Terrible communication. You cannot call them and even if you reply immediately to their emails they do not respond for days.
I realised I had entered the wrong discount code on my order so requested a cancellation so I could reorder. They did not reply for days and when they did asked why. I replied immediately but again they did not respond so I ended up missing out on the discount. I then emailed them to ask them not to cancel my original order (as I still need the items) and to let me know when the items will be delivered. They responded saying they will cancel the order!! They do not even read your emails properly. Very poor customer service.

I needed to buy some shower door seals, and although I'd purchased them from Victoria Plumbing before, I'd forgotten which type I needed. A quick chat online soon sorted that! Delivery was also super quick!

Despite being warned off this company by other trades, I decided to use them as I had a short window to get fittings to site. Unfortunately the quality of goods and delivery fall way below standard. I ordered an entire bathroom suite from them of which the shower enclosure was not as described on their website and the basin arrived broken on delivery twice! They were quick to resolve the basin, but the shower enclosure is still waiting to be collected and I am out of pocket... Bar driving to Liverpool to return this I am at a loss! Don't be lured in by quick delivery... You'll get burnt!

Stay clear. Nice looking products but thats about it. Cheap units, poor plumbing parts, cistern leaked and was of poor quality. Bottle trap leaked, very slow to resolve this and gave me pence back which didn't even cover the cost of the new parts. Had to prove with statements, videos and pictures, even asked me to re fit the cistern which leaked everywhere, clearly I didnt refit.
The instructions state to drill a 5mm hole which we did, drilled one and instantly knew it was too big, fitted the handle and you can see part of the hole, was then told it was our fault and my intelligence questioned about how to drill holes when I've been in the trades for years by some pencil pusher. Luckily drilled with a 4mm for the rest but the customer service on resolving this is shocking, "decision has been made that this is the installers fault".
I wouldnt buy a toilet seat from them with the quality that they supply which is also imported. Should be ashamed of the quality they sell. Stay clear.
