I bought a HIB mirror and it was defected from the begining. The retailer closed down due to COVID so I phoned HIB to get assitance for my father who has dementia to help him repair his mirror and they didnt care whatsoever in helping him. We spoke with James Pemberton and Keith Sheasby who didnt want to help whatsoever and were dismissive of our request to have the item at least repaired. There products are terrible and the staff are useless. We are now begining a small claims court against them. Please stay away from this company HIB. They scammed my father. Do not buy their products!

Needed a replacement slow close hinge after 5 years of use. Charlotte from HiB customer services was quick to respond and provide me with all the information I required.

Update: Charlotte at HIB was excellent. We got the company we bought from to organise a replacement which has arrived and about to be fitted. Huge relief. Bought an integrated shaver cabinet which cost a small fortune. Electrician was fitting this and putting the screw cover on in the middle of the glass inside the cabinet which caused the mirror to crack. Customer services were unhelpful and I'm left having to buy an alternative brand to replace the whole cabinet. AVOID. Poor quality and overpriced.

DO NOT BUY from this company, their customer service is very poor. I have had a top the range Hib Cabinet for less than 18 months and already I have had to buy three sensor switches. The light panel doors keep switching on with no interaction, often at night and they cannot be turned off. I have now had to disconnect from the electricity supply and have nolight function at all. The doors are also showing signs of de-silvering, not good after only such a short time. HiB do not want to know and keep referring me to the dealer, who inturn refer me to HiB as the cabinet is longer under warranty. VERY POOR WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING.

Well I wished I looked at these reviews before buying,yes I bought an all singing and dancing cabinet,after only a few weeks the integrated mirror doors started to deteriorate, got in touch with Hib,who were helpful, and after lockdown and emails between my supplier and Hib, a replacement was sent,although I see no reason for the new one not to go down the same route ,expensive, definitely but after consideration had I put all the features together myself, I would have probably broke even and did fall for the wow factor....so I have a bathroom cabinet that is not fit for that purpose....if the replacement fails then it's money back time,what's really disappointing is that Hib have really got products that appear not to gave been tested for the purpose.. And I would have no need to write a review...edit,sorry to be be purveyor of bad news,the replacement is going down the same route,mirrors wholly unsuitable for use in a bathroom,fine in the box, but I'm completely fed up with things at the moment so I'll give it time until I have the enthusiasm to deal with it!!

I BOUGHT, THROUGH A BATHROOM SUPPLIER, ONE OF HiBs EXPENSIVE ILLUMINATED BATHROOM CABINETS WHICH LIGHTS BY SENSOR. THE SENSOR FAILED WITHIN 3 YEARS SO I HAVE NOW GOT AN EXPENSIVE CABINET WHICH DOES NOT EVEN LIGHT UP. HiB TELL ME IT WAS ONLY GUARANTEED FOR 2 YEARS SO THEY WERE NOT LIABLE. THAT BEING THE CASE I WOULD SUGGEST LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR GREATER RELIABILITY AND WARRANTY AS THIS COMPANY FLATTER TO DECEIVE.

We have used this brand of mirrors and cabinets for probably almost as long as they have been going. We have found the customer service to be very good. Great range. There are plenty of products both less and more expensive. Not yet found a better range to sell at this price point taking into the quality you get.

Very disappointed- just buy a simple mirror- the blue tooth was always poor and just after two years the heat and light don’t work either, when just out of warranty. Waste of money.

Poor quality product - broke after 3 months. Poor customer service on how to handle the replacement of the item. Don't buy this brand!
