Nice, friendly staff and good service. Real Aladdin's cave of plumbing bits and pretty sure you'd get everything you need.
Prices are decent, but I don't usually buy my goods from London so cannot comment too much on pricing, but for a city with high rates and overheads, I thought it wasn't too bad. Plumbing consumables are the same price as Screwfix so no issues there.
They also have a mini carpark too, so really cannot grumble.

1 Star is still too much! Far to expensive and very very rude when challenged on prices. This store and it's owner is happy to rip off a pensioner in his 80's. I am a plumber but not local to this store. I had a call out from a friend asking me to help his dad. Not local to me I agreed and traveled 1 hour to assist. Upon arriving I needed some extra parts not on the van. The client offered to collect them from his local merchants. To my surprise when he returned he paid £19.75 for 1 meter of waste pipe and 3 waste fittings. Having no choice I fitted the items. On finishing I checked the prices against my local plumbers merchants and found these would have cost me £6.74 for the same 4 items. Having then looked at this stores reviews online the owner responds to reviews and asks that you contact him before posting a negative review in order to resolve the issue. So I done just that and I went to the store and politely waited for the owner and pointed out that there must be a mistake and wanted to explain how he had overcharged a man in his 80's over 3 times the price but before I could continue with the conversation he told me all his prices were correct and to leave the store and then walked away out the back. He then took a phone call on his bluetooth ear piece and refused to talk to me anymore. Well all I can say is I'm not surprised other reviews on here are similar and I'm surprised the store is still trading.

Far from “empressed”. Whilst the service to plan the bathroom was great and accommodating, maintaining the same service has been appalling. I appreciate some goods are supplied from third parties, but as the bathroom contact Empress need to improve their communications. Getting hold of anyone to actually help rather than “taking a message” has been painful. You can ring and they say someone will call back, but they never do. Customer care is poor and is why I would not recommend Empress to friends and family. You have a great selection and choice of fittings, however looking after the customer is also important. I do not like leaving bad reviews, however as the customer endlessly trying to contact yourself (without naming names) has been frustrating.
I will call yet again tomorrow to chase part of my order... 4 weeks on & counting.

Wow new showroom looks amazing!! These guys really know what they are doing. We had to buy fittings for our bathroom at short notice and Shelly was super helpful and patient and got it all sorted for us. It doesn't look much from the outside and the showroom is small but it's definitely worth a visit.

COMPLETELY AVOID THIS BATHROOM SHOWROOM!!!!!!!
The owner of this company SURINDA is one of the rudest people I have ever come across how he is even still managing to run a shop is beyond me, I bought a sink unit from them and it’s very tight and my plumber suggested it maybe better to get one slightly smaller due to my children getting there fingers trapped between the door and the unit which I stated and so I wanted to just get an exchange, he simply told me that he just did not want to have the unit back as it was clearance which I was unaware of especially as this was not stipulated in conversation neither on my receipt! He also then put the phone down on me. This is not the kind of customer service you would expect from a company you have just spent £4000 with, neither from somebody who owns and runs the business. However his staff don’t exactly sing his praises either so I should have guessed!!
The reply to this message is clearly an automated response as it seems to be the reply to all of the negative feedback however the manage has no intention of rectifying any of the issues raised!

Avoid using this company. I spent time in the shop speaking to the owner asking for advice on changing the head of a doush set (£35) I already have and was persuaded that I needed to buy a doush set for £75 and told that I could get a refund if it didn't fit. My plumber told me when he came that the new doush set would not fit and I went back to return it straight away. To be told that I would be refunded minus a 20% handling fee. The owner dealing with me was beyond rude and refused to take any responsibility for persuading me to buy an incorrect product and not mentioning the 20% fee when saying the product was refundable. Basically they are dishonest and rude and I am writing this to save someone else the same trouble and by the way, all I needed was a connector costing £4 (which he admitted in the end was all I had needed)
