Bought bathroom suite for £750 in August. Pressured to receive goods even though fitters not booked in till October. Boxes sat in garage until opened by bathroom fitter. Windsor 55cm WC cabinet was damaged. Due to not reporting it within 7 days of delivery they will not resolve. I also noticed that when you sign a disclaimer at time of buying it states you waive the right to refund and agree credit note only. Customer service line took over 1 hour to get through too. (Number 27 in the queue).... I have had no other option but to order another unit from them at a further cost of £78 so it would match the sink unit.. Even the bathroom fitter was amazed at how poor they were. AVOID!!!!!!

Currently in the middle of trying to deal with a wrong sized delivery/replacement requirement. I swear in ALL my years of dealing with customer service departments I have never encountered one as bad as Better Bathrooms!!!! Absolutely useless just would not cover it. Now I look at the previous feedback and it starts to make sense...wish I'd looked earlier......

went to Wigan shop, chose the items I wanted, NOT IN stock, went to Leigh collected all items from there. staff at Wigan most helpful, but leigh was another story, more counter staff than customers, and still had to wait 20mins for my items to be picked & brought out... if Leigh had been a bit more enthusiastic I'd have give 5stars

Absolute rubbish 2 years down the line the shower head is rusty the shower rails and frame are rusty the chrome on the the drawer unit is dusty, the pop up plug in the vanity unity corroded and fell to pueces and to top it all even the sink tap has rusted. BETTER BATHROOMS RESPONSE WAS WELL THEY ARE OUT OF WARRANTY WE ONLY GIVE 12 MONTHS YOU CAN BUY REPLACEMENTS. AN ABSOLUTE RUBBISH COMPANY SELLING EVEN WORSE THAN RUBBISH PRODUCTS BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff are friendly and helpful, willing to help and knowledgeable. This place is massive so you may have to wait a while (few minutes) if it's busy. But they have got everything you can see on the web site (if it's in stock) and will take it to your vehicle for you. Our plumber said that the items he put into our toilet / bathroom were the best quality items that he had installed for a long time (he said he was fed up installing cheap "crap" from the DIY mega-stores). Go for it.

The worst customer service I have ever come across. Two weeks after ordering my tiles and being charged for them I am still unable to get any confirmation when they might be delivered. When checking online the status of my order for the past two weeks it has been down as "being picked up in the warehouse". Tried calling their customer service a number of times but after 30 minutes on hold I would give up hope of getting through to anyone. I have emailed them a week ago but to date have had no response. An absolute disgrace, would never use them again and just want to warn the others to stay away!

Paid cash for a product and extra for next day delivery. Products didn't arrive and when contacted Better bathrooms they said they didn't deliver because the product was damaged. They promised replacements in two days. No replacement arrived and when I contacted them they said the product had been sold to someone else. They said their returns policy didn't allow them to give a refund. When it was pointed out that they hadn't supplied anything so there was nothing to return they agreed to a cheque refund. That was a month ago. They still have my cash and make every excuse not to refund it. eg There was an error in their refund paperwork so it had to be resubmitted. If I could rate them no stars I would. They are liars, cheats and thieves by deception. Don't go near the place- absolutely disgusting behavior. Next stop court :)

Literally the worst place ever to shop from, the whole shopping experience is so bad. Had problems when I went to pick up the items. Staff is very clueless and do not offer any solutions or help whatsoever. Tried to return one of the items and they would only offer me a credit note and not an actual refund into the card I paid for. Staff isn't friendly or helpful at all. Try to avoid this place, it's way too much of a headache

Wish I had seen reviews before ordering from this company. Ridulous long wait to speak to anyone,then you are supposed to send back faulty item at your own cost , which they 'test' before deciding to give a refund! Meanwhile no working shower. Just hope rest of it doesn't go wrong .Might appear cheap but avoid if you don't want to go bald from tearing your hair out in frustration and anger. By keeping you waiting and waiting they hope you will just go away!

What a comany to deal with. Customer service is so poor. Its has taken three weeks to sort out replacement items which was delivered either badly marked or holes/ dents in the bath. Trying to get hold of customer services is a nightmare. Three calls and six emails later and still waiting. Dont buy from them. Each call had to wait over 30 mins to speak to someone.

More interested in exchanging petty emails rather than doing right thing for customer. Terrible terrible company. Do not use them. Very, very pathetic company to ever deal with, even third world Country do far better than this Company, Sold used splashproof bluetooth speaker as Brand New but turn out to be returns faulty item, so I have to quickly return it but getting a refund seem like going to space. Call after call but to no avail, drove to Leigh depot but was told guy doing refunds is on holidays. Now i am out of pocket with fuel cost, return postage cost, Telephone cost and my time. The refund not received yet, worst company ever to deal witt.

The most horrible service ever from the start to finish , wonder why no one answer Costomer service line so they don't hear the complains.... You order they take your money but they never deliver on time. And when you need to return an item or exchange it you must call Costomer service and wait for at least three hours before they cut the line just when your about to go through, so you try and call one of the shops that is listed on your invoice to your surprise they tell you off and put you through Costomer service without considering your frustration.... THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

Terrible products and even worse customer service. We have purchased a folding shower screen that is faulty and they have shown to worse customer care ever!! Their advice was to firstly use gel on the joints!! Then they've asked for my wife to send video footage of shower screen leaking. Terrible terrible company. Do not use them. BetterBathrooms simply did not deliver. After placing the order BetterBathrooms took payment from my credit card. Nonetheless my order has not been delivered. When I called weeks later where the order is, I was told that this was due to some fraud prevention checks they were doing on my credit card. However, I was not contacted by BetterBathrooms regarding this. Since it has been 4 weeks since placing the order, I believe it is a fair assumption that without my contacting BetterBathrooms, the order would never have been fulfilled despite having been paid for. Upon contacting BetterBathrooms the order will be fulfilled but I was denied compensation for the delay to my project (We are living in rented acomodation for the duration of the extension and complete refurbishment of our home), the cost of re-booking the plumber, the time I have to take off work to accept delivery or indeed the aggravation. To anyone who is not indifferent to a 4 weeks delay on their bathroom project, I can only advise not to order from BetterBathrooms.

Ordered for guaranteed delivery for a Sunday bathroom suite didn't arrive and no customer service team available to ring because they don't work Sunday. Finally got through on the monday to be told the bath we had ordered needed to be sent for but we will guarantee delivery for Thursday. Knowing full well they would let me down I spent 1h30min waiting for customer services to pick up the phone and to then tell me it would be Friday before I'd get the delivery. The only correspondence we had from this company was an email late thurday to say the had accepted our order. This has put our project behind and cost extra money. Friday came and we had our delivery last more or less. Checking things over they had sent the wrong bath. Again on the phone for 50mins waiting for someone to pick up I got told I had to send pictures of the wrong bath via email. I'm still waiting for a reply and it has further delayed our project and cost more money. Communication with this company is awful. Phone lines are that crammed you have a good time to wait to before answered. Wont be recommending or using again Update: 9th nov. Took numerous phone calls and emails to sort the right bath and get a delivery date. Day of delivery the guys turn up without our bath. Phoned them and told them we had had enough and want to return the whole suite. Date of pick up set. I emailed all the relevant information to back it up. Now I just have to wait.....again.....

My elderly mother in law has ordered some tiles from Cardiff store and paid for them via card. Decided next morning they wouldn't suit the room so cancelled order. Requested refund but it's been over a month now and still not managed to get the money back even though visited stre on 4 occassions to comlain. When try to call complaints department. Everytime it says Your caller 30 waiting to be dealt with. Absolutely terrible customer service and a small claims Court case has now been registered along with call to trading standards. Don't use these people. !!!

Cust services are brilliant at swerving your complaint, love waiting in a Phone Q and paying 30p a minute on a 0333 number, even better was the live chat that ended when they realised it was a complaint . Nearly 2weeks of trying when I had the time and finally got through to somebody in sales who actually wanted to help (girl at Leigh store was brilliant) unlike the smarmy sales reps at the Wigan store who where happy to take money but ran off when I went back to complain. Not going to bother returning faulty ecobar2 shower (reduced from £300 to £99,,,, hmmmm wonder why) No spares available so I have to purchase another model off them and wait for them to test mine before I get a refund,,,, I can guess the outcome. Win win for them, I feel sorry for the people who work there, company like this won't last long.

Wonky pedestal.absolutely rediculous trying to get it sorted. Been on phone to customer services,they put you through to a call system and you start off being no 20 in the queue and stay on there for 45 mins each time. Beware, never again.a lovely deputy manager called Desmond in gallows corner has tried to help, but we are still waiting to hear from them.

Ordered a replacement sealant for our L-shaped bath/shower. What do we receive after a week, two small rubber things that has nothing to do with what we needed. Went back to the shop in Warrington, no help there at all. They were going to call us back but nothing happened. Poor service if you ask me????????????

This is the worst shop I have shopped in. The store in Birmingham, does not state it is a Showroom only, and that you can't return items back to the showroom,. You have to go through customer services. After 14 days you can only get a credit note, no cash refund .But guess what? You have to spend it in their store. You also have to wait up to 14 days for your credit note. In future I'll stick to Home base, and B and Q.

Rubbish!! Whole bathroom suite has had problems, bath is as thin as paper, vanity units were chipped and wonky, shower screen had dents in the chrome sleeve. And they wouldn't let me return products so had to buy matching parts again.
