Ripples Bathrooms

Jo at Ripples London was super helpful and responsive. She provided us with some really good ideas during the design process within our price range and taste. We adapted throughout and she was really engaging. We are delighted with our new bathroom!

I'm actually a previous customer of Ripples Reigate but sadly that franchise has closed down now. Lisa was very helpful in replacing a part for our shower screen. The part was sent out next day delivery and follow up call received. Excellent customer service.

We had a crack in our bassin in our bathroom. We approached Ripples in Tunbridge Wells to see if this would fall under the warranty at the beginning on lockdown. The supplier was closed and later after lockdown we discovered that Ripples in TW was closed. We turned to Ripples in London and Joanna helped us perfectly. We sent the same pictures snd within a week we heard that the Dansani, the supplier would provide us a new bassin. She also quickly got us in contact with one of the local installers they use. Great service, quick response on email and happy with the end result!

If you are expecting to pay a premium in return for a high street premium service, look elsewhere. Our experience has been a dreadful odyssey of delays, wrong or defective items, excessive quantities delivered and charged for and a total lack of project management from Alexis and Lisa. Our complains were each time answered by transferring the responsibility to their suppliers (as if they had not charged us their 30% over list price to actually manage our project). Unreturned calls became the norm, promises of refund and compensation went over for months and never met. It is a pity as the items they trade are beautiful (once you get to receive the one you have ordered and it is not defective), but this franchise on England Road casts a dark shadow on Ripples’ name and trustworthiness. As a final surprise, when after months we finally managed to corner them into providing a reply to our requests of compensation, they entered into a point-by-point justification to, in summary, declining any financial responsibility. For a long time we thought it was a case of negligence and lack of skills, I now fear this shop is a well organised scam. Stay away.

I had my bathroom installed by Ripples in March, the process was simplified by the designer Annabel. I was very happy with the results & would recommend. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish.

Having viewed many sleek but boring bathrooms in my home search, I really wanted the bathrooms in our new home to be fun, diverse and full of character. Lisa and Joel at Ripples delivered exactly what I had hoped to achieve. They spent hours listening to my sometimes vague, sometimes very specific ideas and requirements and worked hard to come up with creative and stunning designs that fit the spaces we had. We turned a dull guest WC into a retro powder room oozing with glamour; a very dated family bathroom into a fun, colourful kids bathroom complete with an adorable kid size bath, and the master bathroom into a serene spa-like space with mixed wood and tile flooring. The designer provided meticulous drawings for the builders to follow, was quick to re-order items that were damaged during delivery or installation and the manager did several site visits to ensure things were going to plan. The fittings and furniture that were suggested were beautiful and unique. We did spend more than we had intended on each of the bathrooms, but everyone who has visited has been wowed by the results. I am glad that we chose Ripples and would not hesitate to recommend their professional and experienced services.
