We purchased a corner vanity unit for ground floor clock room, it came all assembled and was well packaged. We were told in advance when to expect a delivery and given a tracking number, it
arrived on time and was very well secured on the pallet. Easy to fit, though I had to cut some of the back away as pipe work was already institute. The quality of the unit is very good, with a high gloss finish. It was not the biggest project to take on but the wife is so made up and delighted with the finished article. Thank you Victory Plumbing.

I have bought several items from Victoria Plumbing for two new bathrooms. One was a pedestal basin, which completely cracked after my son dropped a toy in it, it was not a big toy and so disappointed with quality. Our shower temperature valve has also stopped functioning, despite a 2 year guarantee they said they would not replace that part but then agreed after threatening to leave a negative review - controlling the temperature of a shower is a fundamental part and absurd that it is not included in any guarantees or warranty. However two months after saying they would post me a spare part they have not, saying out of stock despite saying instock if I were to buy one on their website, now they just don't get back to me. Been unable to use this shower from nearly 3 months now. After sales customer service is shocking, avoid and use a more local seller.

Ordered on line, very easy to do. Delivery was on time as per quote. On unpacking one item was found to be damaged but customer services were great and very quick to arrange a replacement. Quality of products is excellent

Dont shop here. I had to return an item due to a colour issue. I sent it back, and they will not refund as they say it is damaged. However, it was damaged as they dismantled the part. The part was never used or even taken out of the box. The problem is you cannot speak to anyone for support. They are a faceless money machine. Lesson learned - shop local!

Ordered a shower head riser bracket for 19mm bar to replace mine held together with duck tape! It arrived in 2 days. Absolutely perfect. Slides easily and angles the head securely. Happy to recommend both the product and the company. Excellent service.

Used Victorian Plumbing three times over the last 15 years or so, it saddens me to say their customer service is now awful.
Received a vanity unit damaged, was collected by DPD the following day (Thursday) was told I would receive replacement on the Monday, didn't arrive, emailed Tuesday, no response, called and spoke to Nathan who apologised profusely and said it would arrive next day delivery, it didn't so live chatted with Olly the following day who promised he'd get back to me that day, he didn't, live chatted with Eloise the following day (Saturday) who said the best they could do is get it to me by the following Wednesday, IT ARRIVED!!! so it took two weeks to get the replacement and lots of badgering.
Hopefully the managers of Victorian Plumbing will take notice of the reviews and get their communication problems sorted out.

Website was easy to negotiate. My order was split into two consignments so had two separate deliveries to be in for. Items were well wrapped on pallets so had to dispose of these. The items will be installed on Monday so hope everything is in good order.

Ordered a shower screen at end of April, estimated delivery 2-10 days.. Tracking said due for delivery 7th May.. Its now 12th May and no update on that. Contacted VP for help 2 days ago and no response yet. Paid £25 for this delivery

Shocking customer service.
Ordered tiles 3 months ago because they were listed as “in stock”
Fobbed off every month saying they were coming and then informed that they would fulfil the order.
Could have made alternative arrangements if they had the decency to say they didn’t know when or if they would get new stock.
Never again will I use this excuse for a supplier !!!!

Dealt with VP numerous times and usually excellent order process, delivery and quality.
However my recent experience has completely soured my opinion of the Company.
Ordered a £300 radiator, fitted all ok except one of the fins was clap cold when the rest red hot. Contacted customer services who sent a guide on how to bleed!! I assured them it had been bled properly, sent all of the photos a they requested and even turned the radiator through 180 degrees to prove the fault followed the turn. Three weeks on four unanswered emails later, still nothing. I am not going to go away until resolved however if using this Company hope and pray your goods are OK otherwise get ready for a bad experience!!

One star because you can’t leave 0 stars, I bought a toilet seat that was described as robust.
I paid for postage and the return postage for it. It broke on first use !!
Victoria plumbing customer service are trained to not give refunds using every excuse possible.
This company does not have quality of B&Q or Homebase or many small suppliers.
So disappointing, my advise is that eBay has a better service.

I bought some items for my new bathroom including a shower tray.
The tray is defective but I cannot get it replaced because they are too busy.
I have no bathroom. It is prepared but the shower tray is the first item to be installed. Christmas is coming and I'll be bathing in the kitchen sink (which I got from Wickes and is fine).
I know things are tough in the retail sector but if you can't provide after-sales service then you shouldn't be selling. Just saying.
If I could give zero stars I would but I am forced to give them one.
Finally, I got a replacement. Took over 2 months but better late than never. Rather cheekily VP requested that I disposed of the defective tray. So... I put it on eBay and got £23 (minus charges). For this reason I have upgraded the review to 2 stars.

Delivery time was ok, the very last day of the estimate but was kept up to date the days prior.
When it came, everything was checked however only on installation was it clear the bath panel was the wrong one... and cue the problems!
If you phone you don’t get through so I made contact via email. Was told 2-5 working days to sort out a new one after I’d sent them product codes and photos. 10 days in and now they don’t reply to emails or answer the phone!
There are so many other sites offering bathroom products for similar prices, use them.. I’m kicking myself for changing and using these guys.!

Bought a Mayfair Tap 2 years ago which had a 10 year guarantee. Had it fitted by a plumber. Tap heads kept leaking so VP replaced. Tap head just gone again and when I contacted VP they said manufacturer gone bust and cannot help. Now I have to find a replacement and pay for a plumber. £200 wasted. BE CAREFUL OF THE MICKEY MOUSE GUARANTEE OFFERED! What a con

Trying to contact the team to get replacement toilet it’s been a week still not sorted yet.
As there is no phone number or chat to contact them.
Only option to contact is via email. Still waiting for reply after 7 days.
Return policy is not good for the customer at all. Courier charge is so expensive to return a toilet or sink. It’s not worth to buy from this company at all.

I had to leave 1 star as I could not leave none. I’ll keep it short. Ordered 02/01 now 16/02 simple order of a bath still not delivered after seven weeks. Five phone calls four promised delivery dates where someone waited in and nothing turned up also one obnoxious member of staff on the phone and their offer of a refund if it didn’t arrive was very big of them. I will never use again and I would advise everyone the same.

Wouldn't even give this company one star. Ordered my £700 worth of items on the 8th April. One item was out of stock at the time of purchase and I was told it would be back by the end of May. 12th May came around still nothing from victorian plumbing, enquired using webchat and was told our item wouldn't be back in the warehouse till the 30th JUNE. No updates whatsoever. The person I spoke to had absolutely shocking customer service, their response was ' if you exchange your items I will wait right here for you and and can have it dispatched today'. Ok then. Infuriating. Changed all of my order, THEN had to pay an outstanding fee as one item was £40 nore expensive for our order to come without an important item.
The stress dealing with this company is not worth the prices. Never again.

While I was looking for items last Friday I noted phrases like "order now for delivery by Tuesday" but once I had paid for the goods, over £1,000 worth, I was notified delivery would be up to 10 days. This is a dishonest practice to say the least. I have other bathrooms to furnish but won't be using this company again and certainly will not recommend them

I ordered full bathroom and cloakroom suite & although I was happy with most of the items came with bathroom suite, I was quite disappointed with the cloakroom suite. The toilet seat for cloakroom was so poor quality, made of a very think plastic that bends when sitting. It swings down as it is not soft close. The cabinet comes with the small basin is assembled and there is no option to change the door opening if your sink position is not known before ordering this package. The door is one piece, not in two pieces so if only one sided opening, it becomes quite awkward to open?These details are not included in the package and until you open after the delivery, you will not no this.
I was recommended to get extra plumbing bits with extra costs but it would be helpful to get all the extra plumbing bits with the package.
For these reasons, I have only given 3 star!

DO NOT USE. Items I ordered from them took ages, and then the packaging was very damaged. I sent some of the items back as I didn't need them and they are refusing to refund two of them as they're claiming I damaged them. Their customer service is terrible and take ages to reply (I'm talking about over 1 week each time). Just a headache from start to finish. You can find what you want elsewhere and for cheaper too.

Ceramic items came in a plastic bag! All items broken! Have emailed every other day as they have closed their phone lines. £150 worth of ceramic items and they send in a plastic bag... cannot make this up!!! All shattered !!! Appalling customer service. I will never shop at this diabolical place ever again. Claiming off my credit card to get my money back as they are not responding to any emails and lines closed!!! DO NOT USE!!!!

Found what I needed for a reasonable price. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but in all fairness once the item I purchased was out for delivery, I was kept informed the whole way. The quality of my wall mirror is good I still have not being able to connect it so can't comment on that side yet.

Rest assured should you receive a faulty item you will not get a replacement in my experience after several months & even having to send proof via photos & videos we still await a response. We have tried several times & not asking for a refund just a working shower . If I could give a minus star I would this company has terrible customer service

Easy to find the product I needed on the website. Entered my choice, and had a fair range of options available, from which I was able to find my perfect choice.
The price was good - I wanted to be sure that I had value for money, and a quality item, which was why I favoured this supplier as opposed to a more generic chain supplier.
The product arrived within the quoted time frame, perfectly packaged, and in good working order.
The installation instructions were clear to follow and my new deluge shower head was operational within half hour of it arriving in the post.

simple ordering process, good quality radiator which arrived ahead of expected date - especially as they were on back order. some of the fixings are a little odd, rubber seal for the hanging bracket makes it difficult to seat the rad properly, but is secure and belts out some heat.
