Bathrooms Etc

I came into this establishment to ask a question about a toilet part I bought somewhere else with the view of buying a replacement part from bathrooms etc or even a new toilet seat from them. The man that works there told me my question was “foolish” and he was tired of answering foolish questions from people so refused to help me. I was shocked and upset at this treatment. Never coming here again

Trustworthy, courteous, and helpful. I saw a small corner bath cabinet online that cannot be found in the US; I contacted Mohammed by phone and email, purchased, and had shipped to NY. I was taking a big chance going sight unseen to another country. But I tell ya, this place was the epitome of politeness and professionalism. Thank you Bathrooms Etc!

Vary good service better that screwfix

Have use Mohammed a few times. They sourced quickly and at good prices high end "VB" products . They deliver on time .A few times (anyones fault) things have arrived wrong. Very quickly sorted >Much easier than dealing with issues that are purchased online ! Plan to use again .

I bought from this company a bath and tree posh toilets in total the sum was more then £9k, when I arrived home decided to google the same to compare prices . Price I paid was 30% higher then other stores suggested, so I decided to be refunded for the reason. The owner was very rude about, he said he has posted a check for the sum , but 3 weeks later the check did not arrive. I have called him once again he was shouting at me and said in command tone that I never call him again . The check finally arrived, but the owner really stressed me. Avoid !

Shame you weren't open on a Saturday before 5.30pm as promised on the internet. Recommend anyone visiting this shop call first and not trust the times they allow to remain on net.
