Mark came out to quote to replace our boiler, he was friendly, helpful and clearly explained all the options. We received a detailed quote for the job and booking the installation was straightforward, Melissa was very helpful.
The job was slightly challenging because of the poor installation of our previous boiler but Mark and his colleagues took it all in their stride and finished the job to an excellent standard. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - 10/10.

I was so incredibly impressed with the absolute professionalism of the gas engineers. The work completed is immaculate – they took extensive precautions over entry to my home and in covering the flooring and staircase. The gas work was carried out with absolute efficiency. The staff were courteous, pleasant, polite and left the place tidier than when they arrived! I am delighted and cannot speak highly enough of the quality of work provided - they were recommended to me and I would not hesitate to pass on the recommendation. Mark really took the time to go through all my options, advising on pros and cons for each one. Extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Old boiler removal and new combi boiler fitted, along with pipe work and electrical amendments. The guys were super friendly and everything was completed in a day and the place was left clean, a job well done.

We found the staff of Chiswell heating to be efficient, competent and trustworthy. When our old boiler broke Mark Chiswell visited quickly, examined our CH system, gave us a choice of options and quoted for the two new boiler options we chose. We found the quotes competitive. The new boiler installation was done a few days later. The work was carried out tidily with minimum disruption, all our floor coverings were protected and the small amount of mess made was all cleared up. The new system was tested before they left and has since worked well. Communication was excellent throughout and afterwards.

Really pleased with the work done by the team and good value for money. We had a combi boiler replacement (old one was ancient) towel rails fitted in our two bathrooms and new radiator in living room. All of this done in one day and good quality and value. Extra effort made to do work neatly, avoided dropping pipes through ceiling in the living room as they spent time looking existing pipes in wall and it looks much nicer. Team are really friendly and highly recommend.

Thank you to Mark and his team at Chiswell Heating for the fantastic work they did for us. We required for our boiler to be moved from upstairs to ground floor level and a few radiators to be fitted. Mark quoted me on the 9th of July any by 6pm on the 22nd of July we had a brand new boiler and a hive system installed. We can not thank the entire team enough for their timely and neat work. No mess was left behind and our house was left as clean as it was in the morning before work commenced. Right from when we showed interest Mark was very clear and thorough in explaining every tiny detail as to what will be done, why it will be done as well as explaining things which may have not made sense to us.
Mark and his team installed the hive system and then also showed us how to use it efficiently and easily.
I would most certainly recommend Chiswell Heating and will most certainly be using their services again as and when needed.

Our boiler broke down, and was in need of a new one. I called Chiswell heating up and Mark managed to come out the next day. Mark advised what we needed and and answered any questions we had. he then managed to book us in over Christmas period, which we were very grateful for.
The quote they given was far cheaper than other quotes we had from more well known companies.
They fit the new boiler, took out the old boiler (as well as the water tank) leaving us without the hassle of getting it scrapped etc. The work they done was great and we have had no trouble with the boiler. they explained how to use it and again answered any questions we had.
All the people that came to the house where very polite and friendly. Our house was spotless after.
Would certainly recommend.

From coming to gas fit and test our new kitchen hob, Mark and Ross then provided great service by first attempting to repair our aged combi and then quoting for a replacement one with bells and whistles. At no point did we get the hard sell, and both lads were extremely courteous and professional. The switch-over took a day as promised and included state-of-the art Worcester model and ancillaries, replacement flue and roof vent, finessing the pipework, flushing the radiators and fitting a Hive thermostat. They even threw in a Hive bulb which is Echo compatible. Mark provided expert knowledge on how to set everything up, from the touch-screen on the boiler to the Hive app, and both gents tidied up everything. We are as impressed as we are grateful for the superb customer service and quality of their work. We'll be using again for all our plumbing needs!

I was looking for someone to come out and replace my boiler, and due it it coming up to Christmas I had tried numerous people who either didn't want the job or didn't even get back to me... a colleague recommended Mark and I now 100% would recommend him and will not use anyone else.
