Fischer radiator behind no longer works since beginning of December. Called customer service on the 4/12 to get an engineer. No engineers are available until 7/1. Ended up buying a small radiator. I was happy with the product but the customer service is disgusting.

We have Installed Fischer Future Clay Core Electric Heaters. The installation was done very professionally and in a jiffy. No Mess at all The Installation engineers very helpful and explained everything in full. Easy to Operate. Not the Cheapest. But the dont mind Cost. I now have peace of mind as they have a separate support team who are available on phone to answer and resolve the any issues. Would be happy to recommend to anyone. The Fischer Staff are helpful and friendly.

Ordered Fischer Dynamic Clay Core Heaters. It all went like clockwork. The Sales Engineer came at the appointed hour. Then before the engineers came to do the installation the office called in to check if we had done all that was asked of us before the installers came. On Confirmation from our side they called backpack and confirmed the day and time the installers would be coming around to install. As expected they turned up on the dot and did their work. There was some issue with the heating.One phone call to their customer support team and it was resolved over the same call. Could not ask for more from a company. Well Worth the money spent. Anybody looking to buy these. Don’t think twice. Their service and people are great.

We have had our new Fischer heating for a week and we are delighted. The salesman convinced us of its merits, and our two main rooms now have an even heat which we never had with night storage heaters. We especially like the thermostatic controls. The people who installed the system were friendly and efficient, and explained everything clearly. We would strongly recommend Fischer to others, and only wish it had been a bit less expensive.!

Had the Aquafficient 6 with inhibitor installed. Initially balked at the price but well worth it. 2 technicians arrived within the allotted time. Very polite and super-efficient – they removed the big old 30 yr old boiler and installed their system in an hour. Super impressed with the service and I didn’t have to clean up after them. Hot running water on demand … highly recommendable. Thanks

Me and my Partner installed one of the most efficient Heater in our home. The experience right from meeting the Sales Engineer to their Customer Service to guys who came for installation - It was Top Notch. All were very knolwledgable and efficient. The installation was done at one go and tidy. They have an excellent bunch of people at their office, who are friendly yet professional in their approach. We were kept updated on our order. Some of our firneds told us that we could go for a cheaper one. We are glad that we decided on Fischer Clay Core Electric Heater. The whole experience first class and was well worth the money spent.

Replaced my Outdated Storage Heater with a Dynamic Clay Core Heater which runs on electric. The fitter who came to install finished the job of first removing the Old Water Tank and then fitted the heaters. All this in few hours. They were efficient and even tidied up the place. Very pleased with their worksmanship. Everybody with whom we had an interaction were very helpful and knowledgable. RIght from the Sales person who came to visit us and the Office Staff, all were friendly. We now can heat each room separately. This is a huge relief. Great System.

I had an Aquafficient water heater installed to provide instant hot water to a kitchen and utility room that was a long way form the existing hot water cylinder and was wasting a lot of water. Fischer Future Heat did an excellent job of installing and commissioning the water heater. We now have instant hot water with no wastage. Very happy with this service.

We had Fischer Future Heat electric radiators installed and night storage heaters removed about ten days ago. The two man team that did the installation were pleasant, efficient, quick, and cleaned everything up including the old heaters which they took away with them when they finished. Explained everything to us, showed us how to work the radiators and gave us an instruction manual. So far so good, we are liking our new heaters!

I am very hopeful that I will end up with a superb water heating system which means I save energy and have constant hot water. It's something I've been wanting for a long time. So I was very pleased to meet the sales person and hear about the product (they couldn't even give an approximate price on the phone. The system sounds brilliant, I paid the deposit. The next day i get an acknowledgement and a month later I have to chase for a delivery date. I'm paying for a quality product, obviously |I shouldn't be expecting quality service! The earliest date they can give me is nearly 3 months from my placing the order. So, I'm happy to amend this review when I have lashings of hot water, but let's see. If you're thinking of getting the system, ask about dates and I hope you get better responses than I have so far. Update: I was pleasantly surprised that the company got back to me the day after this review, thank you. It’s a shame they couldn’t have got back to me before with my date. OK I am frustrated by the delay in installation, but most annoyed that it took a month’s delay, an email from me and two phone calls from me before I got a reply. As for leaving my full details on this publicly available site, err no. You should be able to find me in your system, but as an aid my order was placed on 02/09/2020 Hey ho, I look forward to telling you how brilliant the product is, when I get it.

I finally found the right replacement for our Gas Boiler which had been providing warmth to my parents home for many years. However, last couple of years they had to call in engineers many times over to fix issues. We have Installed Fischer Future Clay Core Electric Heaters. The installation was done very professionally. The Installation engineers explained how to programme the heaters. They were very patient and left only when both my parents were satisfied with the working and knew how to operate the thermostat. They still can't believe that they can control the warmth in each room separately. For almost a week they would keep touching the radiator to check if it was working. :-) They now have the warmth that they are used to. God bless the sales staff who followedup with us and convinced us to have a No Obligation Free Survey done. We did and are quite heppy with their professionalism and promptness. The fitting of the water heater was very quick and efficent. Gave instructions never to turn off water heater! i was therefore not able to use overnight cheap electric tariffs. Contacted firm and organised fitting of suitable time clock within a week. I think the fitting of time clock should be automatic and the norm to reduce the high cost of electricity and give a good feeling to the customer at little cost to Fischer.

Installed aqua ficient water heater which has underperformed since installation, and after first couple of weeks nearly set fire to my house, since then nothing but problems, never enough hot water to fill bath and at present no hat water at all.. Nothing like coming home from 12 hr shift and can't get a shower or bath

My heating went down it’s -5 and all I want is to price up and order 1 heater ASAP. They can’t book me in for an immediate survey which would take an hour. I only wanted 1 heater, surely it should’t be such a ridiculous long process. Forget it Fischer I’ll buy an infrared instead.

Told the heaters would heat house to 22 degrees no problem, heaters fail to get over 19 degrees, can't afford to heat house to higher tempature, bills £415 plus per month to have 4 rooms 18 degrees and 2, <15 degrees. If turn up electric bills >£25 per day. Told convection heater, but more like radiant heater. Doesn't heat up quick nor retain heat. Completely missold by sales person. Avoid at all costs. All this for >15k for 8 radiators and a water system. Terrible installation too.

I got totally mis sold the heaters for £8k totally wrong for my old cottage, no help whatsoever now trading standards are taking fischer heating to court, I hope justice will be done! my property is an old cottage with stone floors and solid walls, these heaters are totally the wrong type, ok with new houses with super duper insulation but not in my 150 year old cottage, this was not explained to me just sold on a sale.

So I spent three thousand pounds. These heaters are literally useless. I'm on my second replacement, broken after a week this time. So I have to sit about for a month in the cold again for them to come over have a look, replace the heater a month after and then break again after a week and repeat. I don't understand how a company can have such terrible products. Especially when you thinking you're buying something quality at that price. Please avoid Fischer. Also avoid premier heating (same company).

Expensive. Energy bills soared have an energy monitor which races up every time they come on. Although rectified, bad fitting and damaged heater. No further correspondence. Just for the rest of their money. Original fitters gave awful service.

I got a leaflet through my letterbox. By the looks of things, this company has scam written all over it. Zero prices on the leaflet and some fake £250 cheque on it. After looking at the Google reviews, the leaflet has gone in the bin. By the looks of things, they are just after your details, no doubt so they can pester you. No prices anywhere. Seems like they are now trying to be condescending. An electric heater works on wattage. A standard electric room heater may have a rating of 1,500 watts. Multiply the wattage of your unit by 3.41 per watt to calculate the BTU. A standard 1,500-watt electric heater produces 5,115 (1,500 times 3.41) BTU per hour. This company doesn't even specify on their literature what the wattage is on any of the electric heaters they sell. It wouldn't surprise me if they are soon featured on Watchdog or RogueTraders trying to swindle the elderly. Be very careful as this company doesn't seem to be very transparent at all. Either with pricing or wattage of the equipment being supplied. They bang on about Trustpilot and other reviews. It's common knowledge that those reviews can be purchased by third party companies that sell 5 star reviews. A simple search on Google shows plenty of third party companies offering this. A straight up indication of this, is that the user has only left 1 review and it just happens to be a 5 star one. You really must think people were born yesterday.

I am absolutely delighted with my new heaters , they do exactly what it says on the telly! I would also like to especially mention the two engineers who came to fit them and pass on advice on 9th September this year. Stephen and James, based in Perth, were polite, courteous and professional, did the job quickly and efficiently, including taking away my horrible old heaters, left no mess and made sure I knew how to use the system before they left me. Stellar job guys!

We had the radiators installed in our old mill conversion apartment as the cheap panel heaters were costing us a fortune. The original rep came out who was a bit dismissive of us and gave little information as we were in our early thirties and never ended up getting a response after his survey. 6 months later we asked for another quote and we ended up (with what we originally wanted) ordering the heaters. We ran 2 at 18 degrees all winter and our bills halved whilst the apartment was always warm. We have just sold the apartment after having the heaters for 7 years and they still worked fine when we left. They are expensive to buy but pay for themselves in the long run. Would recommend to anyone considering but hopefully your reps are like the 2nd guy we dealt with and deal with your younger (and your new demographic) serous buyers who want to save money and invest in a heating system.

The installation for my new boiler took place around 18th/19th September ; I was not shown how to use the control , was promised someone would call and arrange flushing to my radiators and clean up the electrics!! To date nothing has been sorted regarding the original promise and to put it mildly .....4weeks ago as the weather got cold I noticed the radiators not heating do all in all I have only got hot water NO HEATING with my 99 year old mother living with me . Both of us have been struggling , false promises for their engineers to come and rectify yet there has been no resolution . I have no receipt from the company and as I am calling I am being fobbed off with excuses which are totally unacceptable after having paid a phenomenal amount of £12k for this so called Super System!!!! I do not recommend this company at all!!! Today I have been waiting for the engineer since 11.30 as it was scheduled and still at 4pm no one has come despite my 4 telephone calls but no calls from the company to show concerns.

Salesman I requested was pleasant but the price was extremely high - and then they start offering discounts - if you sign there and then. Stereotypical pressure selling. I said "no". Told them not to contact me further by phone, post, email, etc and they ignore this request. Does not matter to them that you are registered with the TPS (Telephone Preference Society) they still phone you. Not a company I would ever want to do business with.

I have had Fischer radiators for many years now and have recently had a new one installed. I appreciated the visit of the Fischer representative who measured the area to be heated and confirmed that only an adequate sized heater would be installed. The installation was quick and easy and the appearance of the radiator is neat. The initial cost is high but saving in energy bills is considerable. Heat can be controlled by thermostat and there is no waste of energy since radiators retain heat even after the temperature is needed and power automatically switched off. The long term guarantee and accessibility to service provider is also appreciated.

Too Expensive to Run and Cold My Elderly disabled parents, had 13 dimplex storage heaters for over 20 years and it cost £200 a month to run all of them in winter. On the 10th of June 2020 a salesman from Fisher came and advised us to replace this and install 12 heaters and a water system, he had stated that these heaters would work off the solar panels we have and that it was compatible with the Economy 7. We had them installed on the first week of September, this installation lasted 2 days. Our old system kept our house perfectly warm 24/7 for a fraction of the heating cost. Now instead of £200 amth we're running up heating costs of up to £400 amth and only using 5 heaters out of the 12 and we're always cold. My parents have to remember to turn and adjust each of these heaters every time they exit a room, which can be very stressful for the elderly. In my mother's bedroom is now a fridge and the control dial has a flame dial that is lit up showing that the heat is apprently working, but the heater is stone cold. My Mother is freezing in her room and she emails Fisher everyday to get this resolved and explain this. They have sent her a letter saying that these heaters are not broken and that they are set at 21 degrees, the same as our old heating system. This is not the case. They have paid over £4000 for a water heater and last week they had no hot water. Fisher responded via phone call to simply take a screwdriver and turn the screw anticlockwise and press the button to boost the system. After waiting all afternoon with no hot water fischer responded to say that the button needed to be pressed twice not once. They have spent over £24000 with them needing to cash in their private pension to buy this heating and water system. I'd like to clarify that the insulation on this house is industrial foam on the inside walls with lining over it. Also, all cavity walls have been recently filled in with double glazed windows. As this system is not working the house now smells of damp. This has never been an issue before. I have decided that I am going to create a group on facebook for people with issues like these to contact each other and myself. Who feel that Fisher has not addresed these problems. The Facebook group is called Fischer NOT Heating. I can then gather these issues and use them for my solicitor and I would encourage others to join and do the same. Updated 21 Oct 2020 How efficient you are and it's shows, as you know you are coming to my mums house today! You don't give anyone a order ref, I think you make them up, as you can't find my order ref on Trustpilot! As I sit here waiting for your engineers (with an s,as Tom Crawford said) the control panel says 19deg the room is freezing and they should be on, as they are set at 18deg. Your heaters are so efficient and cost a lot to buy (the price changes with everyone I have spoken too). When they go cold, cos the temp has met the target settings! The room is cold and takes over 2 hours for them to warm a room. My feet and legs are freezing and it now 2.10! How two elderly people cope with it, I don't sleep with worry. Not that bothers you, as you have taken the money and told me this the FINAL ATTEMPT. I think under the consumer act, you have to honour your contract of service. You have mis-sold this product, which does not work for them! You explained that they are not working correctly by the people you installed in their homes, but the people in the homes are working them correctly. When your salesman said you will never be cold and they will act just like your old storage heaters, they dont! The heating system is rubbish, when all the radiators turn off, they don't store heat. The hot water only fills the kitchen sink, then stone cold! Your installers rip out the Economy 7 system, which were supposed to be working with and with the solar, reason why we got them! It would have been better for them to pay to have gas back on and buy gas radiators, as they work the same way. The only best thing with gas is, they heat up quicker than these expenses rubbish.

Called Fisher Heat as there was a strange smell on checking plug/socket found it to be burnt out,called again and as the wiring only has year warranty it would cost £210 total rip off !they were not concerned that there wiring up of radiator could of burnt my house to ground,got a local electrician out £30 ,would not recommend this company, after sales service not interested .

Had the heaters installed to replace very old gas central heating, which I am happy with. I don't feel that they are too expensive at all. BUT I made the mistake of letting them fit an "electric boiler". After it was fitted I felt it was just a very big immersion heater with a timer! Asked about servicing and was told to contact a local plumber. I have now been told by my local plumber that the tank was installed incorrectly and, therefore was never under warranty. In addition, the condensate pipe (which is partly there to stop floods if it goes wrong....which it has and it pours water onto my floor...regularly) was not fitted to the outside - which a qualified G3 heating engineer would know. It faces the wrong way and now needs new heating elements. This involves removing the entire tank as the incorrect fitting means that that the heaters are inaccessible. Even the public warning signs are unreadable as they do not face forwards. In addition, it was not wired correctly to the timer and the main tank was not heating up, only the top subsidiary tank - this I discovered when the timer failed and I ask a local electrician to take a look.I am disgusted by this bad workmanship. I just thought that it wasn't a great boiler! I will be contacting BBC Watchdog about this as I have not been happy on previous occasions with the after sales service of Fischer so a complaint this big would definitely be shelved!
