Have had a very positive experience with Edwins Bathrooms. Lee Matthews worked very patiently with me, making sure that as non-plumber/building professional, everything was sorted out to suit both budget and requirements. Quite a few emails went back and forth and one visit in person to spend time going over, what was for me a complicated order. On every occasion, Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was endlessly patient with me. We sorted out 4 bathroom's worth of fixtures and fittings, which are of a very good quality, at a what my husband and I feel is a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them, should we ever be doing a large renovation again. I would also recommend them to anyone else who is undertaking a renovation and wants quality supplies, with expert help and advice.

These people are brilliant. Expensive? Yes, compared to buying stuff on the internet but way better value when you take into account their knowledge and after-sales service. There's a guy there who taught me how to use a pipe-bender. I've had problems with taps, they fixed them. If, like me, you would rather sort out a few plumbing problems or opportunities yourself, get yourself down to Edwins.

Edwins Bathrooms supplied the fittings for a full renovation at my home in May 2018. The experience started positively in their Notting Hill showroom, with helpful staff and a great selection of products. The brands which they carry are stylish and of very high quality. The reason for only giving a 3 out of 5 rating is my experience of their after sales services. In a word: sloppy and unprofessional. An item was delivered with parts missing. I returned the item to Edwins, who reassured me they'd get a replacement. When the replacement comes, it turns out to be the SAME item which still had parts missing. Nobody in the shop bothered to check what was being sent out to me, resulting in a lot of wasted time. Another unit was damaged in delivery, but this wasn't noticed at the time. When I opened the box and discovered a broken panel, Edwins refused to replace it for free and charged me £50 for a new part. When this new panel came, it had a broken light. So I paid extra money to replace a broken part which was replaced by another broken part....

Generally positive and pleasant experience with some minor setbacks. I had ordered a new shower enclosure comprising of two sections. The delivery of which had been SUPER efficient as it happened just before Xmas. Unfortunately, due to the human error, the re-order had to be made where the original product was collected for Refund and a new product what been re-ordered and had to be re-delivered, the logistics of which also happened very Promptly. The setback was as I waited just little short of two months with occasional 'update on the issue' for my Refund before contacting Citizens Advice Bureau on the ground of Breach of Contract. So I got finally Refunded by the Edwins. My advice: Know your Consumer Rights and before entering into any reciprocal agreement / contract ask for the Written Refund Policy and had it Signed.

What an amazing shop! Not only are the products of great quality, the service is the best I've had! I walked in with a difficult order ( a basin of a very specific size) and Raf went through such effort to find it for me, I ended up buying the rest of the bathroom from him as well. I was a difficult client, knowing exactly what I wanted and Raf spent hours trying to find the finishes I required. He really knows his stuff and he got it all in on time and on budget. I could not recommend this shop enough, this is what customer service should look like!
